Beach towels are not provided in any of our rentals.

You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation. Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending the re-rental of the property. If you are paid in full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking. Email cancellations@islandrealty.com if you must cancel your reservation.

Purchasing travel insurance may help with a reimbursement if cancellation is prompted by an extenuating circumstance, for example:

• A named hurricane or other natural disaster
• Uninhabitability of your primary residence or your traveling companion's primary residence caused by a natural disaster

This is not in Wild Dunes Resort. It is located in the front beach are of Isle of Palms and is walkable to restaurants and shops.
