The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated. The kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, new appliances, and tile backsplash. Off the kitchen through the sliding glass door is a large private fenced-in backyard perfect for family gathering. In the backyard you will find a gas grill, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

With an Xfinity app (instead of cable box) on all of them to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. We recently stayed here as a last-hurrah-before-school trip with two families. The house was pristine clean with everything in excellent working condition. I loved the fenced in back yard for our 1 year old pup. The rec park is absolutely amazing with a fantastic dog park on the far side of the rec park. Basketball and pickle ball courts light up at night and daytime classes are available to the public. If you are not in the mood to walk to the beach, there are public parking spaces across the road from the beach entry point. I loved the garbage/recycling roll in/out service. A nice touch! This one-level house is two blocks from Palm Blvd and the path to the beach, so it's not convenient if you carry a lot of stuff to the beach. Otherwise, the location is fine -- close enough to the Connector that you don't have to sit in traffic for a long time. The location is in a residential neighborhood of smaller houses, and close to the tennis and pickle ball courts. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a grill outside. One bedroom is on one side of the living areas and the other three are on the opposite site, which was nice for separating older folks from the little ones!
