We were there for a family get together for Thanksgiving. Loved the golf cart parade on Thanksgiving morning. The property was clean, comfortable and well furnished. My only disappointment with this property was that there was not a hair dryer.

We enjoyed our week in IOP at Port O Call A203. The rental was very clean but had a couple of minor issues (torn out screen, broken cable box) that we reported and were repaired and replaced quickly. The location had a great view of the beach and was a pretty close walk to the pool and beach. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable and clean.The kitchen was well stocked and fine for the two of us. A fan over the bed in the bedroom would be a nice addition since it was warmer in there than the rest of the unit. The mgmt company was very responsive to our needs and fixed the two items we noted quickly, but I would rather they checked for repairs before our arrival. I would recommend this unit to a friend

We stayed here the week of 9/22/18-9/29/18. I found Island Realty very easy to work with. I called them on our way in as we were arriving before 4pm and they let us go ahead and enter the property early. We really appreciated the location of this condo as the complex is right on the beach so we could just walk out and head down the path the beach. The condo was decorated very nice. The couch in the living area was very comfortable. The kitchen area was gorgeous with the granite counters and nice lighting. It helped motivate us to cook some during our stay. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. for the 2 of us. We really liked sitting out on the screened porch and eating breakfast or dinner. There were only 2 negatives that stand out in my mind. The first is it didn't appear that the owner subscribed to HD cable service and they just had basic cable. I know it's probably petty because we're at the beach and do we really need to watch tv, but we like to at night before going to bed. I've probably become spoiled with technology but it's hard to watch non-HD channels these days. The other negative was that there wasn't enough cold air flowing to the bedroom from the A/C. We didn't contact maintenance and I wish we had but by the time I was going to, we only had another day left on our trip so I didn't bother. Overall I thought this was a nice place and the renovations were very nice. I also felt the place was clean which is a big plus to us. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a 1 bedroom condo on the beach.

The condo definitely met our needs. Clean and comfortably appointed. It would have been nice to be told that maintenance was going to be ripping out the walkways on the floor above us which started Monday 3/26 and was going on when we left. Nothing like constant banging and sawing from 8am til 4pm. The management company had to know this was going to happen and could have alerted us prior to our stay.

More or less as pictured. Very minimal ocean view, nice pool view. On second level. Complex is on the beach but this building is set perpendicular to the beach so it is about a 100 yard walk from your door to the beach.

This condo is lovely but if I were the owner I’d certainly keep it refreshed by painting it ever few years. It requires a thorough cleaning ! Cheryl, the housekeeper that had this condo ready for us, did a good job. However, this rental has never been painted once in all the times we’ve stayed. Please, decent silverware and dishes. Got tired of paper and plastic.

We've stayed at this condo for years now. Very nice and the owners continue to replace old furniture and keep everything up to date, like a new couch. They could, however, provide more pots/pans for renters to use. Pleasant place to stay !

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this unit in early March while we visited with family in Mt. Pleasant. Everything we needed was available - well stocked kitchen, bedroom with extra blankets. The unit was clean, the seating indoor and on porch was comfortable as was the queen bed; however, no soft pillow available. We enjoyed the pool and ocean views from the LR and porch. A well as the easy access to beach. Although not updated for furnishings, this unit was more than adequate. . The walls could stand to be repainted - looking used. Also, we could hear all the footsteps and voices (low sound) from the above unit. In March, the entire complex was quiet, even on the weekend; parking our car was convenient. Overall, we found this unit to be an easy rental that met all our needs. We did not use any of the Wild Dunes facilities.

Overall, the unit is very nice. There is a problem in the kitchen with the lack of any wine glasses. There was one Champagne glass. There are also only a few coffee cups---not enough for this quality condo.

This is our third year in A203 and we'll rent it again next year. Has everything one could need. I would tell the owners that they desperately need a new couch in the living room. Kitchen and bathroom were updated, screened porch fantastic and the rest of the living room is decorated tastefully !

Our family divided our spring break trip into 3 different stops. Isle of Palms was the second stop on our trip. I don't have one negative thing to say about this condo. I was worried since it wasn't directly facing the ocean but from our balcony we could still see the ocean from a side angle just fine! Literally steps away from the beach! Full kitchen, washer and dryer which was extremely nice to have so we didn't have to bring wet and sandy clothes home, spacious, etc.. Since there was only 1 bedroom our 13 year old slept on the pull out bed in the living room which she said was very comfortable. I would 100% stay here again. Right on the beach and clean and quiet!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We found the unit to be clean, great layout, nice view of the beach, well furnished/supplied and very close beach access. We had no problem finding parking very near our building. All units are near the stairs and elevator. I especially liked that the living room, kitchen and dining area were on one side of a very large entry area and the bedroom and bath were on the other side. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location in Wild Dunes, perfect for my wife and I. We had a couple of maintenance issues, neither of which turned out to be major. The response however was excellent and rapid - we couldn't have asked for more. Wild Dunes is tops on our list of destinations and we will definitely be returning. Island Realty was professional and very helpful from initial contact until after checkout.

We've been staying in Port o Call for at least 20 years. This was one of the nicest, renovated unit we've had. Could use some towel racks in the bathroom and a corkscrew that works. But those were minor and the remainder of the unit more than made up for those tiny flaws. It was a great get away.
