*This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 8/03/24 /to 08/17/24 and Saturday-Saturday 5/31/25-8/16/25; 3 night minimum in off season.

* Please note that four vehicles can park under the house and must not block access to neighboring home. Driveway entrance is located off 10th Avenue*

Quick trip and sadly cut short due to Storm Debby. Pluses annd minuses. Across street from Windjammer so whether you enjoy live music or not you will hear it. Walking distance to restaurants. Negatives -Tight driveway to pull into and a little hard to find initially. Gate to street was rusted out so didn’t feel very secure. Positives- centrally located. Comfortable house and nice decor.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we are so sorry you had to stop your trip short. The black metal fencing near the street is meant to be decorative, however it is being addressed by the community. We hope you can return again soon!

Our family came down to IOP for my parents’ 50th anniversary, and the house exceeded every one of our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and so gorgeous. The company itself was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the entire vacation was just perfect.

Paradise Found!
We recently stayed at this beach rental house, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The location is perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed breathtaking ocean views! The house itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the open floor plan made it easy to spend quality time together. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooftop deck was our favorite spot to relax. We spent many evenings watching the sunset over the water, sipping drinks, and enjoying the cool ocean breeze. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. It's the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation by the sea, and we can't wait to return soon!

Answer:

Beach chairs/umbrellas are not something Island Realty requires property owners to supply so we cannot guarantee that they will be available for guest use, however, many of our owners do choose to provide them! Should you need to order beach equipment for your stay, we recommend local company, IOP Beach Chair Co. 

This property currently features a traditional-style coffee pot (takes grounds and filters).
