Furniture is house was really disorganized. They had brought extra table and chairs and none went the others. Lots of unfinished projects in house. Paint tape around bk door. Nor all lights worked. Mold on ceiling in bathroom, also facet is hanging hanging off . Didn’t leave a good supply towles and had to ask for more. Yard had a lot of fire ants so it was difficult with out dogs. Couldn’t enjoy back patio cause it’s a mess and kinda trash sitting around back yard. The owner really need to finish there updates. Whole house felt dirty and we had to wash everything. This is 2 time we rented from island realty and have bad experience with both house. Don’t think we will use them again. On a 5 star rate I would give them a 1 1:2. Bena

Nice house, close to beach access, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, decent furniture. Could use a little TLC in bathrooms (trim and doors were in need of paint and a little repair). Overall, it was acceptable to our family. You can definitely hear the renters upstairs walking around, but it didn't really bother us. I would rent again.

The house was wonderful! It had plenty of space and all the amenities that we needed! It was the perfect walking distance to the beach and it wasn’t a crowded area at all! The parking situation was the only downfall but we spoke with the owner and they are working on fixing that! Overall we had a great stay and would return!

Very conveniently located for beach access. No designated parking so we had trouble at times finding parking within a few blocks. The house was definitely showing its age and you could hear every little movement from the upstairs neighbors. We were there for the beach however and not the house. It was a very memorable and fun filled trip for our entire family and the house served its purpose. We would stay there again. Property managers were great to work with.

We spent January through March at this rental. We loved the location. The beach path is right across the the street. Island Realty is great to work with. We had very few issues in 3 months time but if something did come up they were on it immediately. We were so happy with our stay that we’ve already booked this property for next winter.

Our elderly family member fell when one of the dining room chairs came apart. Maintenance put it back together and left it. We were unable to use some of the remaining dining room chairs due to fear of falling (as they were the same type of chairs).

We LOVED the location, we loved the layout, it was pretty well stocked, the updates down were nice. I would recommend to others, but ... the furniture seemed a little dirty, the shower curtain had mold, and the main bedroom blanket was cheap and kind of gross. All of the bedding was not great. But overall, nice place and I would stay there again.

Great house. Had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the beach access across the street is not very accessible if it has rained at all. It will flood and make it impossible to walk through.

We had a great time at Isle of Palmes. The rental is conveniently located right across the street to the beach. It is a little outdated and could use some spruce-up both inside and out but given its location and is pet-friendly status, it was a pretty good choice for us.

Everything was great except for one thing.
The guests on the second floor and the third floor were easily heard from our first floor unit. They should be notified of that upon their check in.

We rented the upper and lower units of the property and it was perfect for the 10 of us. Our group was made up of 4 different family clusters. It was great having the separation when we wanted quiet time, and backyard was perfect to get everyone together. Beach was 5 minute walk.

This was our first time in IOP and we would definitely stay here again! Yes, the house is on the main rd (30mph), but it is also directly across from a beach access point. We found the home to be clean and just what we wanted for our getaway. The few times we contacted Island Realty with questions, they were very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious and clean. Great access to the beach! The location was convenient to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. We were given the wrong access code to open the door. The owner helped us! Some of the light switches were hard to locate. There was not enough places in bathroom to put towels and wash clothes or to hang robe, etc. Overall, it was a nice place with fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed.
