3 Bedroom, 3 Bath elevated oceanfront bi-level condo located in the popular Beach Club Villa complex in Wild Dunes. Beach access and community pool is steps away from the complex! Enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or second level Master Balcony. This condo boasts two master suites, an updated kitchen, Smart TVs in each bedroom, wireless internet access, and an outdoor shower. Outdoor seasonal Community Pool (April -end of October, not heated or cooled)

First floor features one bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining area, and a living space with Smart TV (cable streaming through Xfinity App), queen sleeper sofa, and direct access to screened porch. Second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite on second level hosts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Our family hassy h a wonderful time at your villas. Having all Q/K beds was a huge plus, and often hard to find in 3 BR units. #67 kitchen was great, with the wall taken out and the huge island! The kitchen in #69 is really tight for 6 people. We plan to return next summer. We would be looking for 2 units would both have the updated open kitchen. Do you have 2 units line that?Another option would be a duplex with a pool.

This is a great unit for beachfront access! PROS: Beautiful views, fantastic kitchen that is well stocked, strong A/C, comfortable beds. CONS: Furniture/decor is a little dated, the family room needs more lighting & a fan, the porch furniture cushions need to be replaced, and bathroom showers could use some updating as well. The rental company also needs to provide more than 1 towel per person, per week.

The location of the rental was lovely. The grounds of the property were well maintained. The interior of the condo was dark and over crowded with too much furniture! The condo felt very like it was a collection of dated flea market finds. The doors were difficult to slide to the balcony and porch. Island Realty did replace the porch door in the middle of our stay. 3

We've stayed in 4 or 5 beach club villas and 67 is very nice. I liked that the steps were carpeted. The unit was clean and very well equipped. The pool is a minute walk from the unit. Don't wash clothes in the evening as the washer is very loud. I missed having a night stand next to master bed but the piece of furniture there worked. Would stay again. From Ohio (not VA)

My husband and I decided on a last minute beach trip for our three grandchildren (ages 9, 6 and 4 years old). This villa exceeded all expectations! Absolutely loved this condo. I was skeptical with the stairs but it was so lovely. The downstairs bathroom has a cabinet in the worst spot. Be careful of your head when turning on the shower.
The screened in patio was perfect. You have a gorgeous view of the ocean from the patio and of course from the upstairs master. Unit was very clean and everything worked perfect. Lots of utensils in kitchen. The pool was very nice, not crowded at all. The beach was so nice, felt like it was private. We pre-reserved beach chairs and umbrellas every day, it was so nice to go out there and have them there and ready for us.

This is a great location, central to everything, and a perfect porch view and walk to the beach. The main t.v. could use an update--one that is easier to work and in a better cabinet so easily viewed. The place is nice, the mattresses could be replaced as they are pretty used. Overall, the place is slightly dated but very good.

We loved the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and dinner ware. The view is breathtaking! The only thing wrong was the top bunk in the kids room was not made. I’m 70 and my grandkids had to do the best they could and pillowcases weren’t found until the next day. Overall, Great!

This was the perfect place for me, my mom and my three year old to stay. The view of the beach from the screened in porch was amazing. We were just a few steps from both the beach and the pool. My three year old had no problem walking to both. There is a service available to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up in advance (for a fee) which was very convenient. The rental had everything we could possibly need. They really thought of everything. This was by far the best beach rental I’ve ever stayed in. We will be back!

We had a lovely time in our condo. Unit was oceanfront with easy access to the beach but does have stairs from the unit. Unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of seven. There is no beach equipment available. We were a little concerned about the noise ordinance and it was confusing about whether or not we could even be outside. I would have liked a heads up and a little clarity about the ordinance before or during booking (the signs in the unit say absolutely no noise from 10pm to 10am -which feels a little ridiculous). It seems there have been many issues between locals and rentals. But we loved the outdoor space and views of the ocean. It’s about a 40 min drive from this unit to downtown Charleston. We would definitely rent from Island Realty again!

Third Year at Beach Club Villa 67

This was the third year we rented this property; we've found the layout and location to be really good within Beach Club Villas (the owners did some customization from the original floor plan and the property is not directly in front of the pool, which gives it a little less foot traffic and more privacy).
The property is well furnished and the kitchen has pretty much everything one would need. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and bathrooms in good condition. Property interior was very clean on our arrival.
A few updates, especially to the porch, might be warranted; not a show-stopper by any leans, but screens and the door was old and worn.
We'll likely rent here for our next year at IOP.
Island Realty did a great job as a rental agent; we've been renting from them for close to 30 years.
Restaurant recommendations: Seewee in Awendaw is one of our favorites as well as Mex One and the new Sullivan's on Sullivan's Island.

Wild Dunes for 8 Days in a lovely location

What a lovely location for a vacation stay! We have been coming to Isle of Palms/Wild Dunes for many years. This villa is in a wonderful location and has the feel of a private home with privacy from neighbors. The view is stunning from the upstairs master and downstairs living room. It is very spacious and would accommodate 7 or maybe 8 comfortably. We only had 3
on our visit.

The beach is around 150 steps from the back porch. We had very few around us so plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful ocean. We saw deer right off the dunes eating from the tons of blackberry bushes within just a few feet of the the walkway to the beach. Such a fun sight.

The kitchen is beautiful, completely updated with all you will need including new appliances and cabinets which made cooking in fun and easy! Beautiful countertops etc. lots of glassware and small appliances for everything you’ll need.

The villa was very clean upon arrival which is always nice.

All the bathrooms are functional but could use some updating especially the upstairs twin bedroom bath and the master shower. (The master vanity seems to have been updated). Furniture and bedding is the same...functional but nearing the need for replacement on some items. The carpet (stairs and upstairs) also needs to be replaced soon.

With all this being said, the location is phenomenal and I’m guessing the homeowner is going to do more renovations as they did in the kitchen. We enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again in hopes that more renovations are done.

We ourselves own rental property and understand the difficulty especially now to get things replaced and renovated. But the rental prices have gone way up so fixes and updates really should be a priority to match the considerably higher rates.

Overall, a great stay in a beautiful location!

We had a great stay at Beach Club Villa 67. The weather wasn't great, but we were able to walk the beach a couple of times and it's only a short ride into Charleston and all its shops and restaurants. The villa is in a great ocean front location. It is updated and extremely clean. We also took advantage of the Spa at Sweetgrass which is very, very nice. Too cold for golf, but maybe next year. Highly recommend this rental.

From the moment we walked in, everything was amazing. The entire place was clean top to bottom, beautiful from decor to stunning views, and literally a small walk through the beautiful dunes onto the immaculate beach. Great location and god space. We had a nice vacation here. There are a couple of recommendations. The bathroom door on the main level sticks and the AC in the bunk room leaked the last night. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, but lacked serving dishes. No platter or cute plates.

We spent 4 weeks in Beach Club Villas #67 on Isle of Palms (Wild Dunes). We loved being so close to the beach, and having access to all the amenities of Wild Dunes. The condo was very suited to us; we had as many as 6 people at one time with no particular issues. I would not hesitate to rent this unit or another from Island Realty.

Beach Club Villa 67 is well appointed and very comfortable, and while we were only two, it can accommodate many more. Particularly enjoyed the open plan and three bathrooms. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, and even nice placemats. The screened in porch was perfect for breakfast and lunch and the deck off the master was our go-to perch for morning and afternoon reading.
On the "hope they improve this" side: We would have liked to lock the sliding glass door from the outside when going to walk the beach. The unit also lacked basic cleaning supplies and didn't even have a broom, which is needed when so close to the beach! We could have also benefitted from better reading lamps!
Wild Dunes is surprisingly not very accommodating in terms of riding bikes. While there is a path, it is actually dangerous to cycle on it b/c of pedestrians and how narrow it is.
All in all, it made for a perfect escape from the perils of COVID (and the presidential election!) and we even saw a rainbow the last evening!

Have rented in Beach Club Villas (different properties) for over a dozen years. Location and layout are fantastic. This particular property has been redone really well, making a great open floor plan on the first floor and redo of all bathrooms. Accessories (kitchen) as thoughtful and plentiful.

This property does have direct access to a boardwalk that connects to the main beach access boardwalk! The map on the rental page was giving me a bit of trouble for some reason, but if you go to the terrain view on google maps and type in this property's address, you can see the boardwalk path pretty well!

This unit has access to their community pool (just steps away) and private community beach access. You may use other Wild Dunes beach access points (such as the one at the Grand Pavilion & Boardwalk) but other resort pools are reserved for hotel guests.
