Welcome to the Isle of Palms! Bring the whole family to this wonderful 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home which features a private pool, elevator, rooftop views and is located just one block from the ocean and from the popular "Front Beach", known for its wonderful shops and restaurants. Offering 3 stories of porches, take advantage of the island breezes and the Carolina sunshine.
You will love the open floor plan with combination living room and dining room, with an oversized dining table seating 12. The living room has a very open feel with plenty of seating for everyone and a large TV for entertainment. Just off the living room is a great wet bar with under the counter ice maker. The kitchen is just off the dining room and is outfitted with 2 dishwashers. Each of the 8 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. There is a TV in every bedroom, 4 of the 8 bedrooms have TV with cable service remaining 4 bedrooms have smart TVs. This is a raised, 3 story home with an elevator that services all 3 floors.
Outdoors; relax and feel the island breezes on any of the 2 covered porches or lounge around the pool, climb the spiral staircase and watch the sunset from rooftop crow's nest. The pool area is very private and offers an outdoor shower, poolside grilling with a large outdoor dining table. Propane exchange available at our office during regular business hours.
Bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. Keurig Coffee Maker provided.

Misc. Property Notes:
Pool heating is available for flat fee of $350.00. Please pay when you book, we need at least 2 weeks notice for pool heating. The pool is heated by a heat pump, if the ambient air temperature drops below 58 degrees the pool will not heat. Temp must stay above 58 degrees. There are no refunds if the outside temp is below 58. Living room fireplace is not available for guest use.
Parking: The car cap for this home is 8. There are 2 extra parking spaces on the backside of the pool fencing. Please park in front of the signs/spaces designated for 1002 Carolina to prevent being towed.

Fantastic Weekend
We enjoyed this rental as due to the gathering soace anround the kitchen, dining area annd living room. The elevator made it very easy for older members of our family to move around the home. As this was our first visit to Isle of Palms, we didn’t realize that the home was so close to so many the beach, coffee shops, grocery store, and restaurants. We had ten adults and eight kids, with the kids ranging from 21 months to 10 years old.
There was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, and spent a lot of time there.
The crows nest gave a nice panoramic view of IOP, and was nice for watching the sunrise or sunset.
There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone.

Wonderful Option for Large Group!
We booked this house for a vacation with 14 people. Each person had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was great. The property was very clean, and had many accommodations for a large group, such as multiple dishwashers and fridges. The location of the property was top notch - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The group at Island Realty provided great customer service. Once Again, A Great Week at 1002
This house is a great spot for a large family vacation. It is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept and clean. It is located near all of the attractions of IOP. You just walk out the back gate and you are within a block or two of all of the restaurants and stores. It is also just a couple of blocks from a beach access. A typical day for us was to go to the beach, come back to the house to relax by the pool. We would later head to one of the great restaurants for supper. Great experience and the perfect house for our group reunion.
Staff was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire time from booking to checkin. Even got texts while at the house to make sure everything was going ok. The beach was an easy walk from the house. Adults could walk to bars. The kids could walk to ice cream. The large table and open living space to include the porch was a great space for all 19 of us to be together for meals. Friends Weekend
We had seven couples in the house, the common rooms were very spacious, there was a seperate bar space and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a good size and was well used that weekend. The house a block from both the beach and the hub of Isle of Palms. 1002 Carolina Blvd Vacation!
Love this property. We have stayed here before and the location is wonderful, house layout is perfect for our large family gathering, and the rental company was very easy to work with. Only negative comment I would make is that there used to be two single beds in one of the downstairs bedrooms that they replaced with a very uncomfortable pull out sleep sofa. We literally used 5 comforters to put on top of the mattress so children could sleep on it. I would HIGHLY recommend replacing or putting beds back in the room. Great house and location
We had a wonderful time on our trip to Isle of Palms. We had 18 people in the house (8 adults and 10 kids) and had plenty of room. The location is also great! Easy beach access out the back gate and close to shops, restaurants and Harris Teeter. Beautiful house
The house was reserved for our wedding party. We were all able to stay in the same place and all have our own bathroom for each bedroom. We had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and get comfortable. Amazing house for a fun family week
We had a large family get together at this house and it was amazing. Adults and kids totalled 17 and everyone had their own space to feel "at home" it felt...with some great space for group dinners inside or out. Best Beach House for Familly Vacation
The accommodations were on excellent. Everything was clean, spacious, and the home is conveniently located to everything. I love that the management provided clean linen and towels and washcloths. They also had someone come and take the trash cans and recycling cans out to the curb on the pick up day. The elevator was convenient to get luggage and groceries up to the upper floors. We have stayed at many beach houses and this was the best!! The perfect getaway in SC
We just returned from an amazing week at the beach and stayed in this beautiful home. We have done this as a family for over 25 years and this trip was one of the best. As the grandchildren have grown we have had to add more rooms and this house is perfect for our larger size. There were dual dishwashers, multiple refrigerators/wine cooler, plenty of beds and each room had a private bath. The spa in the master suite was nice to relax and getaway. The home was convenient to the shops and easy access to the ocean. The pool was a nice gathering place and we served dinner from the outdoor patio and grill. The home was very clean when we arrived. The furnishings made us feel like we were home. They were all of good quality and the home was decorated with taste. This is a nice location for a large family or friend vacation. -The closest beach access to this rental is access 9a - exit your rental and walk straight down 10th Ave. to Ocean Blvd. (1 block). Turn right and walk down Ocean Blvd. The access point is three houses down on your left. So all in all, about a block and a half away.

Answer:
You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation.
Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending re-rental of the property.
If you are paid-in-full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking.
