Everything about our stay was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The house was in an ideal location for our stay in IOP. It’s beautifully decorated and well appointed. Our family of five was very comfortable and we had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place. Very roomy for large families. Nice new kitchen with highline appliances. Pictures were consistent with the rental. Bathrooms could use an upgrade. Staples for cooking at home were missing. Good for small meals, but nothing much larger than that. All the beds very comfortable. Location is great. Close to the beach and quick golf cart ride to downtown.

The house was roomy, clean and well appointed. Large kitchen, ample living space and 3 full baths. Surrounding neighbor hood was quiet. A very comfortable rental for our family. One upstairs bedroom has an open space rather than window to the living area so could be a bit noisy but didn’t bother us.

This was our second year at 3 Frank Sottile. Checking was very simple. The house was clean when we arrived and stocked with appropriate paper and soap products to get us started. Overall, everything was fine with the house and the property management.
We had a bit of an adventure with animals in the attic. At first we had squirrels. Property management contacted an animal relocation company. The man came to the house and found the entry point for the animals. He also noted trees that needed to be trimmed back to keep them far enough back to not be able to jump to the roof. It took some time for the tree people to come and trim the trees back. The next step was to block the opening that the squirrels used to enter the attic. Before that could be done, we heard new noises from the attic. Management had the animal relocater come back. Now we had raccoons. He had to come back another day to get them from the attic. A hole had to be cut in the upstairs hallway ceiling to gain access to the area the raccoons were. He was able to reach in and pull out 3 baby raccoons. The mother had gone back on the roof to not be captured. He sprayed a solution that was to smell like a predator to keep the adult from returning. Overall, it took about 3-4 weeks to get it resolved.
We still intend to stay there again next year. Hopefully, without the additional adventure.

We loved the home it was a great set up on space for our family. The location was excellent we had our grandchildren so we rented a golf cart from Island Rides and would highly recommend using them if you are in need of a golf cart rental. Beautiful decor and well stocked kitchen. Loved the front screened in porch area . We will rent again .

Overall, our experience was very good. The house was generally in good shape and clean. The spaces fit our needs while escaping the Midwest winter cold. Minor items needed attention from time to time. The maintenance team was responsive and dealt with each item in a timely fashion.
We have used Island Realty in the past and will continue to do so.

We lucked out with amazing weather at Christmas. Obviously the experience might have been different during the heat of the summer. Quiet location but near the grocery, golf - 3 blocks to beach (which might be a long way during the heat of the summer but an easy walk in 70 degree weather). Beach access at 42nd street is not nearly as busy as others. All appliances seemed new. Very, very clean. Lots of windows and sunlight everywhere. Very nicely updated kitchen with space for multiple cooks. Large eat in area where my young adults played cards and games at a round table. Bigger fridge. Great laundry on main level. Spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. Lovely front porch. Nice little porch off main bedroom where I watched the setting sun every evening - away from the group. Large main bedroom. All beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Internet worked well. Rented a golf cart and loved driving around the neighborhoods. Responsive service/maintenance. Only surprise was that 4th bedroom is open to main room downstairs - makes it difficult to sleep in that bedroom when family members are up early or late. There are blinds on the opening - which lead us to think from pictures that there was glass in the opening. Don't know why there are blinds on the opening? Would definitely stay there again.

Quick trip to the coast for Shrimping & Fishing. House was Perfect for our needs. It sits right around the corner from the Marina. Ample room to park a 23 ft Boat in Driveway. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time and had lots of fun. The carpet in the downstairs rooms very not very comfortable, it hurt to walk on them without shoes. The toilet paper could have been better. Loved the screened in patio.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. I do agree with other reviews about the rugs. Uncomfortable on our feet, but not a big deal to me as I never walk barefoot. Living room could use more comfortable seating. Beware of using 4th bedroom, because there is an open window to the living room. There are blinds up, but the noise from the living room travels right into that room, so not great to have to use for a long stay unless you are all on the same schedule sleeping. Overall, great house and would stay here again.

If you are looking for a relaxing, beach location this is the larger 4 bedroom house for you! If you are looking for Charleston sites of interest, tours, or restaurants this is not! The drive to most locations for points of interest averaged 20 minutes. Uber drivers were not available every time I checked. Finding a 4 bedroom is not easy! We were 4 friends on a girls get away. Bring slippers! Jute rug in living rim and bedrooms actually hurt your feet to walk on them. The home needed a deep clean rather than a quick vacuum, bathroom cleaning and dusting. The living room chairs had slip covers that were dirty. The kitchen had 1 dish towel and 1 wash cloth but all other things needed to make meals - if you could find them! Coffee cups with bowels, pans with serving dish....you get the idea. All in all, nice place just in need of some organization and cleaning that matched the fee paid.

The home is exactly as the pictures present it to be. It was beautiful, roomy, and most importantly CLEAN!! We were happy with the location it was just a short walk to the beach and the home was stocked with outdoor and indoor games for great family bonding time. We’d definitely come again. Check in and out was easy as well.

Overall, this was a very good property. It was very clean. The kitchen could use a couple more large skillets. I was glad I had brought my own from home to have one large enough to cook for 6 people including two teenagers. The only other issue we had were the rattan rugs in the family room and main floor bedrooms. They were quite painful to walk on without shoes! And who wants to wear shoes all the time at the beach much less indoors? Gross! We ended up rolling up the family room one so we could walk around without hurting our feet.

Very nice house with great kitchen layout. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues including a non working TV but a young man was right out to fix. Very clean and great location - 5 minute walk to beach. Brand new, large 4 burner gas grill which we enjoyed. Would definitely book again.

We stayed for 6 weeks in the off season (spring 21)and loved it. Recently redecorated and very well done. Screened in front porch is very comfortable. Kitchen has almost everything you need. Beds are comfortable and new.

Neighborhood is quiet and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach.

Wish the house had a grill and hot water in the outdoor shower, but great otherwise.
