The views from the house are incredible and just a few short steps to the ocean make it a perfect choice. It was very clean with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen, all the bathrooms, and most of the downstairs appear to be recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, lots of utensils and plenty of serving dishes. The one thing I might mention is that the bedroom furnishings could stand some updating although the beds were comfy. I was a little disappointed that the house did not come with any beach towels or beach chairs. For an oceanfront home, these things seem like a must. We rented chairs from a company that set them up and took them down everyday for us so that was nice. Overall, this is a great house with an incredible location.

The house is in a perfect location with pristine grounds. The house needs some improvements: stained carpets and evidently dogee pee pee on the master curtains. Further, there were large roaches in the kitchen. the garbage bins were full upon arrival and not all were emptied during the stay. The maintenance team was amazingly responsive.

Wow. It's rare to stumble on a gem like 3106! If the perfect layout of 2 bedrooms down/3 bedrooms up doesn't blow you away then just wait until you see the vast ocean views from nearly every room in the house. But the real superstar here is the football-sized backyard that leads you towards a private path to the beach. Once you've stayed here you'll never want to leave!

I recently spent a long weekend at 3106 Palm Blvd that was simply wonderful! For starters, the location is absolutely ideal, parking is easy and it provides more than enough space for multiple families to comfortably enjoy the beach. The main floor open layout is ideal for cooking, eating and entertaining/socializing. Folks could play cards or watch the game late into the night without worrying they might wake up the kids. The 3 levels of deck and the freshly landscaped backyard create an extremely desirable outdoor experience all with the ultimate backdrop of the ocean always there. We fully intend to rent this house again and we be recommending it to friends in the meantime. Easy breezy experience and memories for a lifetime! Thanks

We first arrived and saw and heard the construction next door . We were hoping our kids could relax without their kids for a long weekend. That did not happen also there was still trash in the bathrooms’ trash baskets. The downstairs beds made noise when turning over . Other than that the weather was great. The beach was pretty . We had a great time.

Location and accommodations were wonderful! Door to screened in porch was hard to open and would not lock at night. We hooked the screen door latch to feel secure before going to bed to feel safe. I was with a group of lady friends so we were careful to lock up everything before retiring . Otherwise the house was perfect!

We have reserved this house on the Isle of Palms numerous times. The location and amenities of this house are fantastic. We had one problem this year....the recyclables had not been collected for at least one week before we arrived and were not collected during the week that we were on-site.
We would rent this house again.

We had a wonderful vacation! House was very clean and all bedrooms/bathrooms were as shown in photos. Kitchen was well stocked, grill and all appliances working order. We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. The location is great and the walk to the beach was private and easy to access. The home is large and well stocked. I can’t say enough about the staff at Island Realty. They were very nice and helpful to us upon checking in. One of the ladies even called me on the way in to let me know of a plumbing issue at the property and how it was being taken care of. The property manager even followed up with me later on that evening to let me know that the problem was being resolved.
While the plumbing issue did not affect our stay at all, the issue was not entirely resolved and more work will need to be done on it. Thankfully this issue is with an “outside the home” toilet. The surrounding property does have some drainage issues, however, and there is a large “sinkhole” of sorts in the back yard. Again, none of these issues affected our stay in the least, and it was a very relaxing few days. The only thing I could mention to be improved would be the cleaning of the home. I did not feel the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned (especially the shower in the master), and we did find some trash on the deck. We just took care of this ourselves.
Island Realty is the best rental agency on the island to do business with, so do not hesitate to rent your vacation getaway from them. We will be back and continue to rent through this agency.

Thank you for choosing 3106 Palm Blvd! The exterior has undergone an extensive yard drainage project, along with a shaded/gated storage area under the house , and major interior renovations. The owners have been working toward these improvements, which is why the old fence was advertised as not a guarantee. There are currently no plans for a fenced yard in the future. Stay tuned in Fall of 2020 for yard photos.

There for a month. Wonderful house and location; best location on the Isle of Palms beach. Screen porch and decks were perfect. Pet friendly and our dogs loved it; kennel is a nice touch.

Plenty of room for our children and grandchildren...everything very nicely appointed including the kitchen! Flatware, dishes, bowls, coffee cups, variety of glasses very good. Lots of books and board games.

Appliances are quite good! Bathrooms are well appointed. Bedrooms, linen, bathroom linen, all very nice. Sliding glass doors and screens are all in excellent condition. House was quite clean too.

Some yard flooding due to heavy rain but property management company dealt swiftly with the problem when called upon for help. So much better than having to call an owner to address a problem: example, called with issue on the gas grill and it was replaced that day with a new stainless steel grill. Michele, our owner's rep., was most responsive, professional and pleasant. Their Maintenance Team is quite good.

Sofas showing their age but that is a very minor complaint. Wish the gas fireplace was operational but as a rental can see why the owner chooses not to wanted it used. Upstairs carpet is just OK...Minor stuff.

I'd rent again this home in a heart beat and cannot sing its praises loud enough for a place on the ocean on the Isle of Palms...highly recommend it! If you love being on the ocean front, great views from almost every room, long walks and shelling, letting your dog run off leash and that area of the USA...hard to beat this place.

The is a nice five bedroom with wonderful foam mattresses on all the beds except two. The unit is well supplied with games and kitchen supplies. The house did come with problems. The first couple days it rained constantly which resulted in the bourse being surrounded by water. You had to wade through the water to go in or out. The view is wonderful.

We really enjoyed staying at 3106 Palm Blvd to celebrate our vow renewal as well as a family vacation. This was our first time spending the extra money for an oceanfront home and it was worth every penny. The house was well stocked with everything we needed initially and was big enough that everyone could get away if desired. I can appreciate the owners of the house allowing pets as well since pet friendly rentals are sometimes scarce...especially oceanfront. We would definitely rent again if our budget allows. Everyone had a wonderful time.

We loved this home on the beach! It was quiet and beautiful and the dog friendly status made it perfect for us. We hope to rent this place again in the near future since we travel with out dog often. The one thing that was surprising was that there wasn't anything in the way of ice, coffee filters, salt/pepper etc. Those are the kind of things you expect to be available. Not a big deal, but inconvenient when you have to run immediately to the store for ice etc. Still loved it though!

The house itself was ok, lots of room and a great location but I think their cleaning company could use some improvement(floors were not very clean and I found garbage behind a dresser and under the bed). Unfortunately the week we spent on Isle of Palms was during winter storm Grayson. Before the storm hit we had one day wasted trying to thaw frozen pipes. The maintenance company was absolutely no help at all. When I called in the morning they told us to wait until noon to see if the pipes would thaw themselves, this did not happen. I called again to let them know they were still frozen and I was basically told they were to busy to deal with it. My husband sat outside with a blowdryer for quite some time and then we started boiling our bottled water and pouring it over the incoming pipes, which eventually did the trick. I would have appreciated a call from the rental company to give us a heads up about dripping water overnight so this could have been avoided. We were told by a representative that they sent out emails but we never received anything from them. The following day a pipe had burst and was spraying a good amount of water under the deck. I called the maintenance company again and was told again that the weather was too bad and to just let it run. At that time a representative from Island Realty came out to check things out and because of the weather they couldn't get to it. It did not affect our water supply in the house, I just thought it was important enough to let someone know what was going on. Later we received a call from the maintenance company and I told them someone had come out and he told me it was the owner(not sure who was telling the truth). The pipe was fixed the following morning by a very rude gentleman. I understand that they don't normally get this kind of weather and were overwhelmed but I think things could have been handled better for the money they charge for rentals.

I rented this house to say in during my son's college graduation. The house was appointed exactly as described and we loved every minute of our stay. I called a week before check in to see if it was possible to arrive 2 hours early since our group could all leave early. We saw that no one had been in the house for two days and knew it was probably cleaned already. They told me to call at noon the day of our arrival. We arrived at Isle of Palms at 11:00 and had a lovely lunch and I called after lunch at 12:30 to see if we could check in early. They said to call back in another hour because it was being cleaned. We decided to go to the house and walk down to the beach while they were cleaning. Surprise, no one was there cleaning. I called back to see if we could have the code to get in and they said to call back because they were waiting for it to be released. We were there the whole time and no one ever came by to check anything. We finally called back after calling every hour since noon at 4:00 and were still put off by a rather rude person. We finally got into the house at 4:45. Not a good start to our vacation. When we went to the office at 2:00 p.m. We were not given any information on what we needed to do to check out. We had stayed with Island Realty last year and did get that information, so, after leaving two messages and never getting an answer back, we stripped the beds and put all the linens by the front door and cleaned up everything else. We did have trouble with the two upstairs toilets which maintenance promptly took care of. If we had had a good experience we would gladly book that house again for next year, but we all voted to not use Island Realty again after this experience.

Overall the rental was great, with plenty of space, clean and lovely porches. I would forewarn anyone staying there though that the property does flood with rain. We had to carry our dog to the street level to use the bathroom. The back yard flooded to my knees. We walked two blocks to find a beach path to the ocean, during the flooding. So, if you have orthopedic issues and/or a large dog, would take this into account.

Great week at IOP. Loved the house - it was a great fit for our extended family of 10. Equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. Furniture is great, love the screened-in porch and upper deck, and rooms are quiet and comfortable. Our only negative was no access to the beach. Due to lots of rain before and during our visit, the sidewalk to the beach was covered in inches of water and there was an uncrossable moat between the house and the beach. I'm sure drainage is difficult to manage, but we highly recommend a drainage solution be installed. We had to ask the neighbors if we could use their beach path each day. Thankfully they were happy to accommodate our request!

We rented this house sight unseen which makes us a bit nervous, but we needn't have worried. Everything about our experience was wonderful! First, the reservation process was smooth and included e very thing we needed to know. Check in/out took less than a minute.There was a sewer problem when we arrived, but it was IMMEDIATELY taken care of. Every effort was made to be unobtrusive as they worked and they were. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and well-said out. Our family of eleven fit perfectly. There were multiple places we could all gather together and enough spots to grab a little privacy. The fenced yard was a boon for our dog and there was plenty of space to park six vehicles. The only drawback was the ocean view was partially obstructed by tall dunes and vegetation - of course they are important for erosion so no complaints here! We loved the rooftop deck and spent several evenings stargazing! House location was great, centrally located, near grocery store, etc. but not in the "thick of things". All in all, we had a perfect vacation!

The property was in a great location and the house was spacious. There were items that were not in perfect working condition. Items such as a kitchen faucet that leaked each time the water was turned on, garbage disposal did not work and kitchen sink water drained slowly, the main slider to the deck was very hard to open, living room sofas needed to be cleaned and the houses exterior was run down. Overall the property suited my needs. I was able to have my beloved dog. Even with a few items not being perfect, we had a great time. I would rent this house again.

I and my three sisters celebrated our birthdays there and had a wonderful week.
Some issues with TV in downstairs bedroom and one faucet in an upstairs bath.
