Sea Cabin 303A was a nice stay to bring in the New Year. It was clean, spacious for 2. Needed brighter lights in the bathroom, furniture appeared dirty or just worn out. We covered it with a bed sheet. Outside of Sea Cabins are in need of some maintenance.

Loved this property!! Location was amazing. View from the deck was amazing. My little ones loved the bunk beds! The bedroom bed was very soft and perfect for relaxing sleep! Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and sheets. The room was clean and orderly. We will definitely be back! We had a late check-in and used a lockbox to get our paperwork, which was awesome and easy. The room is a tad dated (floor boards have migrated apart over time so little feet get caught on them, the bedroom fan in very noisy but worked, etc) but everything worked perfectly fine. The property code for the pool, pier, and beach access changes weekly midweek, so be aware you may need to call or text for the updated code.

Loved being directly on the beach. Condos have a nice setup and the rental staff is very friendly. I never had to speak to anyone during our stay, but was over a weekend and they are not in the office at that time. The room was clean but really did need to be updated. Much of the metal was rusted (shower rail, toilets paper holder) generally everything in the bath. The fan in the bedroom was extremely loud as was the air conditioner. The carpet and balcony furniture needed help as well. The kitchen was updated and the living room area was in good shape. We had a nice 3 day stay, any longer and I would have called maintenance. I would recommend the complex just maybe not that room

The condo was clean and nice with a great view. My only recommendation would be that the floor needs addressed. It has separated in several spots and one of us tripped because of this. Also the couch had a depression from age that made it interesting to sit on in the evenings, while winding down.

Kitchen not as well stocked as previous stays at Sea Cabins. Limited dishes. No spices, we left salt and pepper. Previously we have had spices available for modest cooking. View was wonderful and the Island Realty staff were great. We hope to return, but would prefer a different unit. Thank you for asking.

The unit was overall ok however upon arrival the windows were filthy, sand on the floor, the cabinets had a terrible order. Mind you I've been coming to the Sea Cabins for years and always have a wonderful time!! You ask my opinion and I was truthful. But their sofa bed!!! The bomb my friend stayed in the front room and she too slept like a baby (her words) thank you again for another wonderful time see Y'all next year if not before.

The ducts need cleaning or something as I had allergic reaction the entire time. Probably due to dust unless someone had a pet. The Sofa and chair in the den need replacing. The bedroom set up was not desirable. The bathtub was stopped up and I cleaned out myself. Very disappointed for $300 per night. I would not recommend the Sea Cabin. but Island Realty was great.

I’m a Realtor and manage approx 700 doors so I understand if an owner doesn’t want to spend money but their nightly rate should reflect condition.

For what we paid to stay here for a week, there should be some routine maintenance and upgrades done. The floor was in terrible shape, the sliding door would not open or close without much effort, which we took care of ourselves with some lubricant, the carpet on the balcony is coming up, no ladder to the upper bunk.

Property location is perfect. It's convenient to the restaurants and stores. The view from the unit, being on the upper level and near the end, is beautiful. As a matter of fact, we had a great view from outside the front door (where you could easily set up a couple of chairs) and from the deck. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this unit again. However, many small things need attention. Several minor items are damaged, fixtures have rusted, the laminate floor in the hallway has a sizable hole, the outdoor carpet on the deck is shredded, and a little paint would go a long way to sprucing up this unit. One amusing thing about almost every unit displayed on the Island Realty site is the rat's nest of wiring behind the TVs. This isn't a pet peeve; it just looks trashy. So, no problems requiring a call to maintenance but the unit is a bit run-down. The grounds were in good shape. I give a special shout out to the maintenance man who assisted with a small beach equipment problem even though it wasn't his responsibility. He was very kind and helpful and definitely represented the property in a positive way. The check-in process was painless and the rep was very professional and cordial. Communication was great when exchanging a few texts about a package we had delivered to the rental office. Yes, I recommend 303A despite a few shortcomings that can easily be fixed. The price is reasonable and the location/view is hard to beat.

We've stayed at multiple IOP sea cabins and this one probably needs the most work. It's not terrible or anything, just outdated and some things kinda coming apart. Living room furniture is also outdated. However, it does the job and we weren't inside that much anyway. It does have a beautiful view that makes it worth it!

Location great. Weather great. Condo, not so great. It needs a good cleaning. I don't think it has been dusted in months. First time I can say that an Island Realty property was not up to par. Also, there was no tv hooked up in the bedroom. We found one in the closet but did not find any remotes for the tv until the day we left. Also, did not see a cable hookup for that tv.

UNBEATABLE VIEW!!!! absolutly great. Room is in need of a little updating, and upgrades on decor, but is very clean, and the high top table on the porch is just perfect!! We would select this room again.

We stay at the Sea Cabins often . You can’t beat the view and the location. Our condo was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. We have a complaint tho. The bed was terrible my husband smelt on the couch which is very comfortable.

303A is exactly as advertised. Great view of the beach and ocean, which is why we chose this unit for our vacation. My only criticism would be that the deck furniture was really uncomfortable to sit in. For me, the proximity to the ocean and the view are the main selling points of these cabins, so this really needs to be updated. Couldn't get the DVD player to work, which is a non-issue for me, but we were there with a toddler who really wanted to watch his favorite movie after his nap...thank goodness for a good internet connection! Overall we had a great beach vacation staying in 303A, I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to do the same.

My husband and I brought his elderly sister for a short stay. Even though we were on the third floor for the view, she was able to negotiate the steps with help. We loved the the view of the ships coming in and out of the harbor. We have been coming to IOP for over 30 years and love it here.

Everything was perfect with the exception of the mattress. We purchased a memory foam topper, and were promptly reimbursed for that, plus one night’s stay. The property manager was very kind and accommodating! We were very satisfied with how the situation was handled. There was sand on the living room furniture when we arrived - nothing the provided broom couldn’t sweep off. All in all, we were very happy there. Thank you for a great week!

The unit is in a great location with a gorgeous view. Kitchen is well stocked. Balcony furniture is not great and bedroom is very small. No table for eating. We had a tv issue and the maintenance staff came quickly and fixed. No hairdryer or beach towels provided. I would return for the location and view!

Negative: We were told by realtor that we could not arrive before Monday because of hurricane. Emergency evacuation was lifted on Sunday, but we could not check in. I haven't stayed at Sea Cabins in years, but I have rented from Island Realty several times. The Sea Cabins used to be a very simple room, but always clean and maintained. That has changed. I won't stay at Sea Cabins or rent from Island Realty again.

I will start with the positive: great view, quiet, nice appliances. The unit needs basic maintenance ( paint, flooring is horrible). I understand it is the end of the season, so I can almost excuse the maintenance. The horrible part is the cleaning. Someone clearly comes in and does the basics, but this place needed a through wipe down. The walls were dirty and covered in dust. The rug was gross and I wouldn't walk on it. I covered the couch in a sheet to avoid sitting on it. The old indoor/oudoor carpet on the balcony was nasty. Island Realty has clearly dropped the ball on the property management of the Sea Cabins. A quick sweep and mop is not enough. The sheets were not very good either. I get that this isn't an expensive place, but when I pay for Deluxe I at least expect clean.

Great weather! Fun time at the beach! Sea Cabins 303A-tired needs some updates. Had some trouble with ants-maintenece was called several times and they came 3 times for ants and 1 time for a unreliable toilet. We chose to book a different unit for next trip. This was the 3rd time in this unit. I would not recommend this unit in the future.

We enjoyed this unit. We've been many times to Sea Cabins and this one was a good unit with updates done and a very comfortable bed. The only complaint we had, which was rectified during our stay, was the outdoor furniture that was rusted and rotted away so we could not sit on the patio and enjoy the sunsets. Other than that everything on the interior of the unit was well done and clean.

Everything was awesome, except for a couple of things. Some of the balcony furniture was hazardous and in need of being replaced. Being that it was a family vacation we had little ones and having an elevator somewhere on the property would have been of some assistance.

thoroughly enjoyed our vacation experience at Sea Cabin 303A. The accommodations were adequate for the two of us and certainly well maintained. It was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for two, though I would hesitate to say it would accommodate a family of four comfortably. The location was quiet and convenient, however, the steps were a bit exhausting for vacationers of a certain age. Overall, great experience with great beachfront access!

We were disappointed with the condition of the condo. It had obviously been abused during the busy summer season and not maintained properly. The floor was pealing, everything rusting, lamp shade in the bedroom damaged, dust all over the walls, and just wasn't cleaned thoroughly overall. Some pillows didn't have pillow cases, and the comforters were obviously not washed (we actually went out to purchase some blankets). Also, the bed is very small and not the most comfortable for two adults. The only highlight was being able to see and hear the ocean. The kitchen was as advertised. I hope the owners take the time to get the condo up to the advertised condition!

Great place to stay in a good location, several restaurants within short walking distance. On-site Wifi is not so good which can be an issue with the kids now days. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit going out but it was resolved the next day so only spent one night without air (hey, things happen). This was our second year staying at Sea Cabins and would recommend it.

Our second time in this Sea Cabin and we loved every minute! My parents live in Mt. Pleasant so my husband and I would spend a few days on the island and then venture inland to do family things. Nearby delicious restaurants to walk to and such beautiful scenery.
