Wonderfully renovated pet friendly two bedroom, one bath ranch style home with an updated kitchen! Located within a block of the beach access path on 21st Ave (have to cross Palm Blvd). When you get back from your fun filled day at the beach you can sit back and enjoy a large screen Smart TV in the living room (no cable package), wireless internet, and a nice bar area with seating for 4. This wonderful family-friendly home has updated bedding in all bedrooms; a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel kitchen appliances. If you feel like grilling you have a gas grill and picnic table under the porch awning for all of your BBQ needs. The large screened in porch has a washer and dryer just in case. The large fenced in back yard is perfect for a little dog to feel quite at home. Linens included. Wi-Fi included. NO SMOKING. Pet friendly (dogs must be under 50lb with $200 fee). gas grill

Great beach rental for my husband and I and our dog. Really clean house and yard. Kitchen was well stocked with really nice appliances. It was well designed during the recent remodel - congratulations to whoever did it. Sidewalks on the street made a fairly easy access to the beach. We did not have any problems with mosquitos that we have had with other rentals in the nearby area. Great stay.

This little house suited me just fine--for most of my stay it was just my dog and I. More than two adults would, however, find it cramped, esp the one bathroom. Still a great location and overall comfortable situation.
Since it was recently redone, all the surfaces were clean and the appliances (except for the toaster) worked fine. The mixing valve in the bathroom is in backwards--so hot water is the first thing you get, not cold. But all in all no real problems.
