The condo was great. It could have used a quick wipe down for a few cleaning items, but overall it was fine.
We would stay here again. The condo has great views and is close to the pool and the ocean.
I would have given 5 stars but I gave 4 stars due to their being so many mosquitos. I am not sure if it was the time of year or why they were so bad, but you could be out walking on the beach in the early morning or at dusk, so we missed that.
We would visit again but definitely not this time of year.

This is a beautiful condo with a great view. The condo had a few cleaning issues but nothing that we could not handle on our own. Unfortunately, I gave this place a 3 instead of a 5 due to a mosquito problem. There were no morning or evening walks due to being swarmed by mosquitos. I am not sure if it is the time of year. We had 2 days where it was very breezy, and we had bug spray, so the beach was good for those 2 days. The other 2 days we could not be on the beach even with bug spray. We would love to come back but probably would not due to the mosquitos. We spoke with other guests that were experiencing the same issue. I will have to investigate before we booked again to see if it is the time of year or what caused the issue with the mosquitos. Other than that, it is a beautiful place and setting.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your experience with us! We are glad to hear that the unit itself was enjoyable for you! Please know that if anything has been missed by the housekeeping department, we are always willing and able to send a team back to make sure the unit is up to our cleanliness standard. And you are right, the mosquitos have been particularly bad for the last week or so, especially towards the end of the island such as Wild Dunes. This is partially due to the stormy weather we have had following the tropical storm and partly due to the current time of year. We did speak to the City of IOP last week and they were able to send out mosquito sprayers on Sunday night to hopefully alleviate the issue for current and upcoming guests. Although we unfortunetly cannot control the bugs, we encourage you to reach out to our maintenance team in situations like this so that we may help in any way we can. Thank you for staying with Island Realty, we hope to see you again soon!

This is a fabulous condo for vacationing with family. I received a text saying the condo was ready, early! this was a nice surprise. We arrived to a clean condo but no internet. The property manager after giving me her card with contact information quickly sent someone to the unit. Turns out it had just been unplugged. I appreciate the quick response as my son in law would be working from the condo during the week. This is an excellent location with easy walking to the pool and beach. Beautiful beach views! I would highly recommend Beach Club Villa 55!

Location is amazing, steps to the pool and a boardwalk from there to the beach. Beautiful views of the sunrise too. Townhouse is nicely decorated and maintained. We will be back next year.

The home was remarkably clean with new furniture and paint throughout. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the screened back porch and the upstairs sun deck. The location was perfect for us, oceanfront and pool front; perfect for us and our adult children. We love renting beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes for the week. Very convenient using the Island Realty concierge service. We also order our groceries online for quick pickup. Less time in stores and more time on the beach. Beautiful home!

This is a beautifully decorated condo. I've stayed in many Wild Dunes-IOP condos, and this one was the best. The kitchen has more gadgets than most rentals. The bedrooms are very large. The walk to the beach is one of the shortest in Wild Dunes. It doesn't have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up to the front door and upstairs to two of the three bedrooms.

This villa was like staying in a beach house. The location was great- close to pool & beach boardwalk. The screened in porch was awesome & with all the palm tree’s around us, we felt like we were in the Key’s. The master bedroom was big & updated, the balcony was great for watching the sunrise. The hardwood floors need refinishing, the headboard’s in the downstairs bedroom need adjusting as they were wobbly. Also, dishwasher didn’t work properly. But these are all minor issues that shouldn’t deter anyone from renting this property. There were 4 of us & our granddaughter’s loved have their own bathroom’s. It was clean, which is so important! We would stay here again & I recommend this property!

My three girls and I took a mother/daughter trip over their Fall Break. What a perfect villa in a perfect location! We even got to check-in early, they sent a text telling me everything was ready 4 hours before check-in! We loved the screened porch that was steps to the pool, and super close to the boardwalk. The sunrises from the master balcony are killer, a perfect spot to drink your coffee. The villa is incredibly well-stocked, which came in handy as restaurants were really crowded and we cooked a few meals to avoid the crowds. I am a bit of a clean freak and I had ZERO complaints about the cleanliness of the villa. The staff of Island Realty is obviously top-notch! Loved this villa, we will stay in this exact location again!

Great condo with an amazing view! Steps from the pool and beach. We also love the screened in porch and walk out down the porch. We have stayed in several condos over the last 10 years and this was by far our favorite! We will be back next year!

This Beach Club Villa was the perfect spot for 4 adults and 3 children! This end unit has a green space steps down from the porch for kids to play and adults to enjoy Bocce. The pool is less than 100 ft from the back door, and access to the beach is easy and closer than any rental we’ve stayed in. The kitchen is the best stocked we’ve had in any rental. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive. We had a couple of very minor issues that were taken care of immediately.
