The space is cute and perfect for a few people- would not recommend more than three if two are sharing a bed. Location was great- not exactly ocean views in summer- the dunes get in the way. Mostly see the parking lot. But it's an easy walk to the pier or beach. We love IOP. Trashbags/paper towels/toilet paper are thin and cheap - trashbags broke with almost no trash in them. Anything in open cabinets was dusty and had to be washed before using.

Love the convenience of the Sea Cabins to the beach and ocean. The pier offers great views and is easy to walk. Unfortunately there was a lot of drama in the parking lot and lots of police presents after some fighting from senior skip day.

We stayed in 108A for a few days. The couch was very bad. Not only was it difficult to sit on but impossible to sleep on when it was folded out into a bed. Mattress was awful.

Thank you for taking the time to send Island Realty a review. It is true that sofa beds are not as comfortable as a regular mattress. Thank you for sharing your experience. The owner of the property would like you to know that they are going to replace this mattress. Unfortunately sleeping on a sofa bed mattress is not going to ever be as comfortable as your mattress at home. Island Realty and the owner do hope that you come back again next year and test out the difference in the new sofa bed mattress.

We had an absolutely wonderful and amazing time at our home for 6 days. The staff was wonderful, having the beach right there was perfect. We were so relaxed and didn't want to leave. Having the full kitchen, it was easier and manageable to make lunches and dinners there. With the staples of Walmart, Target and grocery stores so close and with all the fresh seafood and fruits-- preparing meals at our rental was super convenient. I would definitely come there again.

Very nice, easy beach access as well as fishing pier. Pool was smaller than I had imagined but still nice. All amenities and shopping needs are close such as groceries, beer, wine, fuel, etc. Lots of communication from the office via text and/or email.

Great. Enjoy very much. The only thing was a little wrong was the flap in the toilet. It need fixings the chain kept coming off. 2nd time stay at the Sea Cabin’s. Plans for next year.

Very nice stay. However we saw a poisonous steak on steps leading to parking lot. My wife is terrified of snakes and was afraid it would get into condo.

Enjoyed!! This unit really needs a couch and patio furniture. It’s nice to have high stools that you can see over rail. Also a tv in bedroom would be nice. It was very clean and well decorated.

Perfect price for an off-season beach rental. The place was well maintained. The Island Realty folks were as ways impeccable and friendly. Just the right fit for One persone or a close couple. Place was clean,attractive unpretentious. A real charmer.

We had a great time during our stay, the condo is updated and had everything we needed. First time we have been to IOP in October, the beach was a lot busier than we thought it would be, seemed busier than when we normally go in May. Island Realty is always great to work with, they make everything so easy to check in and check out.

Arrival and check in at office was easy. Only request would be for a copy of the document that had the checkout procedures to be given to me (email would have been fine). Sea Cabins property was very well maintained, safe, & clean.Unit 108 is small but has everything you need including all kitchen appliances.

We loved the comfort and cleanliness of Sea Cabin 108A. The bed was comfortable and everything was fresh and clean, with what appeared to be freshly-painted walls and trime.

Owners have done a great job with updating the condo. It is in an old complex that is very loud; upstairs neighbor would run the length of the condo. You could also hear anyone walking in the back hallway (especially annoying because that's where the bedroom is located). My son enjoyed the fishing pier. Be aware that parking can be a problem if you are in more than one vehicle (I spent and hour and fifteen minutes searching for a spot on Saturday).

WE had a very nice visit to IOP and the SEA CABINS. That would have been much better if there were an elevator. I am sad to say my trips to the Sea Cabins may be over, without an elevator. Stairs are very hard for me to use. Due to a bad back/ and arthritis.

My husband and I absolutely loved this newly renovated condo. This was my first Christmas since my mother passed and I was not looking for to Christmas this year. We decided to getaway and heard about sea cabins from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this condo was. Everything was super cute! We felt so at home during our stay. The owner has thought of everything you would need during your stay. So, leave your cooking utensils at home and bring your K-cups. When we arrived the first thing I noticed in the kitchen was the little tabletop Christmas tree with a kitchen towel as a tree skirt. This was such a nice touch and I loved it so much! We’ve already booked our next trip for this same unit. My suggestion for anyone trying to decide which unit you like the best is to go ahead and book this one. You will not be disappointed.
