Need a break from the sun? Along the back of the home, guests will enjoy the comfort of the elevated screened porch, perfectly situated overlooking the outdoor pool below, and offering easy access to the living and kitchen space. Gas grill is conveniently located on balcony next to screened porch, allowing quick access to the open kitchen/living space.

BONUS: Beautiful sunsets, and peeks of the deepwater Hamlin Creek Waterway are available from the front porch, and those rooms facing Palm Blvd.

Wireless internet and Linens/bath towels included. No smoking, and no pets permitted.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and of size of the house. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and pool. Although the 3rd street beach access was the closest, we preferred the 5th street access which was easiest with a beach wagon and a toddler. The walk to this access was under 10 minutes. The house was very close to the "downtown" area of Isle of Palm, Sullivan Island, Mount Pleasant and Shem Creek. Perfect vacation home for us!

Sweet place to Stay
This was so perfect for our girls trip! Everyone had their own room, which was so nice. Great kitchen. Wonderful location! And so enjoyed the pool and the outdoor screen patio!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The house was in great condition and in a great location. It allowed for a nice home base for family that were either hitting the beach, going for a run or just hanging out at the pool. Very comfortable and easy. We were an easy run to Harris Teeters or to local restaurants

Is the pool available in November?

The private pool can be used all year but does not have the ability to be heated. 

Is there lighting available for night time swimming in the pool?

Answer:

This property's pool light is on a timer that shuts off at 11 pm. Please be advised that the Isle of Palms noise ordinance is very strict, and we ask that all guests be conscious of noise and lights shining into other properties. Nighttime pool play is not encouraged.

How far of a walk is it to the beach?

Answer:

This property is located on the corner of Palm Blvd. and 3rd Ave. When you exit the house, turn away from Palm Blvd. and walk down 3rd Ave. This road will end at public beach access station 3. In total, this is ~a 3-block walk.
