Adjacent to the main house, connected by an elevated uncovered deck, is a separate guest house over the garage with one bedroom, one full bath, and a kitchenette.

For your comfort, this property is smoke-free and pet-free. Please note, the fireplace is not available for guest use. Guests can access their favorite streaming applications on any of the three TVs (cable TV not included). Linens and WIFI are complimentary. Although the pool is not temperature-controlled, it offers a refreshing retreat for guest enjoyment.

**Access to the beach is through the gate located next to the guest house. Public beach paths by 108 or 118 Ocean Blvd. are available as well.
