Newly Renovated! One spacious bedroom with a King bed and One Full Bathroom with a walk-in shower. This condo is oceanfront and is located in the heart of the Isle of Palms on Ocean Blvd. You will have your own private access to the beach, pool, and the fishing pier, along with shops and restaurants near by. This Sea Cabin is located on the third floor and the complex does not offer an elevator.

The bedroom has a luxurious King bed. Simply slide the modern barn doors for privacy and enjoy the wall mounted TV in this spacious bedroom!! The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV so you can view your favorite show or Streaming App on the couch after a day on the beach. This couch is also a full-size sleeper sofa and includes a Tempur-Pedic mattress and new pillows! Sheets included in stay.

The unit has been recently updated and is in mint condition. This third-floor unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel, full-size appliances for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen features an island area with Quartz countertops for enjoying your meals.

The condo was exactly as pictured and proved to be better than expected. We were thrilled to have a king bed as most units have only a queen option. We will definitely plan to rent 326B again

We’ve stayed in the Sea Cabins for almost 15 years and they never disappoint! This condo was beautifully updated, and felt more spacious with the added island and king size bed! The flooring was a nice touch for the feet! It’s also the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t have a musky smell, as the units are older and can have a damp smell when entering. The extra seating in the balcony was perfect for our family to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast at, and enjoy the gorgeous view! We will be back, and hope to book this condo again in the future!

During our entire stay, work was being done ALL day long on the siding on the balcony side of the property. We were NOT told of this work beforehand and it was VERY NOISY during the day when we would try and sit on the balcony and relax. Relaxation is why we come to the beach! At times workers were on our balcony to do their job. The closet door in the only bedroom would not even close and the closet itself was stuffed so full of bedding, etc., we had no place to really hang our clothes. We were disappointed in the property.

Loved the condo! Stay n every year. Only complaint is the the very few pots to cook with ate very old and some are bent. There are no baking sheets or casserole dishes at all. Owners need to buy more pots, pans, baking sheets and a large pot to cook crab legs in would be nice.

We enjoyed our stay at 326B. Cute place. Nicely decorated. Great king size bed, but a tight fit in the bedroom. If you can't do stairs, it's not for you. Forty stairs up and down. By the end of the week we were pros. Lots of places to eat - Sea Biscuit Cafe, Coconut Joes, Luke and Ollies, Acme Low Country. Poe's on Sullivan Island is good too. Didn't have a bad meal.

Arrived the day after Christmas to a clean, updated Sea Cabin. We have stayed at the Sea Cabins many times before, but not in this unit. It did not disappoint. Really loved the layout. Having a king-size bed was definitely a plus. We usually stay in the A building, but definitely loved the view from B building.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The view and access to pool and beach was awesome. Living room and kitchen island furniture were not comfortable. Needs black out curtains in living room. Needs grab bars and bench in shower. Would stay here again, especially if above improvements were made.

We had the best time here! We've stayed in other Sea Cabins before but this unit was by far the best. Very clean and the decor was so nice, you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making it nice for their guests. Great view of the ocean and very friendly staff at the Island Realty office! This was the perfect little getaway. We will definitely return for a longer stay this summer. Our room 326B was so wonderful. I chose this room because it had been updated & for the balcony location which was PERFECTLY centered to the ocean and pool!! The owners have been very intentional on placing needed items for your stay, which is much appreciated. We also love how efficiently the condo was decorated for the space available. My only complaint is the couch is not quite big enough so not very relaxing for two people. This would not deter us from returning though. We absolutely loved the surrounding restaurants, that are walking distance (bonus!)

The rental experience started off quite rocky due to lack of communication and overall empathy from the check in staff. 4pm is the check in time, we received a text that we will get the code and check information at 4pm. 4:15pm arrives and no email, or text. I call, and the gentleman states that cleaning services are running behind, and had no explanation on why they didn't give me a text to inform me of this, didn't feel overly concerned with my family and I waiting in the parking lot and didn't have a time when it would be ready. He said I would receive a text in 20-30 minutes. We didn't receive a text. I had to walk in and ask for an update and miraculously it was ready! Now this wouldn't be that big of a deal I suppose, however with check out time being at 10 am and constantly stated that you must vacate the condo by 10 am or incur a penalty it seems awfully hypercritical that they would hold themselves loosely to the 4pm check in without any adjustment at all of check out time if they are running late. By the time we got checked in it was after 5pm. Overall the staff that I dealt with had no empathy, didn't want to budge on any of their rules, nor communicate properly with us. Had we known that we wouldn't have checked in until 5pm, then we would have not just waited in the parking lot for an hour, or so and would have just went to the beach. The property, 326 B, was very nicely decorated and had everything figured out. Lots of hooks to hang towels, drying rack for towels, pull out couch etc. The main miss is the bunk beds. No ladder and no guard rail, so my kids couldn't use them. Had to use the pull out couch each night, which was fine, but just added to the nightly routine with little ones. Overall, great place to stay, if they add a ladder and guard rails on the bunk beds, we will make 326 B our number one choice each time we go to IOP. The view was fantastic, super clean, completely updated with great decor.

We have stayed at the Sea Cabins 2 or 3 times per year for 30 years now, and many of those occasions through the years in 326B. The latest renovation of 326B brings to mind JoAnn Gaines: ship lap, barn doors, pale green-grey tones, totally updated kitchen with an island, and glass shower in the bath. The third floor level offers spectacular views of the ocean. Sea Cabins has a pool and access to the only pier on the Isle of Palms. The Sea Cabins is also walking distance to great restaurants, or a short drive if one prefers to dine at restaurants near Wild Dunes or on Sullivan’s Island. Island Realty is very supportive of clients. For example, prior to the previous storms we were informed when our arrivals had to be delayed, and when it was safe to check in. Island Realty also helps with maintenance issued, additional linens, and concierge information. We highly recommend the Sea Cabins and 326B.

Everything was wonderful. All the updates in the cabin are so nice and comfortable. Since I was asked, LoL... I did notice one thing about the cabin that made me frown a little...the ceiling fans, vents, and artificial plants were all extremely dusty. Everything else was cleaned nicely for us but these things looked like they haven’t seen a rag for many months. I will definitely rent this particular cabin again! Beautiful view!! Beautiful cabin!!

We have stayed in the Sea Cabins for 23+ years, usually 3-4 times/year so we know them well. Unit 326 is one of the cabins we have rented many times over the years because it's view is fantastic, the amenities are very good (cooking etc.), and it features high chairs on the balcony for viewing. They recently did a renovation and it is very nice and fresh. We did have a maintenance issue with the HVAC this trip and it was addressed immediately. We think the people ahead of us may have turned it down too low and it caused an issue. One of our favorite restaurants close by closed,but there are several very good places to eat within walking distance, as well as on Sullivan's Island and Mt. Pleasant. We always enjoy IOP and the Sea Cabins, as it is very family friendly (we've NEVER had any kind of irritation from other people on or off the beach), and the pier and beach are right across a small parking lot. The balcony view is the greatest, watching beach and pool goers, dolphins, and ships in and out of the harbor. Our friends have told us to take a trip to Europe for special anniversaries and birthdays....but we just love returning to the Sea Cabins for those special times.

Have rented this condo 2 x per year for almost 10 years now. Have rented condos in this complex since 1987. Updates are fabulous! We cook in often, so great kitchenette with up-to-date and fully functioning appliances accommodate that. Walking distance to great restaurants or short drive to desired ones. Grocery store or fresh seafood available for purchase one block away. This is a 70’s era condo; three-floor walkup. Simple, seaside, with its own pool and laundry room. Very nice, very clean, very secure and great price. Good cookware; makes a difference on a rainy day in November.

Condo 326 was different from other cabins we have stayed over the decades. Very little space for clothes for 4 people. We basically lived out of suit cases. Very little island counter/seating space. Very little bathroom toiletry space, narrow shelf ,stuff kept falling off. 1 blanket for 4 people. Upper hall bunk had been deleted taking away more space. Sink would not drain unless garbage disposal was on. Island Reality staff very helpful. Non smoking unit but smoking unit below odors lifted onto our deck area.. next time will check to see if lower unit is non smoking. This was not our first time here,we have stayed in Sea Cabins 3rd floor level area since the late 80's and understand what space you have. This one however was very lacking.

The unit has 1 bunk in the hallway suitable for a small child or small adult. The pull out couch was comfortable enough for my husband, but our 6ft 1" teenager needed the bedroom.
We like having the pier nearby and lots of restaurant options within walking distance. There isn't an elevator so make sure you are able to walk up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage. The unit was very clean and we loved the decor. Only the pool could have been a bit cleaner, but lots of sand must be expected at a pool next to the beach.

And we took our experience of going up all over he stairs as great exercise because we wouldn’t trade that view for anything!!!

The condo was nice. Location perfect. This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at the Sea Cabins. We had a short trip staying from Monday-Thursday. On Tuesday the smoke alarm started going off on its on for no reason. We called it in Tuesday evening because it would not quit. The maintenance help line called back twice for "more details". I am wondering how many details do you need on a smoke alarm that keeps going off. At 10:30 PM, they call back to see if we still want someone to take care of it. I was in the bed. I called back on Wednesday about it and they sent someone to fix it at around 3 PM. I can deal with weird things happening but it was a little ridiculous. On the way home Thursday, I called Island Reality to tell them about this occurrence. I requested an adjustment on my stay and was told they had to run in by the supervisor. It is Wednesday of the next week and I have not received a call back.

It is regrettable that the the smoke detector was chirping during your stay. When you spoke to someone after hours on Tuesday you were speaking to our after hours call service. This service is an on call service only and does need to make sure they all the details to be able to diagnose the after hours issue. Since this was not an emergency issue the call center informed us of the issue and we added it to our next day service list. We are glad we were able to service this issue within 24 hours. Island Realty does not consider this to be an issue that requires compensation, but would like to apologize for not having had a supervisor return your call. Unit was perfect for two people. You could sleep 4, but it would be tight. Clean, comfy looking out to the ocean, which was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Going to downtown Charleston was about a 20 minute ride, much longer with traffic. Although we did not use the pool, it was well kept and inviting. Stores for food and other shopping 5-10 minutes away, max. Nice place for the price.

Making a reservation is easy and efficient. Island Realty personnel are courteous and accommodating . This Condo at the Sea Cabins is updated. The kitchen has standard appliances and is well equipped; the bed is very comfortable and the bath is nice. You cannot beat the view! The Sea Cabins owns the only pier on IOP; has efficient laundry facility, patrolled private parking area off the street, terrific pool and private coded gates to the beach. Have rented this particular condo for 4 seasonal stays. Highly recommend it!

we loved this little place. the water was really hot and all 4 of us could shower. the location is great and the view was nice. it was around $1500 including all the fees for a 4 night stay. for that price, the sleeping conditions were ruff. the pull out couch/bed and hallway mattress were literally torture to sleep on.

I have stayed at the Sea Cabin properties many times. Never in this specific cabin. I had brought my own linens due to some not having very many. I couldn't believe how many linens this property had. Had I known that it would have saved me a whole luggage piece. It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. The only complaint I would have is that the electrical outlets are wore out and some things didn't want to stay plugged in.

Our family of 4 rented this condo as a spur of the moment trip. Every time we go to the beach, we stay at the Sea Cabins since it is so convenient to the beach and to Charleston. 326B was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, just as advertised. There were a lot of extras provided in the condo (but not shampoo-bring some). We parked our car when we arrived Friday and didn't move it again till we left Monday as we were able to walk everywhere for delicious restaurants and souvenir shopping. My only warning would be that to sleep 4, one person will be on a narrow bunk about 2/3 the size of a normal twin. The sleeper in the living room is a little larger than a twin bed, and there is a queen size bed in the bedroom. Overall though, a wonderful experience.

we love this place. been here 6-7 times and it never fails. the beach, charleston's restaurants and shopping, the sights. great place to crash. no noise. nice people. amenities. stuff you need just a few blocks away. the location is really what you want. this apt. was quite spartan, so be careful if you want anything more. otherwise, hassle-free relaxation and enjoyment. and the town we're from is frankenmuth, not frankenbooth.

After recovering from climbing three flights of stairs several times to get our luggage and supplies in the room , the unit was very clean and the view was nice. We had trouble connecting to the wifi and the satellite tv was in and out. The unit was clean. The pool was very nice and the beach is easily accessible.Great place for a week-end stay would not recommend any longer unless in a bigger unit and lower level.

We require each property to have an iron for guest use.

All rental properties will also come equipped with an initial setup of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items are not replenished once they run out. You should either plan to bring extra supplies and any other paper or cleaning products you may need during your stay, or purchase them after you arrive.
