Island Realty was excellent to work with and communicated so effectively! Our condo was in a great location in a perfect spot! Steps to the beach and shops and local grocery store right around the corner-walking distance to everything. Very family friendly. The property was very clean and the condo was very clean and perfect for a family. The only down side was the AC unit. It was not such a big deal on our trip, but if it was hotter in the season, the AC didn't cool the unit very well.
I would recommend this property and using Island Reality made it so much better!! Can't wait to return!

The location is perfect. Management is great. Just wish furniture and mattresses were updated and changed regularly. We have stayed in these condos for many years and that’s my only complaint. Otherwise excellent experience!!

The only hiccup that we encountered was the A/C unit must be old. There was a sign saying don't lower the temperature below 72 degrees. It was pretty humid while we were there. But all in all an enjoyable stay.

310C was a great condo! It was clean, well stocked and roomy. Island Realty made the check in process really easy and is located next to the condo. Every morning we opened up the curtains to a beautiful ocean view. Although the condo is across the street from the ocean, it is a short walk and safe to cross unlike some other condos we have been in. Keep in mind this is on the 3rd floor so you definitely can get your steps in, Great restaurants on IOP and surrounding areas. It is a short drive to Charleston! The only negatives (which weren’t too bad) would be the hot water is really hot so be careful, the master bath tub doesn’t drain that well and the shower water pressure is really strong. We have been vacationing at IOP for several years and love the area and love that it isn’t commercialized. If you want a relaxing vacation and a great place to stay, I recommend this condo!

We rented this condo for our family of four vacation. The space was perfect for our family and we had everything we needed in the unit. The pool was great, the walk to the beach was easy, and the ability to walk to the local stores/restaurants in Isle of Palms was very nice. We especially loved Luke N Ollie's Pizzeria!! The only slight issue was the drain in the master bathroom was very slow and created more of a bath than shower experience. Otherwise, this unit was perfect for our family and we had a great vacation!

Overall it was a nice unit with great views from the master bedroom and balcony. The master bed either needs a new mattress or a really nice mattress pad and new pillows. Also master bath shower doesn't need to be turned on all the way or the strong water pressure will cause tub to fill as you're showering. There are no pot holders in the kitchen!! Otherwise very nice unit.

The condo was in a perfect spot! Overall, we were very happy with the place. The only thing I would suggest is having some beach chairs and a boogie board on site to use. We ended up having to buy them. Also maybe some basic spices, herbs that renters can use to cook with, such as salt and pepper, etc...otherwise we loved the place and would definitely rent again.

The condo was excellent. We had tons of room and loved the location. A couple lights bulbs were out in the bathroom and maintenance responded quickly to replace them. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the baseboards were dirty but that is minor

Condo location is good. Walk across street to beach, one block to grocery and restaurants, and very easy to enter and leave Isle Of Palms. New countertops and appliances in kitchen and all the utensils needed to cook meals. Beds are comfortable but not a fan of noisy plastic mattress covers. Pillows are new but overfilled for my comfort. Comfortable couches and large flat screen TV. Good cable and Wifi service. Table and chairs on balcony were nice for dining. It was a quiet condo.

This property was a great getaway. Clean, neat and well setup for us. The view from the balcony was very beautiful and relaxing. The only catch is it is the 3rd floor so you need to be able to do stairs as that is the only access.

This unit was very well equipped. It had books and games for adults and kids as well as a DVD player, VCR and a stereo. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessities needed to cook. We were very happy with the unit and will request it again the next time we visit Isle of Palms.
