I needed to be in Mt. Pleasant for a couple of weeks for some family stuff and this was a really nice home that was not only close to Mt. Pleasant but also an easy walk the beach and the marina.

The house was perfect for family coming to the area for graduation. The house was clean, comfortable & spacious with every one having enough space to spread out. The only issue was the pool was dirty. There was a lot of dirt on the bottom of the pool. I didn’t call the rental office due to when we were able to use the pool it was raining.

We rented this home to meet up with long-time friends we get to see once a year. When we arrived, there were some minor issues, but the office & maintenance were responsive & quick, even though we stayed during Memorial Day week. Great house, single level at ground level, super accessible for our family members with disabilities and their mobility equipment. And the pool was key to fun on Memorial Day itself when the beach was crowded. Super clean, hope to stay here again. We used Charleston Fishing Gear Rentals for surf-fishing fun and had a great time fishing the tidal creeks & exploring with Barrier Island EcoTours. Memories to last a lifetime!

Our family enjoyed our time at the house. We found it very accommodating to our needs. Being able to cook outside on the grill and enjoy the deck and pool was top priority for us. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool guys came the last day we were there. �� The house is just a short drive to the beach for those who like choices.

We did clean upon your arrival, but while this pool has amazing and beautiful old oak trees around it, they do drop leaves in the pool. The pool company does clean mid week and again on Saturday during the spring and summer months. Thank you for booking with Island Realty!

This house was amazing!! Everything was super clean and we had a great time! I will say if you want to use the pool I would double check with the company first to make sure it is ready for use when your group comes in. We had Ana maxing time and the workers were super accommodating and ways to work with. Would definitely recommend this property.

Yes there are some beautiful old oak trees near this home, if there is a strong wind or rain storm, there can be leaves in the pool that will need to be skimmed. During this time of the year and the summer as well this pool is serviced twice a week. Thank you for booking with Island Realty we are so happy to hear that you loved this home. A group of 8 of us recently stayed here for five nights and were generally happy with our experience, despite the rainy weather. The property description from was accurate, and the rental itself was clean and well-kept, although a few small improvements could be made.

The house was impressively clean upon arrival. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. Surprisingly, the property felt even more spacious in person than in the pictures, providing plenty of room for our group.

However, we did notice a couple of minor deferred maintenance issues. The property could benefit from a fresh coat of paint in certain areas. Though, they did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment. What did slightly impact our overall enjoyment, the neighbor's barking dog throughout our stay and their decision to do a full day of yard work on the day of our departure as we tried to enjoy time by the pool

Despite the rain and the property issues, we were still quite satisfied with our stay. Though outdoor activities were limited because of the weather, the comfortable living spaces and well-equipped kitchen made our time indoors enjoyable. The heavy rainfall caused the pool to quickly accumulate leaves and debris. Although the manager addressed the leaf issue promptly, we were disappointed by the lack of proper chemical maintenance.

Another disappointing aspect was the early and inconvenient checkout process. We were required to vacate the rental by 10 am and do a fairly thorough clean, leaving us feeling rushed and annoyed. We hope the property management improves the checkout process for future guests, especially during slower seasons.

Considering the price, we would still recommend the property to a friend. Despite the minor maintenance and pool issues, the rental was clean, accurately described, and the property manager was responsive.

Perfect vacation spot on the island! While it is a bit of a walk to get to the beach, this house is so well appointed and much larger on the inside than the pictures of it convey. I loved the deck, where I could grill out for dinners and in the mornings could sit out with my cup of tea and enjoy watching the birds in the beautiful oaks and palmetto trees on the property. The porch was wonderful for sitting out and reading and enjoying meals. I loved being able to dip my toes in the pool and sit out by the pool to read and relax. And the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a great way to relax my muscles after a long walks around the island and on the beach. The location away from Palm Boulevard Was so quiet and peaceful. Absolutely loved it!! I Island Realty was great to work with and has a professional set up to ensure that customers are enjoying their stays and have access to whatever it is that they need. Wonderful getaway!!

This was a great place that accommodated our family from out of state who came down for our daughter & son in laws wedding. Nice quiet area & the grandkids as well as the adults enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals considering COVID-19 we ate in instead of out.

This house was perfect! We had 4 children with us. We loved having a shaded & quite street for them them ride their scooters or bikes on. The Pool was great and we loved the fact that it had an 8ft deep end. There was a 7 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty a Comfortable space for lounging or activities. The house felt like a home and we we were sad to leave it at the end of the week.

The only down side was not having television in every Bedroom. Only the master has one.

I give this rental 5 starts. It was very clean and spacious for us. The property location was excellent being very close to golf course, Mariana, and beach. Having the pool was nice as well. Would stay here again!

103 Forest is a great house for the price. It is a 7 min walk to to the beach or a few by golf cart. The pool is great and the house is in good shape overall. A few things had to be fixed which should have been noticed before we arrived and the place could have been a little cleaner upon arrival as well. The HVAC system could use some adjusting with the vents to get rid of some of the whistling when it runs. Overall we really enjoyed the home and would rent it again. The only downside was it was a bit of a hike to walk to any shops or restaurants so renting a golf cart is a must for any little trips to the beach or center of town if you do not want to have the hassle of loading the car up to go anywhere.

We were very pleased to have spent our thanksgiving at this lovely house. We had family visit from out of town and we all fit perfect. I️ wish it was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the backyard more but you can’t control the weather. We were very pleased with our mini vacation. Thanks!!
