This home is very close to pool, tennis courts and an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen boasts granite countertops, with breakfast table in the kitchen. The living space is an open combination dining and living room with bar stools along the kitchen bar. The living room opens to a screened in porch with another dining area and then to an open sun deck with gas grill. This is a split floor plan with 2 secondary bedrooms on one side with a common shared bathroom. On the opposite side of the house is the master bedroom with a private bathroom which opens up to the screened in porch. WiFi, Blue Ray player, outdoor shower, sundeck and screened porch. Grill and Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets.

We wanted a spot with easy walking distance to beach and playground. This rental was perfect and then the bonus was an easy walk to the main street area of IOP (restaurants and shops) as well as quick access to a grocery store.

Great house for a family with young children. Perfect location for the pool and about a 5 min walk to the beach(make sure to have wagon to load everything in). The house is on a nice quiet culdesac away from all the street parking and crowds but, an easy walk to everything. The house has a nice screened in porch area and a grill if you want to cook out. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off before going inside. The house was clean and had plenty of towels. If you are looking for high end finishes and more modern furniture this is not the house for you. Furniture was comfortable but older. I was glad there were not “Knick knacks” all over that I had to hide so the kids didn’t play with them. This was why the house was good for a family with young children. Only complaint is I wish there had been more bath mats. Overall great house and vacation.

We loved the location of this house - it’s right by the pool and the path to the main road and a short walk to the beach. The house overall was good - comfortable furniture and very spacious. We appreciated all the beach toys for our toddler. We would love to rent this house again.

Good comfortable place for privacy and convenient location. Had stayed at this home a couple of years ago and there have been some good updates since then. The only issue with the house was that the living room couch needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced as it is very dirty looking. The rest of the house was very clean and inviting. We had a great time!

Since the houses directly on the beach were about 5x as expensive, we settled for a short walk away and were really happy without our decision. Its a quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic...perfect for children. The beach is literally a 5-10 minute walk away (depending on how fast your kids want to move). Everything was clean and ready to use. Great marks all around.

Great location - a short walk to the beach, around the corner from the community pool and tennis courts (tennis courts could use some clean up but the pool was nice). The house was comfortable, had plenty of room for a family and was in good shape. There was a screened in deck with a table, an outside shower for washing off sand and an area to store your beach/pool items. My only complaint about the house is that all the mattresses were uncomfortable and really need to be replaced. Other than that it was a great stay!

The community in which the house is located is great. Access to the pool and beach was perfect ( no traffic to deal with, huge plus ). The house itself was fine, however I would not have rented if I would've known two boats were parked underneath the house. I give five stars to the property manager, he was awesome in handling my complaint about the kitchen.

Such a great stay! This home was a little less in cost than some of the others because it's a bit farther to the beach, but we didn't mind the walk a bit. It's all in a nice, quiet neighborhood so there are no worries. Though older furnishings, it's clean and well supplied. The ONLY criticism I would have is the queen bed in the master bedroom. Needs to be a king with a much better mattress.
