Beautifully landscaped complex w/access to community pool and charcoal grills. Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets.

The condo is in a great location and is spacious. The kitchen is newly renovated. The washer and dryer were newer also. The beds in every bedroom are horribly uncomfortable, with some squeaking at with every minor motion. The unit is okay overall, but in need of updating. The tile floors are practical, but do nothing to dampen sound.

Island Realty was very accommodating and gracious during the several hiccups and mishaps with our rental. The Mariners Walk pool and beach access are great. This unit is fine but definitely “worn”. If you are a Westin/Marriott/Ritz person this might be a tough stay. More of a Holiday Inn/Hampton Inn type of accommodations.

We had a great stay at Mariner's Walk 7E. It's a great space in a great location. The unit was very clean. There is lots of room and a great view, especially from the master bedroom. However, the unit needs updating and can really use a fresh coat of paint. There are lots of dings and chipped paint. Everything is very drab. The master bedspread is torn and worn out. It would be nice to have a couple throw rugs and bath mats for the bathroom. The blinds and curtains are showing their age and decor is minimalist. This place could have so much more character an appeal, especially for the price being charged. The kitchen does not have a liquid measuring cup or measuring spoons, no coffee was a shock to not have a garbage disposal in the updated kitchen. Its not any fun cleaning food out of pots and pans before you can rinse them in the sink. It's 2018.... how come there is no disposal? None of the beds had dust ruffles/skirts, so the box springs were all bare and showing. It was just a little too bare bones for our liking. Also, the master is on the third floor, so LOTS of steps to climb up and down. Just needs some attention and TLC.

The condo (Mariner) we stayed had a beautiful view of grounds and ocean. Grounds well kept! The condo in general was nice however the patio’s were dirtly and patio furniture not in great shape. No umbrella on 3rd floor balcony which was a disappointment.There was a leak inside the condo when it rained. The inside furniture was dirty and worn, no were to park a golf cart that I was looking forward to renting. The over all cost of this rental was overpriced. The staff at the rental office were very accommodating . Everything thing needed for entertainment at your finger tips!

We loved our condo at Mariner's Walk! It slept our group perfectly and was nicely decorated. The location was ideal in that it was close to the pool and the beach. The pool was never crowded, which we appreciated as well. By hanks for the great vacay!

The location was great, and unit had been updated (kitchen and paint). The beds need to be replaced, and there are some general things that need replaced or fixed. The outdoor light on the lower deck was coming loose from the wall. The umbrella was missing from upper deck table. It would also be helpful to provide coffee filters at least. Overall the stay was good. The setup of the condo was prefect for our family, the paint color soothing, and the screen doors gave us a wonderful breeze. Easy walk to the pool and beach, and it was wonderful to sit on the decks and have a view of the beach.

This property is in an excellent location and we enjoyed the pool and the easy beach access. The layout of the home is very good for a two-family vacation. The kitchen is nicely done and laundry is convenient. Our primary disappointment was in the general condition of the interior. The bathrooms in particular are grungy and in need of upgrade. The property was also not as clean as we would have expected upon arrival. It did not appear that the floors had been cleaned in some time. The showers also needed better cleaning. The management company was professional and pleasant to work with (we did not report any concerns during our stay). All in all, it's a good experience, just in need of bathroom upgrade and better cleaning.
