The living room and bedroom feature sliding glass doors to access the fabulous screened porch, which stairs bring you directly to the beach and steps away from the complex pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and a granite countertop that you could cook any gourmet meal on. The living room offers beautiful furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen 75" Smart TV. The master bedroom is peaceful and comfortable, with a King bed and brand new mattress as of March 2024, a flat screen Smart TV, and direct access to the screened porch. After a long day on the beach, come back and take a long hot shower in the beautiful walk-in shower. Every day you can enjoy the sunrise AND the sunsets on the screened in porch with endless ocean views.

The unit has excellent views. Nice deck seating. The sofa and chairs in the living room are comfortable. Nice 75-inch Samsung TV. The bed, however, is a different story; it needs to have the box springs and mattress replaced. The mattress is a mainstay mattress from Walmart. The date on the tag is Dec 2021. Woke up sore every morning. For the amount you pay for a week in this unit, it's a small thing to ask that the bed have more than a Wal-Mart mattress on it. The shower door would not slide. We called maintenance to fix it. We tried the door that evening, and the bracket fell right off. To fix the door properly the track needed to be taken off and the guide bracket installed properly. We did not call back to maintenance as we expected the same outcome once the person "fixed" the problem. This could be a great rental unit with attention to a few details.

We stayed at Port O Call as part of a large family trip before the holiday. Everything was in good condition and comfortable. One small note I'd make is the cell coverage for both Verizon and TMobile was very weak inside the condo. It would also be nice to see recycling added to the property.

Excellent thank you! Outside community picnic grilling area was not convenient and there were no picnic tables we tried to host a shrimp boil and ended up cooking stove top inside, the Condo was well

This condo was very clean and the location to the beach amazing. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from all rooms and morning coffee in the screen porch was the best.
Kitchen could have been stocked much better and bed seemed soft and noisy.

Six days at port o call

We were delighted from Island Realty that we could check in two hours early!
We were at Port O Call #B102. It was pretty; however, there a few things that need to be tended to.
1. The bed was terrible! New mattress needed badly.
2. The shower door does not work. One of the doors is off the track.
3. The upholstered sofa is sort of grungy.
4. There is a fold up rocker on the screened in porch that I tried to sit in. It started to pitch me, buy fortunately my husband was helping me and rescued me from falling. Since I am handicapped, it was very scared!
We will be back, maybe not in that unit, but we will rent from you! You are the best!!

My husband and I spent another great week on Isle of Palms! This condo is lovely. Beautifully decorated and kitchen pretty well supplied for preparing meals. It was so nice to sit on the screened porch for morning coffee and it's just a few steps from the beach. We always stay with Island Realty due to the quality of the properties and their excellent customer service. Looking forward to our next trip.

This place is amazing!! Loved the screen porch and that it's right on the beach!! Our only complaint is the needs to be replaced badly..very noisey..wakes you up just turning over. Other than that, it's perfect! We've already booked again for next year!

Almost everything in the condo was perfect - cleanliness, furnishings, location, appliances. Only one thing detracted from the stay - the mattress. It would crunch and creak with every movement, with excessive motion transfer - that is person moving on one side would cause bounce and shift on other side.

Very clean and comfortable with easy parking.
A total success as usual.
PS: one observation: the stool by the kitchen were a bit too high to comfortably sitting at the counter..they were probably bar stool.

Very nice, remodeled, clean condo. Great furniture. Sliding glass doors looked almost new to our eyes. Very quiet property. Could hear folks above us walking about, but they were quiet. Screen on the porch door on the ocean front side was hanging by a thread, maybe two. Texted maintenance per instructions in the room. Very prompt response by text. It was fixed mid-day the same day. Easy rental process. Easy check-in process. We loved our stay.

great location, great atmosphere. cleaning service needs to be a bit more attentive to detail. we found food under the coffee table and black mold in the air vent in the kitchen. we disinfected to prevent an asthmatic attack and had a great stay!!

I have stayed many places at the beach, and this may be the best view ever! The condo is literally right on the beach - you walk off the back porch onto the sand. You can see the wide beach & ocean from the kitchen sink, family room, foyer and bedroom. I woke up to sea oats right outside the bedroom window. You can see the sun rise from the bed!! (That is a 1st!). I would love to stay here again.

Great location with constant view of ocean and the dunes. The two comfy chairs on the porch were definitely our favorite spot for taking in this view, and the porch’s immediate access to the beach made it all the better! The condo had all the amenities we needed for a full 4 night stay with no real reason to leave after we acquired food supplies from the grocery store only 10 minutes away.
Our only issue was noticing that the porch we enjoyed so much is in need of some care. Both wood and metal connectors over head are rapidly degrading, likely due to the salty air. This became very apparent when someone chose to hammer and drill on porch above, leading to chips of wood and rusted metal raining down on us. We were able to use the broom and dust pan to clean off porch, then continuing to enjoy the location. Just think some repairs should be done to avoid this or further decay in the future, as we hope to be able to enjoy this condo and porch again in the future!

This unit is really nice, was very clean, and we loved the screened in porch. The kitchen was well-equipped except for the coffee pot. We don't use the pods and had to improvise, but that is the only small issue. We were very comfortable, and the folks at Island Realty were extremely helpful.
