Having been in the property management business for more than 40 years, we understand it can be daunting to determine what type of program is the right choice for your and your property. Island Realty has served as the property manager for hundreds of properties throughout the greater Charleston area and we are here to simplify the process for you with our expertise and experience. If you're already familiar with property management and know what you are looking for, please visit our Vacation Rental Management, Long-Term Management, and Homeowners Association Management pages for curated information relevant to your needs. See below to get a better understanding of each of Island Realty's primary property management solutions or give us a call so we can walk you through the options and help you determine the right fit for you.
Vacation Rental Management:
A vacation rental property rents on a nightly and weekly basis. Your property will be where guests rest their heads while on vacation. Due to the seasonality of our business, some months will have more stays than others. The best fit for a vacation rental will be close to beaches and/or points of interest and a desirable place to stay for a few nights. If you're interested in using your property yourself throughout the year, consider a vacation rental. Learn more >>
Long-Term Rental Management:
Long-term rentals lease for 3 months or longer, though most frequently on a 12 month basis. Island Realty will match you with a tenant and will collect rent on your behalf on a monthly basis and act on your behalf as any maintenance, care or other issues arise. Most long-term rentals are unfurnished and provide more consistent income as the monthly rate will be set and agreed to for the duration of the leasing period. Learn more >>
Homeowners Association Management:
Homeowners Association (HOA) Management assists HOA boards in the management of the community. Island Realty assists in collecting HOA fees, managing the maintenance of common areas, and much more. Island Realty is also equipped to assist in managing a joint ownership property. Learn more >>
