First floor features one bedroom, full bath, open concept kitchen, dining, and living space with flat screen cable TV and direct access to screened porch. Second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite on second level hosts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. WiFi & Linens included. No Pets. No smoking.

The location is fantastic, the beach was so clean and peaceful almost like having the brach to yourself.
the golf courses are just minutes away
The villa was clean nicely decorated my family telly enjoy themselves.
If I had to pick one thing I woukd change would be the upstairs front bedroom would have a queen bed , that is being picky every thing else was perfect

We had a great stay. Condo is very close to pool and beach access. I had read a few reviews about the loud washing machine but the level of loudness was still a surprise. When we first used it, I really thought an airplane was landing in the hallway upstairs. It’s VERY loud. That’s the only negative. If it’s not changed out, run it during the day, not at night. No way you could sleep with it running.

Property was largely as described. The spacious kitchen was the main reason we selected this unit. In order for the property to go from good to great they’d need to: 1) replace the beds which were too hard and transferred motion, 2) improve AC flow to the upstairs as it got warm and stuffy at night, 3) upgrade the outdoor furniture as it was the uncomfortable, cheap plastic stuff you get at your local hardware store.

Great location, very close to the pool and only 3 min walk to the beach. Condo is a bit dated, only 1 TV and it is kind of old. It appears that mold is growing on some of the pictures hanging in the family room. The washing machine was a bit smelly. The WiFi worked great. The kitchen was nice. The screened in porch was very nice. Overall we had a good time staying here.

This beach villa condo had fabulous views of the pool , palm trees and beach from the porch and upstairs deck
Perfect October weather with sunshine and privacy !
Kitchen well stocked , just missing a corkscrew... would definitely love to rent again - location was perfect for our group!

The condo was adequate in size for our group. However, it had outdated curtains and bed spreads, and too cluttered to be comfortable. The TV did work the evening we got there and had no TV that night. The key did not work and we were locked out. Inadequate towels in unit. Broken chair in b/r.

All went well. Received a message at around 2pm that the rental was available but we were still in transit so we couldn't take advantage of the early check in. We did have to check in late and were able to do all this via the internet. Keys were waiting in the lock box when we got there. The townhouse was located steps away from the pool and the few more steps to the beach. The screened area had a good view of the ocean. Beach not too crowded. The area was easy to get around. Wild Dunes required we show our pass each time we entered. Harris Teeter about 10 minutes down the street. Many restaurants also 10-15 minutes away. Traffic on the island not bad this time of year. Parking can be the only problem, especial at Sullivan Island's restaurant row.

Wonderful time with family. Really enjoyed the pool, and close proximity to the beach.

Beach Club Villas are nice and quiet. Only complaint is the loud washing machine, sounds like atrain, and the kitchen trash can was small and in an inconvenient place.

Nice town home/villa. Area was quiet and relaxing. Updated kitchen was real nice. Overall great stay. 2 downers though. 1. Master shower needs to be re-caulked, caulk that is there looks bad. 2. The only TV in the place is awful. Not sure if it is a combination of older TV or bad cable box/provider. At times it would just loose the local channels. As far as i could tell it doesn't have streaming capabilities. I saw a post from June stating the same thing about the TV, I called and the person I talked to said they had a Tropical Storm/Depression that week in question and assured me everything ok with the TV. Don't get me wrong it was watchable, but hard to navigate. I would of hated to have had bad weather and be stuck inside. But you would think a rental that demands what it does to rent, that could be fixed. TV's are cheap now a days

Location of the condo was great, however there were several issues for us. There are no TVs in any bedrooms, and the main TV in den was awful; terrible picture that could not be improved (we had maintenance come to try and fix it). The bath towels were bad, like a one-star hotel quality, and we were only allowed one set per person, as if we going to summer camp in the 70's or were staying at a cheap hotel. Yes there was a washer & dryer, but the washer was ridiculoulsly loud. The furniture on the screened porch was very cheap, white plastic stuff, and one of the lounge chairs there was completely broken and unusable. There was no furniture at ALL on the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom - nothing! Another annoyance was they had not converted to a key-pad entry. In this day and age, who wants to keep up with a key at the beach? This condo rental was entirely too expensive to be so second-rate in this many areas.

It was a lovely condo. It was well appointed, the only thing we didn't have in the kitchen was a can opener. We purchased on and donated it to the cause.
It was clean, nicely decorated. We will request it again.

Very relaxing. There were few rentals around us with made for an empty beach.
Problems with the unit: toilet in master bath was loose and rocked, master shower had mold around the edges.

This property is brand new to our rental program, thus why there are no reviews yet. This is a beautiful condo that the owner has done many upgrades on.

How many TVs? What is provided? How many vehicles are allowed?

There is one TV in the family room, there are none in the bedrooms. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap is provided. This unit has a strict 2-vehicle capacity.

The ocean view looks blocked by trees. Can you tell me more about that?
