The condo was a great choice!! Loved being so close to the ocean. Island Realty made it so easy. We arrived after business hours so we were able to make arrangements to pick up our paperwork very easily. Their response time was very quick which I appreciated very much! The condo was well equipped with everything in the kitchen you would need and was very clean! We really enjoyed being able to take a short walk to some GREAT restaurants like Coconut Joes, Papi’s Taqueria and Smugglers Island Eats and Rum Shack. I would definitely recommend!!!

Overall condo was clean and comfortable. The coffee pot needs to be replaced with a full-size pot. Check-in was easy. The view was of the parking lot with just a thin sliver of ocean on the horizon.

We stayed in Sea Cabin C133 for 6 nights. We had everything we needed. The condo was clean and well stocked. Great restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful beach and view. Love the sounds of the ocean. The balcony was great for enjoying our morning coffee. Customer service was timely in providing what we needed.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very small and not updated. Was missing a few conveniences like hair dryer and beach towels, which is nice to have supplied when traveling by plane. Location great for Isle of Palms. Not so good for those like me whose activities included a 30 minute drive into Charleston. Friendly staff. I would stay there again as long as my activities were local.

We knew it would be clean and convenient to the beach due to stays in the area. This unit had an amazingly comfortable master bed. Everything we needed was available, even in the kitchen (where we are usually disappointed). Didn;'t use their electronics. Loved the USB outlets built in to regular outlets. A number of amenities probably not provided by other homeowneres. Will plan to return to this particular unit.
Disappointed hot tub was not working.

overall the unit was as advertised. the furnishings are old and do have wear and tear. The view from the ground level unit is mostly the parking lot but still able to hear the ocean and we enjoyed having this extra space outside the unit. The pier and ease of access to the beach was worth it!

We enjoyed our first stay in IOP S.C.. The condo was located in a very convenient location to the beach. The view from our condo wasn’t as what we were expecting but we still could hear the waves and that was soothing. The layout of the unit was comfortable and the unit was clean upon arrival. All appliances worked fine except for the very outdated electric stove. It made making meals there almost impossible. This was meant to be a peaceful getaway for us to relax and at the same time practice social distancing. We were planning not to eat out and make most meals at the condo. The stove was disappointing for that reason. I would certainly recommend this property to our friends.

Over all it was a very good property. Great location within walking distance of several restaurants. Easy access to Charleston. My only suggestion is that the couch needs to be cleaned or replaced.

We had a great stay in Sea Cabin 133C. Our two year old absolutely loved the hallway bunks! The kitchen had everything we needed to eat and cook for the few days we were there. The condo community was quiet and close to everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach, ice cream, and multiple dinner locations. Loved the pier. Really appreciated the large tub for our two toddlers. Balcony was great with a pretty good view for a first floor unit. The bathroom rug had hair on it when we arrived, nothing a quick sweep with the vacuum couldn’t fix. We also hand washed all the dishes we used before using them, coffee stains we found in the mugs came right off. Otherwise everything else seemed pretty clean - my standards are pretty high now with COVID so I’m not sure I would call any place spotless at this point. Contactless check in and electronic keypad for entrance to condo, pool, and beach walkway which was nice! Overall, we definitely would stay again! Great value for a relaxing vacation.

Frist we received a text that our unit was ready ahead of schedule and we were able to check in @ 3 instead of 4 which was wonderful! That allowed us a little beach time before dinner which was appreciated! Check in was super quick and easy. The unit was clean and well appointed. The only negative was that the sofa is pretty stained and uncomfortable- it could use replacing! While we were there a landscape crew was busy mulching and pruning. It was easy to see that the Sea Cabins as a whole are very well maintained which is nice! Having the beach and pool just steps away is a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay!

Place was nice and very convenient to everything. The pull out couch was the most comfortable and the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I slept the best overall. The couch did smell like a wet dog when we got there assuming the people who stayed before us brought one... I loved the island and but would not stay again simply for the parking issue. We were given only one pass and I meet a friend from out of town there. As a result she had to pay to park every day across the street. We had spoken with other who were staying there and they had more than one pass. The realty company said they only give one pass. Made it hard to unload and reload car and get what we needed at store with a small child. Other than that I would visit again the island bc it was amazing.

This unit is well supplied and thoughtfully planned with kitchen needs , towel
Bars, and good closet space. The Coffee / toaster bar was a nice convenience

ONE OOUR BEST IN OUR 25 YEAR EXPERIENCE THERE . THE IRON TABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LIVIG AREA IS A CHALLENGE FOE OLDER PEOPLE WHO USE THE SOFA BED EVERY NITE. HAS TO B MOVED!!!

Nicely appointed unit with tons of little extra touches that made the unit so comfortable. Beach chairs and boogie boards and beach mats, fully equipped kitchen with utensils you would not expect in a rental. Great unobstructed view of the ocean. Near the stairs but not too close to make it noisy.

This sea cabin was the perfect place for a 4 day escape to the ocean! It was very clean, in a great location and faces the ocean. There were only a couple minor issues, but nothing that keeps me from leaving 5 stars!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!!

The room was great. It was perfect for us. We had stayed at Sea Cabins twice before on the third floor. The view was of course diminished a bit but still great. The advantage of fewer stairs was a very good trade off. It was well furnished, near enough to Charleston and other attractions, but not in a high traffic area! Great place to stay.

My family and I have been going to IOP and staying at the Sea Cabins for several years now. This unit is by far our favorite! Beautifully updated and maintained and still a nice view of the ocean from the first floor! So nice not having three flights of steps to go up and down with your luggage and groceries! Highly recommend! And the private wifi in the unit was a life saver for those quiet evenings with two tween girls! You won't regret picking this condo!

Excellent. My wife and I have stayed in many different Sea Cabin units over the last decade. 133C ranks right at the top. This may be the first unit we've rented on the first floor. The view of the ocean was surprisingly awesome. We would definitely consider renting 133C again in the future.

Had a nice time. Location of condo was great and decorated beautifully. The sleeper sofa is very, very uncomfortable -- needs a new mattress! July 4th fireworks show from pier was spectacular. Able to watch it right from our balcony. Phone & internet reception was a poor, especially in den/kitchen area.

When we walked into the condo, my first impression is that is modern, cozy, neat and was clean throughout....except for the smell. It was an unique sour was the smell of MOLD! I called maintenance and they came out immediately. While we were out the wall was cleaned but the air vent was still back inside. The smell was embedded in the rental. We really loved our stay but would recommend a thorough mold cleaning. Would recommend to others only if mold problem was completely resolved.

This is our 5th year to visit IOP and we love it here. This Sea Cabin was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The time we were there was right after the flood, so the parking lot was under water and the TV did not work until the 5h day of our stay. My family was across the street at Oceanside Villas and we managed fine. The beach was just spectacular, and the fishing was great!

Very happy with this rental. Updated/upgraded condition and clean. Well stocked kitchen utensils, pots & pans for short term vacation. Only thing lacking was poor internet connection (just another reason to get out and enjoy the beach). Island Realty did a great job with reservations and information package. View was good, but superior views can be found on 2nd and 3rd floors.

First time Visit to IOP Sea Cabins! Unit 133C was clean and comfortable. Well maintained by owner, it met all of our needs! My husband and 14 yr old son enjoyed fishing on the pier, while my daughter and I loved lounging by the pool. We all enjoyed walks on the beach where we witnessed spectacular sunrises! Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Hope to return again soon!

We enjoyed our place! Seating inside was comfortable, kitchen equipment was nice, and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our place! When the tide came up, we could hit the pool and still enjoy our days. Acme is our favorite to have meals, and we found it best to make reservations for the night(s) ahead of time so you do not have to wait over an hour for your delicious meal. Be sure to pick up shrimp at Simmons Seafood for your own shrimp boil!
Our only complaint was that we were unable to check in at the quoted time, but were able to get to our property around 4:30 due to housekeeping issues. This was only a minor delay and did not affect us terribly. It would also be helpful to have a tv listing guide handy so that guests could find channels easily.
We would highly recommend this rental to our friends.

The rental experience was overall good. Unfortunately when we first arrived, the person at rhe front desk was quite rude and short with us which is frustrating after such a long drive. We were initially told it may be possible to check in early, that we should just go by the office and see if the unit was ready, and a woman working in the office blew us off immediately without even checking our unit and told us to come back at 4 pm. That aside, it is a very nice unit overall but I would advise a new queen mattress be purchased. Even though it was suppose to be a vacation, it was relaxing but my husband and I got little to no sleep. The bed was horrible, it was clearly a very cheap spring mattress that was harder than a rock. That was offputting for sure because if the bed was better it would have been the perfect unit.
