This three bedroom and four full bath tri-level townhome (no guests above or below), sleeps six (max 8) and is just a short walk to the nearest beach access and the community pool. Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes. With use of the 2021 Sportscard, guests can enjoy swimming at the heated outdoor Swim Center pool (lap lanes in morning, open swim in afternoon), situated across the villa on Back Court drive. The two balconies and sun room (windows can open to function as screened porch), offer a waterway view.

Flat-screen televisions are provided in the living room and two bedrooms. Wireless internet included.

*2021 Wild Dunes Sportscard available, which allows access Tennis Courts, Children's Programs, Swim Center Pool, Grand Pavilion Pool (after 4pm). Please make note that additional fees may apply for, court time and children's programs.

* Motor homes, trailers, boats, and motorcycles are not allowed in Wild Dunes Resort.

The home was sufficient for staying; the TV package was basically useless; very few channels. Not sure if I would come back.

The villa does offer wireless internet, permitting guests to connect via their own streaming device. We encourage doing so, should there be any cable channel concerns.
