Description

ISLAND RETREAT! Full of character and charm, this Goat Island home is the perfect vacation retreat located on the Intercoastal Water off the Isle of Palms.The island is unique in that it has no automobile access and is surrounded by Marshland. The house is located only a few minutes boat ride from the Isle of Palms Marina.
To rent this home, you must:

1. Have your own boat with you to access the property, or...
2. Rent a boat through the IOP Marina. Special rates for Island Realty guests.
3. MUST BE 25 years of age or older, ID will be required.
4. PARKING permitted near the Marina.
5. Call in for availability & rate details - this property is not bookable online
Goat Island House has the following amenities:

3 bedrooms: 2 with king beds, 1 with a full size bed; plus 2 lofts: 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a twin bed. 3 baths: 2 with Jacuzzi tubs/showers, 1 with regular tub/shower. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, dual fuel range, gas grill, dishwasher, central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, screened front porch w/audio and picnic table, big back deck w/hammock, Large Refrigerator w/ice maker, DirecTV w/surround sound, linens, and 275' pier w/20' floating dock.
Guest pays $100 clean fee for stays less than 1 week. Please give us a call to reserve your stay with one of our Vacation Planners!

Vehicle Capacity: Subject to availability at Isle of Palms Marina

*This is a Saturday-Saturday rental from 6/3/17 to 8/26/17; 4 night minimum in off season*

***No outdoor fires or fireworks permitted and all trash must be removed from Goat Island

Had a great stay at the Goat Island House. The house was very clean and well stocked,and the beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evenings watching the boat traffic. If you want a real low country rental this is the place. Cannot wait to rent it again!! Also Island Realty is an excellent company to work with.

This house is a dream vacation for those that love the water. We couldn't have had a better time and the house is completely furnished with everything you can imagine. I'm booking another long weekend now!

The property is in a great location with easy access to marina. The home was a perfect fit for our needs, very clean and had all the necessities needed for a relaxing stay.
