The guest bedroom upstairs has a pyramid Queen size bunk on the bottom with a Twin XL bunk on top and a Twin XL trundle underneath., Wi-Fi enabled Roku smart HDTV and a full private bath with bathtub. The master has a king bed, 60' Wi-Fi enabled 4K Smart HDTV with Roku and a Blu-ray player, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. All TVs in the condo are Wi-Fi connected and High Definition! Communications were great, checkin easy, and a great place to stay with our family. We went to the beach multiple times a day and even utilized the pool. Space was well equipped and very comfortable. Would stay here again and appreciate the hospitality from the property management company.

Great place! Very close to the beach and pool (closer than it looks in the pics). The unit is quite spacious overall. The kitchen is well-equipped and the washer and dryer worked well. The beach in front of the condo is the widest and best in that general area. The management company made themselves very available as well. Lovely place!

This property is the perfect location and size for our family. This was our 2nd stay in this condo, and we really appreciated the new floors and the new bed in the 3rd bedroom. It was clean and when we reported a leak under the kitchen sink, it was fixed right away.

We took our two young kids to Wild Dunes and had a great time. The location to the beach was great and an easy walk even with two young toddlers and all of the requisite beach equipment. The pools were great and easily located. House was in great shape and we enjoyed the view from the deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wild Dunes and the room was perfect for the most part. We did have a few issues with the cleaning done prior to our arrival. We found a half drank water bottle in one of the bed rooms. The dishwasher has dirty dishes still in it and there was food from the previous guest in the freezer. These issues did not impact our stay too much and the room really was nice. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the walk to the beach is almost non existent. We will definitely be back!

Hi,
Had a great time with family. Wish it was a little cleaner. The master shower was horrible had to go out and buy cleaner and a scrub brush.
It was covered with mold and rust.
During our stay unfortunately the garbage disposal started leaking. They replaced it with a new one and it started leaking again. It didn't ruin our trip and we all said we would come back. Also it was kinda weird that the pest control guy came while we were there. He knocked at the door and asked if we needed his services? I think that should have been taken care of before we checked in.

Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 12, 9, 7, and 4) had a wonderful week at 5D Mariners Walk! We have stayed in many rentals in Wild Dunes, and Mariners Walk is one of our favorite complexes. Very close to the beach and easy pool access. The unit had plenty of room for our family. We stayed in mostly, due to COVID, and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs, and room at the table for all. Bunk room was great for 3 kiddos! One suggestion I would make is a thorough carpet cleaning or replacement. Carpet at the beach takes a beating! Thank you for hosting us, and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay, we had plenty of beds, baths, and sofa room to have 5 women comfortable. No waiting to shower, room in kitchen for 2 people to prepare meals, large dining area, TVs were great, nice balcony to relax on and dry towels on. Lots of stairs which I guess we didn't notice when we rented, that was prob the only thing we didn't like.The company responded to phone calls immediately with answers to our questions.

Usually our extended family rents one large beach house for a week each summer but this year we chose to rent three units in Mariners Walk (4D, 5D, 7E). My family of two adults and four kids (ages 2-11) stayed in 5D. Of all the units we liked our set up best. The bunk room was a great fit for three of my kids and the downstairs queen worked well for my other.
The master bedroom upstairs is large and comfortable though the bed was too soft for us (personal preference).
My only area that needed improving was the kitchen trashcan is too small.
It’s a well stocked unit kitchen-wise as well as beach items and games.
The towels are thick and soft and the patio furniture as well as living room seating is comfortable.
My kids loved having access to the pool.
If we were to do the three condo rental again I would choose 5D (but we have decided we prefer one large house for our group).

This condo is a great location and price! It had everything we needed. Bright decor and plenty of space. However, It could use paint touch up and carpet cleaning. The rental company was excellent. They let us know the unit was ready for early check in and responded quickly with a maintenance issue (broken window)we had. They also arranged for our bike rentals. Overall, I would recommend this place and using Island Reality. Thanks for helping make our so enjoyable!

Two families (4 adults and 3 kids) used the property the week of the 4th. Yeah, it could use a little updating, but everything was in good working order and clean! With how the majority of people treat rental units, I'd be hard pressed to update too! We had some issues with the Wifi, but called the service listed and figured it out (either a really pesky previous renter or really smart parents had unscrewed the cable from the router). Also you have to log into their website to activate the wifi, so make sure your device allows that. (Kind of like in a hotel). There's plenty of seating and the kitchen is well stocked. Oh and bring long underwear to sleep in, the AC works amazingly well! We actually got cold.

Mariners Walk 5D was exactly as described, and met our family's needs perfectly. All appliances, beds and bathrooms were generally in good working condition. The view from the balcony overlooks the pool, which is perfect for keeping an eye on older/teen children at the pool. Just a short, beautiful walk down the boardwalk to the beach. You can easily see the ocean, pool and palm trees from the windows and balcony. The carpeting on the stairs going to the second floor is worn, and is the only obvious opportunity for upgrading.

We had such a wonderful stay at 5D Mariner's Walk. The condo was more than big enough for me, my husband and two young children. It was cute and clean and had all of the supplies we needed including lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. It was also very quiet, we had folks staying in the units all around us but I never heard anyone. The Mariners Walk complex itself is outstanding. Grounds are beautiful and the beach is peaceful and gorgeous. Wonderful stay! I highly recommend!

Answer:

You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation. Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending re-rental of the property. If you are paid-in-full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking.

Will the pool still be open next weekend?
