Enjoy your vacation at this charming and cozy three bedroom cottage, just 1/2 block from the beach and on a quiet cul de sac. You're also just a short stroll to the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a large playground, and even a small community gym. This fully renovated and designer decorated home features all new furnishings, decor, and equipment as of 2014. The home is equipped with wood floors in living room, dining room, and all bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The back patio is an oasis under a beautiful Oak canopy offering a cool and quiet area to enjoy the outdoors, a cookout, time with family or an evening enjoying the serenity of the island. This home is fully sealed and features a dehumidifier which improves air quality and comfort within the home, especially during summer! Space on the island is limited, but Palm Ct. 5 offers a spacious driveway with comfortable parking for numerous vehicles. After a day of sand and sun, enjoy a rise in the enclosed beach shower which offers both hot and cold water. Linens Included. No pets. No Smoking. Wireless internet. Cable TV/DVD.

We were very pleased, and we are two adult daughters and a 43 year old son-in- law, and me at 82 and my mate at 70 plus. All with different needs and expectations, but equal pleasure.

We were there for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The house is charming, very comfortable, clean and recently renovated. The house is on a quiet street and is a very easy walk to the beach. The back yard is not completely fenced in so if you have little ones you will need to stay our back with them during play time. Would for sure rent again.

No problem checking in. In thirty years of renting vacation rentals this was by far the cleanest little cottage I have ever rented. I left a tip for the housekeeper as she deserved it. Very close to the beach. Had everthing you needed. Great outdoor area for the evening. Quiet area. The only problem was we found the area to busy for our liking. There were nights you couldn't get in to a restaraunt. Lots of college kids. Could have been the time of year. We will probably go back to Edisto next time. More our style as older folks. The realty company and the house were great though. Charleston was also very busy.

This is the first time that I have rented a property from Island Realty. As I turned the key in the front door, I was worried but I am happy to report that the home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and supplied with ever item our small group needed to be comfortable. There were six of us staying in the house and we had guests come by who were staying at other properties but we never felt crowded. Beach is a block away and shops and restaurants are a five minute drive.

Perfect house for our long weekend which included playing a Vball tournament at windjammer. Great proximity to activity but also easy walk to beach. Very clean and nicely decorated despite age of home. Don’t let that stop you. Wonderful outdoor private shower with hot water so not to track sand all over the house.

Property was exactly as depicted in the photos/description. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, etc. In a great location - short walk to the beach and close to Harris Teeter and easy access to Hwys 526/17. Garage is nice to pull in wet/sandy beach gear, and washer/dryer was convenient for a quick laundry load. Enjoyed the ping pong table above garage so we could use late without waking others up. Would definitely recommend.

Had a blast once we were able to come do to a hurricane. There was way to many mosquitoes so we didn’t get to use the outside at night and the grill that was provided did work.

We were very pleased with everything about this property. Location was great, the beach was easily accessible, and the house was very clean. The only issue was the porch light was burnt out and we had called to have it replaced. It's a quiet street and low lit at night and unfortunately, it was never replaced during our stay. I would highly recommend this location and would certain use again for future visits.

The property was in very good condition and we enjoyed our stay. It was pretty much what we expected from the pics and description. Beach was an easy walk. There was not enough general supplies provided for our group (6 adults)-items such as soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. and when I went to Island Realty to get more, they would only give me additional trash bags. I was somewhat put off by that, but otherwise a good experience.

The cottage was perfect for small family with kids or few a few couples. Easy walk to the beach and on a quiet street. You will have to drive to restaurants and bars but not far. The house was spotless and well equipped. The ping pong table was useless because it was warped beyond repair but was a good idea.

We enjoyed our vacation in this rental home. It was nicely decorated with great character. The location was perfect. Very quiet street. The deck outside was nice. A very short walk to the beach too. A suggestion would be to add a chest of drawers or dresser in each bedroom so you can unpack. There wasn't really a place to unpack your clothing other than the closet. The washer/dryer in the garage was a little awkward but I was happy to have it available. Overall a nice get away home.
