I had allergy problems in the first unit and had to be moved to this unit. It was much better. The staff was very helpful with that situation.

For two adults with three children, we had plenty of room in the perfect accommodations. This Oceanside villa was comfortable and close to the beach, while not being the kind of place that makes you worry about the impact of children aged 2 to 6. For the kind of beach getaway I prefer, these villas are the best for family groups; Sea Cabins, for 1 to 3 people. Island Realty is easy to deal with and very welcoming. I've been renting their properties for at least 26 years, and I plan to continue.

Obvious recent updates to this unit, including the great kitchen (beautiful new appliances!), made this a perfect spot for our little group. While we usually stay at Wild Dunes, being within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk was great for our two older kids. This unit overlooks the pool area, which is also a plus. Our biggest problems were a slow faucet at the kitchen sink and a hidden carpet tack outside the master bath. Two remodeled bathrooms and extra beds made it a great deal. (Keep in mind that the sleeper sofa has typical sleeper sofa comfort issues.) We were sorry to leave and would happily return to this unit!

This condo was a perfect location for a long beach weekend! It was right across from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. I have no complaints except that the owner requested A/C unit not be set below 72 degrees.

WE have used Island Reality properties several times this year when we visited Charleston to see our son at the Citadel. Every location has been perfect. The condos/houses have all been well maintained and at perfect size to accomodate our whole family. This location was so nice as it's right across from the beach and local restaurants. The service each time has been wonderful and I now have a new friend as I've talked to the same representative each time. Thanks for providing outstanding customer service and locations.

WHENEVER I FEEL LIKE GETTING AWAY fOR SOME QUALITY TIME I always call Island Realty and I've always been satisfied with the staff there.
The carpet in the entire unit was filthy and is in dire need a good steam cleaning. I also found dust balls in some corners that I was able to pick up by hand,

Our stay on the Isle of Palms was great. The condo was everything we expected from an Island Realty property. It was clean and well maintained. We have stayed at the Sea Cabins many times but the size of the Oceanside condo allowed us to stretch out even more. Wold stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you.

We loved the condo! It was perfect for my husband and our son and daughterinlaw and 2 grandchildren! It was clean and just the right size! The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need for cooking! We would definitely stay again!

We arrived 2 days after the all clear was given from Erma’s flooding. To our amazement operations were mostly back to normal. Our only disappointment was the pier was closed and the private access to the beach was unusable. All in all our stay was pleasant.

this was our 3d stay at Oceanside villas.we could not get the same condo we had the previous two times. That condo was wonderful! the one we stayed in this year had a funky smell, carpeting that was filthy, the front door lock was not secure, and the lock to the patio door did not lock. Overall though, we love the area, we will come back,and love the convienence of the condo and how nicely stocked they are. One more thing...why did you take the second parking pass away? its a two bedroom condo and people often have family join them which requires two cars! there were plenty of empty parking spots while we were there.

Our condo was clean and supplied with plenty of uti sells. I was upset that only one parking pass was provided and we we're ask to pay to park in public parking or be towed. You rented it to 4 adults and 2 children and only provided one wash cloth each for our stay and it said on sign in room we could get more for a fee. I felt nearly $1200 for 4 nights was an daiquri fee for more wash clothes. I liked the area and enjoyed the trip ove rall

Downside: beds and pillow are terrible. TV in second bedroom did not work, could have used some spare light bulbs. A couple lamps were out and that is the only lighting type in one bedroom and living room. Place was clean and in a nice location.

Our 22nd time on IOP and with Island Realty, love the setting. Biggest decisions of the day are ocean in the morning or pool! Convenient 20 minutes to Charleston and most all attractions in the area. We've stayed in probably over 50% of the various Condos in Oceanside Villa. Great location, good amenities on site. This unit needs a little updating - 4 chairs and a stool at kitchen table? Only shower liners, no shower curtain. A few simple things would make the difference.

I knew from reviews that the condo needed to be upgraded. I didn't expect it to be dirty. You could feel the dirt under your feet in the kitchen. We wore shoes the entire time. There was dirty silverware in the drawer. I knew the condo was across the street from the beach I didn't realize that you wouldn't be able to see the beach. There were no instructions on the address of the condo I had to go back into the office to find out where it was located. We arrived early and the person that checked us in wasn't very friendly. The air conditioning could not be turned down lower than 73 degrees and there were no fans in this condo. I had to go buy fans. The door lock is combination which was good but again there were no instructions and I had to call maintenance to come because we couldn't figure out how to lock it. We figured it out and called back to cancel the request and was told that they didn't have any record of it. About 20 minutes later I got a call and someone was there to fix it. Oh and it was weird sitting on the balcony because it faced to balcony of the condos that were just across the pool.

We had plenty of space for three. Had a great thanksgiving, was surprised how much stuff was in the kitchen. Needed to replace porch chairs.
Good restaurants walking distance Banana Cabana. Nice light show about 25 min ride away in a park, very reasonable price,car ride and walk to view light.

The weather window was perfect between rain storms. Bicycling and beach walking was our twice a day exercise - very convenient to the beach. The traffic as gotten busier from growth of the area and biking was noisy and hairy at times. Oceanside 205B unit was just right for us. Minor problems - drawer beneath oven fell off runners and we were unable to remedy it. Tea kettle with serious bottom seam leak left water going all over the stove top and counters - until we figured out it needs to be replaced. The door to the unit took a major shoulder shove to open - sticks terribly.

The location of this unit is perfect for me and my family: small view of ocean, deck over the pool, and on the second floor. The laid back comfort - as opposed to more elegant furnishings - is great for spending relaxing time at the beach. Will request the same spot again! A few extra kitchen trash bags would have been helpful, but the proximity to Harris Teeter makes that okay too.

We thought we were going to Hilton Head Island due to miscommunication on initial booking. However, the disappointment dissipated when we saw how convenient this location was to site seeing in Charleston, great restaurants, groceries, and how warm the water and beaches were the whole time we were on our trip. Plus, this location saved us thousands of dollars versus HHI. Truly a great value.

We had a lot of fun. The rental was quiet and with enough space for our family of 6. Super close to the beach so we could just walk. The pool was nice for a late afternoon swim without the sand.
