We had a flawless trip! The folks at Island realty are the only people we would ever deal with, they are the original IOP realtor and they know how to make you feel like your family. Oceanside Villas is perfect for us, we love to walk to Lawrence’s and Coconut Joes for drinks and appetizers before hitting up Windjammers for music and dancing. Love hearing Chris Tidestorm at Coconut Joes, he alway puts on a good show. We love IOP!

We really liked our cozy condo, especially the location. It was fun sitting on the porch viewing all the activity on the island. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things I would like to suggest to add are a blow dryer, a wine opener and a fly swatter.... these items would have been nice to have. Isle of Palms has a great vibe for any age.

Our rental experience was a fantastic. It's a breeze to check in and the office makes sure you have all the phone numbers should a need arise that you need to contact them throughout the week. My family, which has grown from 8 coming in 1981 to now over 30, have been very loyal and supportive to Island Realty for 40 years...only missing the summers of Hurrican Hugo and Andrew. We love IOP & Island Realty.

Great place to stay, close to the beach. Our only negative was that the unit we stayed at had no washer/dryer. The management company went above and beyond for service, I mainly did everything on line as my ability to be on the phone during the days are limited. Absolutely, no problems. We checked in on a holiday(which means the office should have been closed) they still called to check in on us and make sure everything was ok.

The location of the condo was perfect. However, the condos were not as updated as I expected them to be. Our condo smelt as though the guest before us cooked seafood in it right before they left. (Not a good smell!). A quick trip to Harris Teeters for a bottle of Febreeze and it was tolerable.

All the staff members we came in contact with were extremely nice and helpful. I won’t hesitate to book we them again.

Living room over crowded with furniture, could remove one large chair. Would like to see a bigger bar of bath soup, went to grocery and bought one. If we had stayed for a longer vacation, would like to see on the property washer and dryer.

We spent a week in this unit last year and liked the location and unit so much we came back again this year! Can't beat the walk to the beach and restaurants. The queen in master bedroom was super comfy. Family indicate the full bed is too soft, but not one other complaint. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and all the pots we needed for vacation cooking. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

4 of us stayed 3 nights in March on a spring break college visit. We walked to most of our restaurant meals and it's an easy walk to the beach and pier. The property was clean and well supplied for our needs.

Place was clean/organized with everything you will need for your stay. A short walk to the beach with beach chairs included. The staff is excellent. Would always go back to Oceanside C 109 for my vacation. You can't beat the location. Walk to everything.

Everything went very smoothly. Loved the location to the beach and the condo. Would stay here again for sure. Only about 3 minutes to the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching people. I would suggest that the chair get cleaned in the living room and do something about the mattress making so much noise on the twin bed. I think the plastic may have been left on it. Would have removed it was mine. Like that the floors aren't carpeted. I like being on the first floor. Not a lot of stairs. I want to stay in C109 ocean side villas again.

This was our first "week stay" in Isle of Palms. We really enjoyed the location. Condo was very nice. Did not realize "linens included" meant one wash cloth, one towel per person for the entire week, so was not prepared with extra. Dishes were not clean, there was a problem with the dishwasher...we ran dishes through dishwasher and it did not clean them, so we had to wash dishes. But overall, great place!

This 2BR/2BA condo was perfect for our family, with comfy beds ((including 2 beds in 2nd BR), a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking in, private access on 1st floor just a few steps up from parking spot. Comfy furniture in living room, beautiful ocean breezes on balcony facing ocean. Private beach access to the east, lovely park on north, front beach dining/shopping on south, and gas/groceries/connector on west. Only suggestions to owner would be to clean upholstery and shower curtain and repair bathroom sink stopper. We will definitely return.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. Only a few issues; nothing major. The furniture is very worn in the living room, The twin bed is terribly loud, and there were not enough bath towels. There were WiFi issues, but the staff was very helpful in getting that taken care of. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely area to visit. We have been staying on Isle if Palms for almost twenty years. We have stayed in several Oceanside Condos. Love the improvements. Especially enjoyed the new French doors. Only problem we had was the air condictioning kept freezing up.

Prior to reservation I called with a few questions and the staff was very professional and helpful. Check in staff was average. Good location on first floor with easy access to the pier and beach just around the corner and right across the street. Good balcony. Some street noise at night but no problem for us. Property as described but could use some upgrades. A/C failed at 9PM one night and the phone number for service resulted in a confusing process. Never knew for certain if I was talking to Island Realty, an answering service or call center. Finally got a call back from a repair service and a tech repaired the A/C at 11PM. Excellent repair service and the friendly tech made sure we were ok. Island Realty called at midnight to insure the A/C was working.

The location and condition of this condo couldn't be better! Corner unit facing the beach side and the Main Street, perfect for people watching. Right across from the beach, with just a few steps to the sidewalk where you can proceed to the public beach park entry or the public beach access path. First floor, also convenient for trips in and out of the condo. Walking distance to EVRYTHING - shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Wonderful experience all the way around! I hope to visit again and stay in this unit.

All in all, we had a nice stay at this vacation rental. For our family of 4, it was a good size. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Master bedroom was comfortable. The quick walk to the beach was perfect for the sunrises, which were beautiful! The area was nice and quiet. A few things we were disappointed in: the twin bed in the second bedroom was so loud with every little move, our son had to sleep on the couch the last night of our stay--please consider replacing it for future guests! Our second night there, I was greeted by a lone roach when I walked into the master. Didn't see any others, but it sure made us leery the rest of the stay. Cleaning service should vacuum under the beds much more frequently.

First floor, nicely furnished. Furniture and lighting was comfortable for reading and enjoying conversation with family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. A peek of the ocean is visible from the balcony. Quick check in promptly @ 4:00. No extra trash bags in kitchen bin, but grocery bags were adequate instead. Rear bedroom wall connects with stairs outside, so footsteps are minimally muffled. Pleasant experience overall & would stay here again.

Three of us ladies have been coming to the Isle of Palms and staying at Oceanside for the past 8 years. This was my first experience renting an umbrella and chair from Island Realty prior to my visit. Unfortunately, the first day, the chair and umbrella were not on the beach and I had to call the rental company as I was unable to get your company on the phone. The second day, I couldn't find the umbrella and chair as different groups of people had separated them and were using them. It would be helpful if the rental placed the name of the renter on the umbrella as they do the chair. Several people were complaining of the same as I searched for my rental. Again, I had to call the rental company. We also saw our first roach in the rental. Otherwise, the rental was clean and enjoyable. We will return for future visits. I just had to let you know the problems we incurred.

Close to ocean, and a few restaurants and bars.
Not a good location for nightlife.

We have stayed in this unit 2 years in a row for the Labor Day weekend. My wife and I love it for numerous reasons. Most importantly is the first floor location, second would be the balcony. It's perfect for sitting and people watching because it's right at the Park beach access.

We are return guests. Basically, things were acceptable as usual. I did find a half eaten sandwich in a trash can and some damp towels in one of the bathrooms, behind the door. So I wonder if unit was cleaned prior to our visit. Half of the washers in the laundry facilities were out of order. Some customers were forced to do laundry off site. Also, we had to find out about recycling services by accident. Maybe something could be posted on the refrigerator about where to take recycling?

We enjoyed our stay except for the people in the above unit was not respectful of noises after 8-9pm. There should be some kind of rules about noise ordinance. Also, the pull out bed was super thin and uncomfortable. Proper extra lining for that bed would have been appropriate. Over all nice new update looked great. It would be nice to have a laundry mat on the Oceanside villa property. This was our 5th year there and love it as always. Just these few things would be nice to be changed. Also, Acme low country restaurant(high prices and not a lot of food) is not as good as Banana Cabana.
