The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and a charming breakfast nook.

Imagine yourself relaxing under the shady pergola next to the pool enjoying cocktails with your friends and then spending the evening on the perfectly lit screened patio. Outdoor Tidewater community pool is open seasonally (April-end of September)

Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.

Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.

Spacious entry foyer with bedrooms/baths on left and common areas on the right. Back of foyer hosts glass doors which open to screened porch

Screened porch offers comfortable conversational seating, and steps leading to pool and beach paths.

Living area with Queen sleeper sofa, Large flat screen Cable TV with streaming capabilities.

Kitchen with stainless appliances, small dining table, and pantry holding full sized stacked washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1) King Bed; private bathroom (walk in shower); Cable flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.

Bedroom 2) King Bed; private access to hall bath (tub/shower combo); Cable flat-screen TV.

*This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from 6/2/24 to 8/18/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

This was our first time rental from Island Realty. I have always used another realty company when staying at Isle of Palms. I was not disappointed. The property was really nice and clean. I have rented several condos. This is the first one I have stayed at, that I can say has the most comfortable beds. The only thing about staying on the first floor is it was noisey. That is to be expected at any rental on the first floor. We had a wedding to attend that keep us from enjoying the property. I will return when I can stay longer and enjoy the property.

This condo was very clean and convenient to the beach and walking paths. It is decorated very tastefully. Fresh and updated. The covered porch in the back was cozy and intimate. The pool was inviting but a little too cold for us this time of year. We would definitely rent it again in the future.

I had a chance to bring my sister and her husband for a quick vacation. The accessibility to the condo was excellent with ramp as she is on a crutch. The rooms were clean, and we felt right at home. The porch was such a great addition and it afforded nice chats and reading. The beds were so comfy ( and added blankets for the chilly evenings). The only suggestion I had for the property is the addition of grab bars near each shower as due to its one level location, it might allow those with less abilities to enter the showers safely. We had such a nice time and will definitely try to return!

Have stayed in at least 25 different condos/houses in Wild Dunes over the years and Tidewater I103 was easily one of the best. Great location on the beach, clean and comfortable,and well-decorated.

We have been coming to Isle of Palms for well over a decade now and usually stay in places like this. This particular unit was definitely one of the best we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with just steps to the pool and not far from the beach. The pool was not too crowded since it serves a relatively small number of units in only two buildings. There were a few small maintenance issues (slow drains, door latches for example) that need to be addressed but they could be recent and just not addressed yet. It definitely appears the property is well cared for. I will mention that we did have to run out and get a small step stool as the queen size bed was too tall for our four year old to get in and out of so if you have small kids or short adults you may want to consider bringing one with you. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and worked well for us. The only thing we noticed was the cabinet in the master bath and the hook on the bathroom door was torn off. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and cookware.

This condo had a great location and is handicapped accessible. It was clean and amply supplied. The beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. Two suggestions- remove the oversized rug from the master and replace the sofa which was clean but lacked any support.

Tidewater I 103 was beautiful, excellent beds, bathrooms and linens. Directions for use of the TV's would have been helpful. We enjoyed the porch with a view of the pool and ocean. So pleasant to hear the waves breaking on the beach.

We enjoyed the condo very much. Great location with ocean view and nice screened porch for having morning coffee and night games. The condo was very clean and had many extras including fully stocked kitchen items. It was recently updated and such a nice place for a family of four or two couples.

We all loved the unit and the location! The pictures are very accurate, the unit was very clean and had everything you could need. I was concerned about having a wooden rocker in the living room - I thought I would sit there so others wouldn't have to but we all liked that chair and it was fact we want to know were it was purchased (we want 2 for our screened porch). The beds were very comfortable, and very tall (almost needed a step stool to get in them for this short person -haha ). The front door took some getting used to, it does NOT automatically lock when you shut the door. We also couldn't get the lights on the porch to come on but we were only there a few days so we didn't fool with it. The couch folds out to accommodate more people but we didn't need it. If we had any complaints (and it really isn't a complaint) it would be that the sand and pollen needed to be cleaned off of the porch...if we had been there longer, I would have cleaned it myself...but other than that the unit and porch were in very good condition. We absolutely loved this unit and location and WILL stay here again!

We absolutely loved our rental! The customer service that Island Realty provides is excellent. The condo was well equipped and nicely appointed. We had plenty of everything we needed...soap, dish wash, toilet tissue, paper towel. The walk from the condo to the beach was fast and easy. It was never inconvenient to zip back to the condo when we forgot something or needed a break from the beach. We ordered beach chairs and umbrellas each day at a reasonable price as an add-on and they were delivered by 8 am. This was a really great experience for us from beginning to end.

We arrived after business hours and it was easy to pick up keys from a box outside the office. Walking into the condo the space was open and beautiful. It looks like everything is brand new (furniture, linens, mattress, rugs and kitchen supplies.) The porch is large and you can see the water from the porch and master bed! The pictures do not the condo justice! There is a wall of mirrors in the living room that do not photograph well but in person the place is beautiful. Would definitely come back to this specific condo!
