Very nice condo, location was great for beach access.

Condo could use a bigger TV in den, but overall the unit was very nice for the price.

Island Realty needs to get rid of the cheap corona era 8ft sheets of wavy/dirty plastic hanging by chains from the ceiling. Makes a nice office look like a low end quick mart....

The furniture is pretty worn in some areas, and the screen off the living room kept coming off the track. Shower fixtures are worn. Towels provided were in good shape, and plenty of trash bags, though there needed to be instuctions what to do with the trash. Would have preferred access to one of the pools on the property

We loved our stay at the racquet club villa. Short walk to the beach. Property was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of outdoor space with the various decks and screened in porch. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was as expected and the rental was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Not sure where they would put it but a grill would have been a nice addition.
All check in/out/access functions worked well.

Had a good time at this property. It is nestled away a short walk from the beach, as well as some of the Wild Dunes stores. Kids enjoyed the basketball and tennis courts directly across the street.
Property was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and adequate for our crew. My only recommendation for the property is that they upgrade bedroom TVs from very small PC monitor type to larger ones, which are pretty cheap these days. One ceiling fan and ice maker did not work which we reported and property manager offered to send someone out to fix, but we passed for them just fixing after we left. Nice place ... gives you a place to lay your head while at Wild Dunes, but if you prefer sea breeze settings, you'll need somewhere closer to the beach. It delivered as advertised though.

The condo was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed and more than enough indoor and outdoor space for enjoying Charleston's beautiful Isle of Palms. The walk to the beach was just a hop skip and jump and the neighborhood was beautiful. Being Charleston, of course there were some insect buddies that tried to bunk with us (a massive wasp upstairs that the man of the house "took care of" and water bugs you could see in the garage but considering there is no access to the garage they were left out there to fend for themselves... it's airtight so they weren't a problem for us!). The multiple balconies were PHENOMENAL! We even got to see a gator early in the AM while enjoying some coffee. The large double sided fridge also was a massive plus since we stayed for almost a week; grocery shopping made it much more affordable. The condo itself was beyond immaculately clean and the multiple levels amazed the kids. Beautiful sunlight and views. We rented a golf cart from a local rental spot and THEY WERE AWESOME! Crossing the highway was a little hectic at times but who doesn't love some adventure!? I will definitely be using Island Realty and their villas for future IOP (and like) trips!
