Well-appointed and pet friendly ($200 non refundable fee) beach home, approximately 1.5 blocks from the nearest beach access in Isle of Palms. Located on a large corner lot, and featuring a small fenced indoor/outdoor space perfect for your dog. Guests will be sure to enjoy the large screened porch and renovated kitchen and baths (2019).

This charming beach home is designed for family and friends to enjoy one another's company, while unwinding from the surf and sand. Relax with a drink on the screened porch, rinse off underneath the hold/cold outdoor shower, enjoy a meal on the patio, or play some cards in one of the two living spaces. The owners understand that your dog is an extension of the family, and have their comfort in mind too! They encourage you to use the fenced outdoor space with attached doggy door leading to a fenced area within the garage (please inspect the fenced area first to ensure the space is suitable for holding your dog).

All three bedrooms, two full baths, and the two living spaces are all located on the same elevated level. Each living space is host to a Smart flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. While there is no cable TV package available, guests are welcome to log onto their individual streaming accounts to enjoy their favorite shows and movies. The garage and beach gear storage area can be accessed from a stairwell within the interior of the home, as well as from the front and back of the home. Making it very convenient when moving your dog in and out of the house. Dogs are welcome for a $200 non refundable pet fee. WIFI and Linens Included.

We spent the winter in this house, our second time in this property. The location is wonderful, on the south end of the island, a quick 1 1/2 block walk to the beach. The space, room sizes and amenities are just fine. Working with Island Realty over the past 2 years has been exceptional. The property is not new, and the minor items that infrequently needed attention met with a very quick response from Island. One item that could use improvement is internet access. We are not sure if the frequent buffering is a condition on IOP or if the house itself could use an upgrade. A minor item, however, as we would highly recommend the property and the rental agency.

Nice home with everything you need. We came into town to visit family. This house is well stocked and clean. Super close walk to the beach. Home is comfortable, but could be updated a little (fresh paint and redo on dated decor). Kitchen has been remodeled, which was ok (a Kcup coffee maker would be a great addition). The bathrooms are small, but clean. I would suggest putting the King bed in the room with the more private, larger bathroom. The basement game room is great to have but needs some additional chairs or something- could be an awesome space. A little rearranging and fresh paint throughout would really make this home fantastic.

Our family consists of six adults, two children and a dog. This house worked perfectly for us. It was clean, the kitchen was updated and all cupboards were labeled with contents. The bedrooms were decent sized and each had a closet which was helpful. There was enough room in one of the bedrooms to put an air mattress for the two kiddos. We were there for a family wedding so the large space in the basement for a dog was perfect. It was a close walk to the beach and we enjoyed time spent on the screened in porch. We would definitely stay again!

Came to MUSC for sinus surgery. The house is very musty and the bedroom ceiling fan caked with dust which was not ideal for someone with allergies. Can’t believe this was not listed on other reviews. On a positive note it was nice to be able to bring our dog, the location was nice, and the house was well stocked.

This home was just as described and perfect for our family/friends and 2 fur babies! Nice square footage and good size bedrooms too.
We rotated family and friends in all week and never went over the 8 occupancy, but everyone loved it! It is an easy walk down 3rd Avenue to the ocean. Walked each morning on beach with dogs around to Breach Inlet and back which is even nicer than regular ocean with more breeze. Fantastic updated kitchen and greatly stocked to boot!

Terrific Location

We recently stayed at this property for 2 months. It is a terrific spot on Isle of Palms. Working with Island Realty was exceptional, particularly since we had a serious maintenance issue that was quickly rectified by Michele, with Island. The house more than met our needs. While the property is not new, it was easy to make it "homey". We did not hesitate to book it again for next year and even added another 2 weeks to our future stay.

This home was great for our group. Definitely not far to the beach. Loved the warm water in the outdoor shower. Great kitchen remodel. The screened porch was a favorite by all! Would love to have a couch in the den area for the group versus 4 chairs. The shower near the King bed is super small. But we made it work and enjoyed the homey feel.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The location is perfect and a direct walk to beach access. It took our family about 3 minutes to walk to the beach, super fast! The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the screen porch was in great shape! We enjoyed breakfast on the porch each morning. The house is perfect for pets. The fenced in yard was the BEST and we are so thankful for it. The house had plenty of beach toys, chairs and wagons to use as well! We are already planning our trip for next year and will book this home again!

We had a great time. The beach house was very clean, nicely decorated, and so spacious! The owner has gone to great lengths to make the house welcoming for guests by labeling light switches drawer contents, etc. There were also books, games, puzzles, and outdoor toys provided. The house is also set up to be extremely dog friendly! The house is a short 5 min walk to the beach. Our four small children were able to make the walk with no issues. We were very satisfied with our stay, and hope to stay there next year!

This house is a short block and a half walk and straight shot to the public beach access! A heavy duty beach wagon to carry chairs, etc., beach paddle games, and kayak are located in the garage and available for your use! There is also an air-conditioned dart board game room off the garage. Well equipped and updated kitchen if you like to prepare and eat in! Countertop opening from kitchen to den serves as a great wet bar area. Plenty of lounge space for watching tv, reading, or just relaxing! Two tables for playing games! - one seats six and one seats four! Two dens both with smart TVs. Excellent WiFi service! Mattresses are fairly new and sleep great! There is a doggie door access from inside a large kennel area in the garage that leads into a small secured fenced in area that is great for your dog(s) to be able to let themselves out while you’re on the beach or out and about! There is also plenty of open yard for the dogs if you prefer to walk them on a leash. Golf cart service called Cart Me can take you to and from nearby restaurants for $5/person! This house was a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation of 6 adults. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The house was exactly as described, and then some. Our only issue was that we could never figure out how to turn on the oven. After following the instructions provided in the home appliance manual (many times), it would seem to start to pre-heat and then would shut itself off. Ahh well, we managed.

We really enjoyed this property. It's close to the beach, the inlet, and Sullivan's. The two bathrooms were quite small and the one bedroom has the laundry in it. The kitchen is well stock with all the items you need and the living areas are nice and large for gathering together. Loved the screen porch spent a lot of time out here. The keyless entry with this property was fabulous.

we had family at the house in 2 shifts with my husband and I as the constant. The outdoor shower was a godsend and although we had our own beach toys and chairs, we did use some of the toys and returned them. The kitchen was spacious and worked well and the bathrooms nice and modern. It isn't a huge house, but there are areas that people can congregate in various groups. Appreciated the Netflix with small children in the AM!

The property was well maintained except for two items. Housekeeping missed cleaning a pile of dog waste. The exterior lights were not working, or switches were not accessible. The exterior stairs were not illuminated causing a severe tripping hazard.

A very eclectic"library" was an unexpected surprise with lots of info about Charleston and IOP. Enough space for all to enjoy with a short walk to the beach. Definitely would like to "visit" again.

This is such a charming old house with new renovations! It is a block and a half walk to the beach and lots of living space! We really enjoyed our stay! The only complaint would be the hurricane shutters block our outside view, but we were able to overlook that because everything else was so nice! I would stay here again! Great screened in porch with rocking chairs!
