Description

Nicely decorated two bedroom, two bath villa in Wild Dunes. It overlooks the complex pool and offers beautiful views of the ocean! The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, with crisp white cabinet and counter tops. The living room offers comfortable furnishings w/a sleeper sofa, an HDTV with a Blu-ray player, and access to the private balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with new bedding, new wood flooring, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, and shares a full bath w/the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed with new bedding, a flat screen TV with a VCR/DVD player, access to the private balcony, and has a private full bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Access to the complex pool! WIFI. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.

*This is a Sunday-Sunday rental from 6/4/17 to 8/27/17; 3 night minimum in off season** Please note that there is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit. Attention Shipwatch Guests: The City of Isle of Palms is conducting a beach restoration project from 2015 through the winter of 2016. Heavy machinery and equipment may be in use and near this complex or beach access during the span of the project. We appreciate your understanding of the temporary work taking place to restore beach erosion. Check the City of Isle of Palms website for an up-to-date project timeline.

Loved our stay in Wild Dunes. Condo was perfect, clean and great location. Would definitely stay there again next year. Huge pool and the weather for spot on the whole week ! We stayed at Sea Cabins last year and the condo we had was disgusting. I would not stay there again. Highly recommend Wild Dunes area condos looked much nicer.

The unit had no hair dryer or kitchen towels very surprised and disapointed about that and we had to bring our own beach towels too.

Enjoyed staying @ Shipwatch. Great location. Overall had a great time staying in this unit. I would recommend larger TV's and expand cable selection.

The Wild Dunes area is beautiful and Shipwatch is wonderful- best beach we've ever visited. We loved the clean, hard-packed sand good for walking and being in the water.

We were a bit disappointed in the unit itself - the kitchen did not have many of the things we have always enjoyed in other condos - a cooler, an insulated thermos-like container, and plastic glasses for poolside. No beach chairs or towels. The master bedroom ceiling fan was noisy so we were unable to use it. In addition, the television was ATT Uverse which we were not familiar with at all, and there was no instructions, listing of channels, or the channel package, so it was difficult to find things we were looking to see.

Lastly, we arrived on Saturday and had many questions, and were disappointed that the rental agency "concierge" was staffed by a very pleasant young lady but unfortunately she could do nothing for us and we needed to call back when the manager was in the office the next day.

To sum it up, loved the location but will look for a different unit within Shipwatch for our next visit.

Enjoyed our stay in IOP, SC. The unit we rented was very nice. Located in a gated community with security. All was quite with a good view of the ocean from the balcony.

Noted some things needed updating, some items same as back in 2008. Denim chairs and wicker chair not comfortable. Dining table needs refinishing and chairs are leg bumpers. Kitchen faucet and microwave not working correctly. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

We took my son and daughter-in-law on this vacation to the Charleston Area. We have stayed at Ship Watch before and truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked and perfect for our stay. Who can complain when you can open the deck doors in the morning and listen to the ocean. We were right on the beach and enjoyed daily walks. We also toured the area and found that it was close to Charleston and several other popular activities.

We gad a great tune as always on IOP. Rena did a terrific joy as always selecting just the right place for us. The Unit was clean and up to date. We checked in after hours and everything was ready for us.
