We were very impressed with 329B Sea Cabin when we recently stayed there while attending a family wedding in Charleston. It was probably the cleanest place we've ever rented in that area. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We've already booked it again for next year.

Our stay was the closest thing to heaven on earth! Our condo was perfect in every way- very clean, great views, more than enough room for my daughter and I. This was the perfect get away for us!

We loved our stay at Sea Cabin 329B. We loved the location! We could walk to eat breakfast daily as well as walk to eat dinner in the evening. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the direct view of the ocean from the balcony.

Wish we were still there. Some things of note: the refrigerator is very noisy. There has been a critter on the balcony...there's little poop, might want to trim the tree that's against the railing. Everything else was perfect and no reason not to leave 5 ☆'s!!

The condo was really nice! It was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the extra seating in the living room and the deck. The oceanfront view was outstanding! Our only complaint was that we were only allowed one parking pass. One of our guests had to pay to park during our stay! We've stayed at Sea Cabins several times and always received 2 passes.

This rental was in the perfect location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, yet very quiet. We loved having our own access to the beach and pier, and view was incredible. No complaints at all with this property. We will definitely choose this rental again if we're in the area.

For the most part, we enjoyed our rental. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. There are several things that would have made our stay better. First, the water did not get cool enough in the shower. The hot water handle did not work. When you turned the shower handle up, it was automatically hot water. Then you added the cold as needed. This was not satisfactory because the water was still very warm for a shower.

Second, I would recommend an upgrade on the sheets for the main bed. They were not good quality. The pillows could also use upgrade. They were flat. The towels and wash cloths were great.

Finally, I know you must have a policy or rule about lowering the thermostat to only 72. However, this was also not satisfactory. We enjoy a VERY cool home and would have liked to have had the ability to lower the temperature to about 68.

The kitchen was well furnished and refrigerator worked very well.

The living room was nicely furnished as well as the balcony.

My daughter has been a certified life guard for 12 years. She has also maintained pools as part of her job. The week we were at Sea Cabins, the pool was very cloudy which was probably due to lack of proper water flow and improper level of chemicals.

Finally, we feel that the price of washing and drying clothes should be included in the lease. This will give tenants a heads up to bring quarters.

Great location. Clean condo. Peaceful. Wished could've stayed longer! Need to fix that sliding screen door on the balconey! I didn't like the bed, too firm and bouncy for me, but that's just a personal thing.

This property was very good. All pictures/wall decor was off the wall. Getting ready to paint maybe??? Lamp on bedside table did not work. No hair dryer. But overall nice unit. Loved the outside extra door. :)

The unit is somewhat dated. Bed and pillows in main bedroom were uncomfortable. Ceiling fan made annoying whining sound all night. Shower showed signs of age/wear and tear- caulking discolored and peeling off. Door jams were full of dirt and other debris. Pesticide applicator showed up during our staycti spray for cockroaches which I did not appreciate. Overall this room was disappointing for the cost.

Please note that here on the Isle of Palms we do have many pests that every home, business, condo, apartment must have a pest control company to come out quarterly for. Pest control is something the Sea Cabin HOA handles and Island Realty has no control over. The chemicals are not harmful for humans and will not affect us. Island Realty would like you to know that we do have a full maintenance staff that could help you with any issues you may have during your stay like a noisy ceiling fan. Rental was great. Have stayed on numerous occasions over the years.

However, the insurance for lost days from hurricane is a bad deal. Only paid a measly portion of days lost after subtracting the insurance cost. Get a different policy to cover guests and/or offer extra days on the same or future rentals!

Upon arrival to the unit we checked in at Island Realty and received our package but could not check in till 4 pm. We checked in at 1 pm. We walked around for a bit then at 3 checked to see if our unit was ready and there seemed that no one was there and the maids had left for the day we phone IR and ask if we could get into out room and was told that it needed to be inspected and they would text us. Well that didn't happen until 4 pm. Would be nice if the room is ready just to let the vacationists get into the room.

My only complaint is the condo we stayed in was a little outdated which was no big deal, but I think the stained bed sheets, & blankets should be replaced once in while. the condo unit was nicely decorated...very clean...though the sofa cushions could use a cleaning...everything worked...could not find remotes to the TV in bedroom...outside of that the ocean views are awesome.
For Sunrises and morning sun choose building C...for Sunsets and evening sun choose building A. We liked Building B for the broad expanse of ocean view.

This was our first time to stay in section B of the Sea Cabins. The view was fantastic. The unit was as described. We especially liked the blinds and blackout curtains in the bedroom. The brightness of the outside lights seems to be a problem in most units. Thanks for that! We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Accommodations are nice. However, we booked early May in advance for $225 but on arrival learned via the Island Realty website that 329B was "on special" for $130. Island Realty would not consider an adjustment. In effect, booking ahead cost us $95 a night.

We have stayed in many Sea Cabins and this unit is very nice with a great view. The unit was clean, but the balcony was a mess from birds etc. The staff came immediately and cleaned it. I loved having some carpet down, the view, well equipped. High chairs on the balcony and regular chairs and table inside would be nice, but overall it was really pleasant. I will rent this unit again, sometime in the future. Bed was really comfortable - something not always true in the Sea Cabins.

We have stayed in several of the Sea Cabin units and this is our favorite. The unit has a comfortable bed, everything is updated and the owners managed to find ways to make a small unit have everything... except a washer/dryer ( we didn't need one). If we return to the area, this would be our top choice. Management company was very accommodating during a weather emergency to our needs for flexibility when leaving and were pleasant to deal with. There is no elevator so the third floor could be an issue for some, but for us, it was fine.

We absolutely loved the condo, especially the location, while we were there to celebrate our engagement and my fiance's 40th birthday last week. The owners do a great job of making sure we don't have to bring a lot of stuff with us (ex: kitchen stuffs, linens, towels). The only thing I would change is the bed and pillows. Neither one of us slept well the week we were there and woke up sore the next day.

* Liked use of space inside seems more open than many other Sea Cabins we have stayed in. But thee is a price for that. Be aware there is no kitchen table and that is where the space comes from. Has stools at bar, which OK, but better would be stools with backs. ..would help our backs.
* Liked the extra chairs and patio table for outside dining. Most units dont have tables outside and thats anice touch.
Other than that great stay. Would recommend.
