This home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, gas grill, and a private outdoor shower underneath. Soak in the sun from the lounge chairs along your very own rooftop sundeck! Each balcony allows you to sit back, relax, and take in the ocean view. The square footage of this house is 2,675. No pets. No smoking. Linens & WiFi included. Dining area: seats 8, with additional seating for 8 at kitchen island. Gas grill can be pulled out from under garage for use.

Overall a fantastic experience, great location and house was clean. There was a funky smell at the top of the outdoor stairs that grew stronger over the weekend - not sure what it was but may have just been the timing of our stay

Ready for a get away, this house was great clean, very roomy for our needs great location even tho we were not on the beach it was just across the street so it was not bad at all. would love to go back SOON !

Liked the floor plan and number of bathrooms. A little noisy until quiet hours, but not a problem afterwards. Good beach access and within walking distance to shops.

Of course I'd rather be ocean front and just step out onto a sandy beach from my back door, but unless you have a couple of gold bars tucked away in your mattress this property is a great alternative. Be warned this is NOT the place for you if you have trouble climbing stairs. There are stairs to the first floor (bedrooms, laundry), stairs to the second floor (bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and there are more stairs to the top deck patio with beautiful view of the ocean just across the street. Having 4 parking spots under the house was also fabulous. The living room/kitchen/dining room was a huge space for everybody to hang out.

This area of IOP is SO much more convenient than staying in Wild Dunes all the way down to the end of the island.

Be aware there is a bar/restaurant next door The Dinghy) that played some loud music in the evenings but I think it subsided by 9:30 pm or so.

The pool is shared with 4 or 5 other houses in thie little complex and was limited to 6 persons while we were there, and there were some young kids in there who excitedly showed us how to bypass the entrance lock - which made me think maybe they weren't supposed to be there.

Awesome beach week for a group of 10!

This is our third straight year coming to this house, and it is very fresh, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished.

The location is convenient to stores and restaurants in IOP.

I would recommend checking if the pool has been reopened if that is a priority for your group.

Awesome house except king bed killed my back and bedroom TVs were tube and positioned far from the bed. LR tv required us to lift heads 180 degrees to see screen. Location is perfect. An elevator would have been nice as we are all over 60. All of these issues were minor. We would love to rent again if any of these issues can be addressed.

We had 9 people ranging from 4 - 88. PLENTY of room for everyone! So many decks to enjoy! Super easy beach access. The outdoor shower was a total bonus score! Walking to downtown for ice cream and shopping was a real treat. One of my favorite family vacations so far!

My husband, adult children & grandchildren stayed in this lovely home to attend my daughter's IOP wedding. We enjoyed staying here in 2014, so decided to return to the same home. Wonderful rooftop ocean view, and great open kitchen with island/living room area perfect for family to gather. Location is very convenient for beach access, shops, restaurants.

We headed to Isle of Palms expecting a lengthy check-in process and the problems that we frequently run into with rentals...a dirty property, inadequately supplied and not looking anything like the photos. Man, were we pleasantly surprised. Check in took literally moments and was conveniently located just onto the island. The house is beautiful, clean and very well appointed! The location could not have been any better, across from The Dinghy and around the corner from Acme Lowcountry Cafe. Our only issue all week was a slow drain in one of the baths and it was handled very quickly. I will definitely use Island Realty again and strongly recommend the beautiful home at Ocean Blvd 1001

The house was very nice, and functional for our group of 8 people. I would not recommend the house for a larger group, as the main living area would not, in my opinion, comfortably accommodate a group of 12. In addition, the bedroom with the bunk beds was not usable, do to being several degrees warmer than the rest of the house.

The furniture in the master bedroom was not very functional for holding clothes. The dresser had drawers that fell in when they were opened. So, we lived out of our suitcases for the week.

The TV in the main living area was extremely finicky - hard to change channels.

This house was perfect for our annual "girls trip/reunion." Well appointed kitchen, beautifully furnished home and plenty of space, with a bed for everyone! Could not be better located (however, our stay was over Memorial Day Weekend and you could certainly hear the festivities at the neighboring bars across the street). This house could not have been better for our group!!

My friends and I stayed here for a golf trip. We had plenty of room and loved all of the amenities the home offered. Great location, near some great restaurants/bars, and of course the beach. I would recommend this place to large families and groups!

We arrived at our vacation destination to find a lovely house for our stay. Although the great proximity to the beach, there were some downfalls. The house is lovely, in nice condition, but had lots of trouble with the icemaker and one of the dishwasher. The most concerning was the garbage(recyclables)full and all over the grounds. After several attempts to have them removed, we were told to just use the trash can. It is a rather large house that accommodates 12 plus people and to never have the use of the can was annoying. The management group was friendly and tried to accommodate our request, but never really handled it.
