End of winter escape to one of our favorite locations. Except for the chilly weather, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the ocean waves from the top floor crow’s nest. The condo had everything you would need and the view was spectacular. We will definitely rent this unit again.

My husband and I enjoyed a 3-night stay at this place! The ocean views were incredible to watch sunrise and ocean life. The cozy condo had great beach access, with abundant of chairs and sand toys provided, which I thought was a great touch of home. The shower was delightful. For having such a great upscale accommodation, the owners truly need to read this review with constructive criticism and upgrade the king mattress! The current mattress is so hard, there is no difference than the floor. We ended up moving to the couch pull out sofa for the remainder of the stay, which was extremely dissatisfying. The King bed had sensual mirrors, great views, and a harder than a rock mattress. Hopefully there will be an upgrade for other couples to receive a more luxurious experience. I will forgo this place in the future if the mattress remains.

We’ve rented this property twice now for a few days in December. It’s great for a quiet getaway before the hustle of Christmas. The weather was nice for quiet beach walks. We enjoyed the screened porch for reading and relaxing, and the views are beautiful from the whole condo. There are lots of holiday festivities to enjoy in the local area as well, including the Holiday Lights Festival at James Island. We had a wonderful time.

Close to Charleston, Boon Hall Plantation, and Patriots Point. Location on the beach was perfect - the screened porch was great and was the top floor "perch". One issue - mattress was hard and at certain points the box spring creaked. I was told that had been addressed but apparently not. Other than that issue, our choice was jst what we wanted!

The room was excellent and the widow's walk was great. However, there was no ice maker. The ice trays took 24 hours to freeze so we had to go out to buy ice. The pull out trays for the freezer fell out in the floor every time you pulled them out, Same with the dishwasher. For such an excellent place you do do much better with appliances, obviously, the cheapest they could buy.

Very nice unit completely ocean front. Great to have the screened porch in addition to the upper deck which are both great for watching those sunrises and sunsets. Nothing beats the sound of the ocean waves just outside your door. A few minor upkeeps is all the place needs to stay in tip-top shape. We will be back.

This location is perfect for a couple. We love the 3rd floor with a screen porch and a small deck area on the roof. Buildings A and F are right on the ocean. We go to the beach for the ocean front view. This unit was comfortable and well maintained.Great!!! The 1st floor is great for conventince, but I love breakfast on the top deck.

Great location. nice ammenities. The only downside was that the coffee maker isn't working ( the Keurig portion). Also there are no instructions on how to use/log into the TV. Very difficult for someone with limited internet/wifi skills.

Wonderful, the condo has been updated since our stay there 25 years ago when we got married in Charleston. We were able to relive our wedding day by attending First Scots Church where we were married and have a private carriage ride in Charleston. The rest of the trip included eating fresh seafood from Simmons and enjoying the ocean view from the porch, a very relaxing trip, just what we hoped for! It was all perfect and now we have new memories!

We stayed at Port O Call 302 in early March. We were lucky to have great weather. The location is right on the beach and the view from the rooftop porch was amazing especially at night. I especially liked that the bedroom and living room were both in the front with beach views and the sounds of the waves. We also enjoyed the screened in porch to just sit and read or enjoy the view. The condo is also very well equipped and clean. I highly recommend it.

The #1 feature of the condo is location, and the back porch is where we spent most of our time. The furniture was comfortable and the view was fabulous. We've stayed in many units in Ports O Call and this is one of the nicest. Kitchen was well appointed, everything was clean and comfortable.

Port O Call was immaculate and well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The screened -in porch was a plus, and even in the evenings , it was a pleasure to sit outside. On the upper level, the ‘widow’s watch’ was unique and it was a great view of the beach! The condo at Port-O-Call F302 was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. The screened in porch was relaxing & even had a light for evenings. Also, the “widows watch” was a plus for a great view of the beach! This condo was immaculate and well cared for! The community pool was a treat & many enjoyed it! It was truly a home away from home and thank you for opening it to us! We definitely will return!

Condo was clean and well appointed for two people. The bedroom was lovely but the bed itself very uncomfortable. Between the hard mattress and plastic feeling sheets, neither of us got a good night’s sleep during our stay. The location and amenities were nice and had it not been for the terribly uncomfortable bed, we would wholeheartedly give it 5 stars.

WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH I R. COOPER WENT THE EXTRAL MILE TO TO HELP AN 84 YR OLD MAN AND WIFE. HE REASSURED ME THAT IN EVENT OF MANDITORY EVACUATION HE WILL HELP ME DOWN THE STEPS TO GET OUT. HE ALSO HELPED GLORIA AT HARRIS TEETER WHEN WAS LOCKED OUT OF THE CAR. HE OFFERED HIS PERSONAL ATTENTION TO ME AT ANY TIME OF NEED AND WAS VERY REASSURING IN ALL CONVERSATIONS.KAREN ALSO DID A FANTASTIC JOB IN REASSURING TWO ELDERLY'S THAT ELEVATOR WORKED AND WAS CALLING TO SEE IF WE WERE OK AS WELL. SHE DESERVES HIGH HONORS AS WELL THE TWO DIOD A GREAT JOB AND WE WERE VERY THANKFUL OF THEIR CARE AND CONCERN. We love Port O’ Call the condos are very nice, F302 view is absolutely beautiful. We came to stay for a week in this condo, no you dont spend much time in the room but when its bed time you expect to sleep well. This is the WORST bed I have ever slept in, it felt like sleeping on a table (reviews said owners replaced the bed in 2021…i dont think thats true) the bed is so bad we almost decided to sleep on the couch due to being more comfortable than bed. So please replace bed with a softer mattress for your customers.

We arrived with all anticipation met! Just one thing, there was a huge (dead) palmetto bug in the eating nook under the chair. ONLY bug we saw for 7 days!CLEAN,very nice floor plan, sliding doors to keep out snoring. We had a wonderful time, and well needed rest. Thank you! All our favorite restaurants on the Isle are still there, even Bubba was still in the sea store shop. kids are grown, still our favorite beach, 6 hrs from home :) LOVED IT Good Staff all around! 5 stars to you all!

Terrific view, comfortable space, good condition. Door has fallen off a/c units out front which is unsightly. Refrigerator drawer needs to be installed correctly in order to close the frig door well. TV worked well..... needs an instruction sheet to access more easily.

The condo was great, in terms of setting, porch, view, quietness, cleanliness! There’s an issue with the WiFi; no network shows up for F302, so Cooper at Island Realty had me use the network and login credentials for F303, the unit next door. This worked, but I think the router in F302 needs to be re-named and have a password assigned to it. Also, there were no coffee filters or laundry detergent I the unit, and I would have expected those supplies to be there. Otherwise, it was great!

Port O Call is one of my favorite places to stay. And we will return. This is the first time I stayed in this unit. The unit itself was wonderful. It was light and airy. (some of the pictures need to go LOL) My husband and I have 3 things we look for in a rental. 1. The view, 2. the furniture, and 3. the comfort of the bed. #1 is truly amazing. For #2, We spend a lot of time (hours!) in the screened porch. It has a spectacular view facing the ocean. However the furniture was lacking. It had 2 folding chairs and 2 rocking chairs. Even though the rocking chairs look nice, they are not very comfortable after a short period of time. We had to use cushions which didn't fit to make it tolerable. The most important thing to us was the bed. It was very hard & the most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in. We didn't sleep well. Everyone is different so this may not be a factor for you. I really loved this unit besides those two things and they are easily fixed by the owner. I would go back in a heart beat if those got updated. Very clean. Going up to the top floor to the open porch and sitting outside was spectacular (in late Oct). I would highly recommend this unit if those 2 things do not matter to you or the owner updated them. It truly is a slice of heaven.

The unit was wonderful. At night, we enjoyed watching the stars from the top balcony and during day we enjoyed the main balcony to just watch the waves. I would recommend this place to anyone.
