Comfortable three bedroom, elevated home just a few lots from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac. Less than 100 yards to the lightly used beach access with no streets to cross!

For those days you want to hang out at the house, you can enjoy the tranquil ocean views from the comfort of the screened in porch and large deck. Inside there is a large living & a dining area big enough for the whole family, with beautiful high ceilings and a skylight!

Additional amenities include hardwood floors, a grill, an outside shower, and Wi-Fi. Linens NOT Included. NO SMOKING!

This home provided overflow sleeping for our son and daughter in law and twin 2,year olds. It is conveniently located near other family members.

This home provided extra space for our growing family with twins! It's close proximity to 48th avenue was the reason we chose this rental. A cute home that is very comfortable.

After a rough start, our vacation was very nice! I would have to recommend to staff at Island Realty, if you make a change to late night check in, confirm the guests receive the e-mail or voice mail or don't make the change. We arrived at 1:30 am to not finding a key in the box we were told to check. Our lockbox had been changed and apparently an e-mail was sent along with a VM but we had a wedding that day which kept us busy so we did not check our e-mail or voice mail. We ended up having a girl from Island Realty leave her home in Charleston and meet us at the house and finally got in at 3:30 am, not a very pleasant experience. Please confirm message was received in future.
