Fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite countertops and tile flooring. Hardwood throughout the dining and living rooms. 42" HDTV w/Blu-ray & DVD player and stereo system in the living room, leather sofa and loveseat, and cable televisions in the master and queen bedrooms. Master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, TV, private full bath, and private access to the balcony. The guests rooms offer a queen sized bed and two twins with attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Wireless internet, and access to the community pool. Linens included. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Very nice condo with wonderful views. Comfortable master bedroom, well equipped kitchen. Sofas in living room are in need of replacement, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Located right on the beach the sound of waves and seagulls were only surpassed by the gorgeous sunrises and starry nights. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a long balcony and lots of lnatural light. The area is quiet and well maintained. Access to restaurants and shopping is an easy 15 minute drive.

We have stayed in Wild Dunes at least 10 times in various houses and condos and Summer House 501 has the best view of them all. The beach is very wide at this point of Isle of Palms so you will have plenty of room to find a quiet place on the beach. My only suggestion is to upgrade the quality of the beds and the 2nd bedroom can easily hold a king size bed.

We have fallen in love with Wild Dunes. We think it is like living in paradise. As retired teachers, we are lucky enough to be able to rent for a month. We can host family and college friends and still have time for ourselves!

Great location. Apartment is in need of some updates and is showing signs of wear and tear. However the complex is great. Pool was great, proximity to beach perfect and Wild Dunes continues to be a great place for a family vacation.

Best thing about this rental is that it's a corner unit. We loved the breakfast nook and the multiple doors to the balcony. A couple improvements to suggest are to increase the water pressure and update the bedding. Customer service at Island Realty was excellent and very helpful.
