We loved how close this unit is to the beach, literally across the street. We also enjoyed the access to the fishing pier and ability to walk up Ocean Blvd to some great restaurants. Though we didn't use the pool it was nice to have available. The unit itself was adequate. My main concern was that there was no place to put groceries. All the cabinets were full. Also keep in mind that this is a 2nd story unit so you will have to carry everything up and down. Overall, I would stay again. Island Realty is easy to work with too.

Always a good experience with Island Realty. Have been renting with them for many years. This year we brought niece and nephew with us. They had a great time fishing from the pier, sunbathing, going to see the Angel Tree, etc. When we think "beach" we always think IOP. The staff at Island Realty are great. Sent someone to help us with the TV right away. We have stayed at several Oceanside condos. While some of them are more updated than others, they've all been clean and comfortable and just a short walk to the beach, the pier, grocery store, fish house, etc. Plus, the condos have two bathrooms and two bedrooms for accommodating traveling guests. Will always stay here when coming to Isle of Palms.

The condo was nice. It was not a big condo but for myself and my daughter and her best friend it was perfect. It was older than some I’ve stayed in but cleaner than most. It may have not been right on the beach but it was close to everything. When we go back onto Isle of Palms I will for sure be booking with island Realty and staying in the Oceanside condos.

I would rate this condo extremely highly in a prime location and beautifully renovated and decorated with wood laminate flooring throughout. It is a bright and airy space and the minute I walk in I feel relaxed and ready to enjoy my vacation with all the comforts of home. This was my second time renting this condo and since the first time it has been considerably upgraded with new furniture in the master bedroom, dining area and fresh paint throughout. Overall, the condo is perfect for exploring Isle of Palms by foot. You can walk to the beach, to all the great restaurants and even to the grocery store. The apartment itself has a balcony that overlooks the pool and in the distance you can just about see the ocean. It is a great place to have morning coffee and enjoy the ocean breeze. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a big fridge and full size oven. The owners even have beach chairs that you can use. I would wholeheartedly recommend this condo to families or couples or even a great place to hang out with girlfriends as there are plenty of mirrors and 2 bathrooms. I cannot wait to go back to Isle of Palms and would definitely here stay again.

The location is fantastic except cars don't realize people are crossing the street as they come around the bend which caused a few issues. Our family of four had everything we needed. We previously stayed at the sea cabins, but this had so much more room for us and still just a walk from the beach! or the grocery store!

I love to stay on IOP as I have a son living in Mt Pleasant. The Oceanside Villas are very close to the ocean and even though it was cooler in February, the sun was out and we walked on the beach everyday. This condo is in need of some updates, especially with the showers fixtures. Overall for the price we paid, and the length of time we stayed, we were relatively comfortable. There are plenty of options for eating meals out and many are close enough to walk to. Also, a Harris Teeter grocery store is practically across the street.

We’ve actually been coming down and staying in these go away for about 15 years now the villas areClean do you only complaint that I really have is that the pool area is not being petty care of as it has been in the last year that I’ve been staying there I know there’s a new pool company I guess taken care of it they don’t even start cleaning it until nine 930 the pull-up is it nine why are they not there before that

Our experience went very well, the condo was clean and comfortable for a family. Everyone in the area followed the rules and guidelines. The fact that it was very close to the beach and we only needed passcodes to enter there and the condo made it very practical. We appreciated the kitchen having cooking utensils as well.

1st visit to Isle of Palms. Condo was in great location. Walk to beach, restaurants, across street from Harris Teeter. Older condo but could tell tried to keep maintained. Had lots in the kitchen, but the problem with renters, no one takes care of your stuff. Pots and pans were in awful shape. Need to replaced, they were all scratched up. The whole condo feels like it leans. You can tell when walking across the floor and closes doors that swing back open. On the small side but we didn’t spend too much time inside. Walked across the floor with bare feet first night, I needed to wash my feet before bed. So looked clean, but the floors need to be scrubbed. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the floor-black. So looked clean, but not MY clean. Furniture was comfortable. Close to everything. Bed very springy. Every time my husband turned, I was bounced. Walls very thin. Walked to local pizza place, shop, and Acme Country Kitchen.
I thought with 24 rental units and the small pool it would be crowded, but never was too many people at a time. Easy, quick check in. Overall enjoyed stay. ‘Homey’ place.

This particular unit needed some serious updating. The carpet in the living area and the couch and chairs were very dirty and dusty. They were triggering my allergies quite a bit. The management people were able to switch rooms for me. They put me in a much better unit. It was great.

We have used this rental several times & overall it works great. The HOA, not the rental company, has restricted parking passes to one. This is a bit annoying when there are 2couples coming from different areas & one has to park blocks away or use a pay lot.

We've stayed at the Sea Cabins for the past 5 years while our family has grown over that time. This was our 1st time at Oceanside. The extra space made living a lot easier. We were able to host some friends during a rainstorm. It was worth the money to be across the street with twice the space and the same beach/pier/pool access. We parked our truck (with beach supplies/toys/chairs/tent) right next to the beach access at Sea Cabin, so that kept us from carrying it back and forth every day.

We have stayed in this unit several times and find it comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived and never was fixed so that was a bit of a bummer. We use this complex during the Cooper River Bridge Run weekend, has worked well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Villas Unit B206. The property was clean and well equipped and the location was very accessible to anything you want to do on the Isle of Palms and also has easy access to the onsite pool. Island Realty did a great job of keeping in touch with me throughout the booking and check in process and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location.. Really close to everything you need. Easy access to the beach. Good distance to Charleston. However the unit needs some major upgrades in furnitures.. Specially mattresses. Good mattress is oh so important!!!!!! Should invest in some window treatments also.

Location was excellent! Very close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Unit was fairly clean and up to date. Wifi was out after a storm on Sunday. Called maintenance twice and cable company had to come, and was working Tuesday afternoon. I had to put extra sheets over the living room chairs which need to be cleaned. Was woken one day of the trip by young children in the pool before 8am pool doesn't open till 9:00am. The pool gate should be more secure. We loved access to the pier. (Gate codes didn't always work)We would rent this unit again.

Had a problem with the wifi, reported it and was fixed that day. This is a comfortable unit, our 2nd time using it and 3rd for the complex. Close to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant but out of the main hustle.

The condo was good for the price. I was pleasantly surprised that there was beach access provided. It was less crowded on this side of the pier. The internet was spotty which was ok because then I really couldn't work on vacation. A good place to stay for 5 30-somethings on a budget.

We have stayed in B 206 for the last 4-5 years in a row. It's always setup nicely, and clean when we arrive. We liked it more than other ones we have tried, so we try to make sure and reserve it specifically each year.

We love IOP and have been vacationing there for years. We've rented various properties over that time. However, this unit is really showing it's age. We had plumbing issues that took 3 trips to repair, the doors to each bedroom and the master bath would not close because they were either swollen or misaligned, and the queen bed was worn out and uncomfortable. In addition, the decor looked like leftovers from grandma's basement, and the wi-fi only worked 50% of the time. I will avoid this unit if we rent from Island Realty again.

My son, daughter in law, three kids- 14, 10 & 6, and myself stayed in suite B206. Very nice room, overlooked pool. You could see ocean from balcony. It was a short walk to beach and within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants. Private access to fishing pier. We were there for 4th of July fireworks, which we had front row seating.... awesome show by the Isle of Palms community. Most awesome experience all around. I would go back again and recommend this rental to everyone. Thanks for the good time.

Check in was a breeze. Unit was in good condition though the decor was in need of updating, odd taste in colors chosen for paint & wall decor. Other than that it's a good location to the beach & was reasonably priced. There was only 1 ceiling fan over the kitchen table, none in the bedrooms & the AC couldn't be set lower than 70, wondering how comfortable that would be in the middle of summer. Towels provided were very clean & quite nice. Depending on length of stay bring extra can liners, toilet tissue, etc as you're provided just a few of each.

This is an older complex but very convenient. This particular unit had very comfortable beds and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, etc. the only negative was the wifi connection was not good.
