Description

New to the Island Realty Rental Program! This 4 bedroom private home is conveniently located within short walking distance to a nearby beach path, and shares a community pool with only twelve homes (outdoor pool open April through October). Features include: Partial Ocean view from deck and living room. Linens included. No smoking and no pets permitted.

Bedroom One: King bed; Apple TV (no cable); Private bath.
Bedroom Two: Queen bed; Shares full bath with main level.

Third Floor:
Bedroom Three: (2) Queen beds; Private toilet and sink; Shares jack and jill tub and shower with Bedroom 4.
Bedroom Four: (2) Twin beds; Private toilet and sink; Shares jack and jill tub and shower with Bedroom 3.

Access to the community pool in Sea Oats community. Sea Oats pool is closed end of October-Apr 1 as a rule, but may stay open longer if it’s still very warm.

Elevator: Width: 36; Gate Opening: 30.5

*This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from 6/5/22 to 8/21/22; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

Our visit to 5 Surf Lane was perfect. The location is outstanding as well as the view of the ocean. We just loved the luxurious home and the well-planned layout. The openness of the first floor was beautifully planned with four nooks - TV area, chat area, dining area, and kitchen. Two bedrooms down and two up were perfect. The rental staff was most helpful to me in planning this family getaway. We loved the short walk to the beautiful pool area. This vacation was, indeed, a little piece of paradise!

Beautiful home just as described in the photos and listing. Elderly parents had the elevator option. Kids liked the boogie boards and eyes up the surf boards. Grilled most nights w the full tank of gas provided. Private access to beach was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and would definitely come back to this home again for our extended family of 9.

We really enjoyed our stay at 5 Surf Lane! The house is cute/updated in decor and we had everything we needed in the home. We had ocean views and the beach access is right there! There is a community pool as well, which was nice. Easy bike ride to the marina and the Rec Center. The house was clean and well maintained. Plenty of linens and it was great to have the washer/dryer as well as elevator to load/unload bags or groceries.
