This beautiful condo is just across from the beach with private balcony and great ocean view. Features include: balcony off of living room, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, flat top stove, and dishwasher. Living room and master bedroom have cable television. All rooms have ceiling fans. Master bedroom has Ocean View! Access to complex pool, laundry facility and fishing pier. Wireless internet. 980 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

310C was a great condo! It was clean, well stocked and roomy. Island Realty made the check in process really easy and is located next to the condo. Every morning we opened up the curtains to a beautiful ocean view. Although the condo is across the street from the ocean, it is a short walk and safe to cross unlike some other condos we have been in. Keep in mind this is on the 3rd floor so you definitely can get your steps in, Great restaurants on IOP and surrounding areas. It is a short drive to Charleston! The only negatives (which weren’t too bad) would be the hot water is really hot so be careful, the master bath tub doesn’t drain that well and the shower water pressure is really strong. We have been vacationing at IOP for several years and love the area and love that it isn’t commercialized. If you want a relaxing vacation and a great place to stay, I recommend this condo!

We rented this condo for our family of four vacation. The space was perfect for our family and we had everything we needed in the unit. The pool was great, the walk to the beach was easy, and the ability to walk to the local stores/restaurants in Isle of Palms was very nice. We especially loved Luke N Ollie's Pizzeria!! The only slight issue was the drain in the master bathroom was very slow and created more of a bath than shower experience. Otherwise, this unit was perfect for our family and we had a great vacation!

Overall it was a nice unit with great views from the master bedroom and balcony. The master bed either needs a new mattress or a really nice mattress pad and new pillows. Also master bath shower doesn't need to be turned on all the way or the strong water pressure will cause tub to fill as you're showering. There are no pot holders in the kitchen!! Otherwise very nice unit.

Alot of truck and traffic noise from early morning until late at night. Fairly good ocean view. Pool area small and congested. Floors in unit looked clean, but made your feet very dirty when walking across room. Couches dirty. I usually do not make comments like these, but was disturbed by the issues with this unit.

The condo was in a perfect spot! Overall, we were very happy with the place. The only thing I would suggest is having some beach chairs and a boogie board on site to use. We ended up having to buy them. Also maybe some basic spices, herbs that renters can use to cook with, such as salt and pepper, etc...otherwise we loved the place and would definitely rent again.

The condo was excellent. We had tons of room and loved the location. A couple lights bulbs were out in the bathroom and maintenance responded quickly to replace them. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the baseboards were dirty but that is minor

We were so delighted with the condo. The view of the ocean was fabulous. We were so close to the beach that we could walk it several times a day. And there are many great places to eat.

First, the positives: location is nice, very close to the beach. The condo has a good layout with good natural light. The place was clean. Decorations were somewhat cheesy and dated, but overall OK.
Negatives: If you will need anything other than a two towels a person and some basic dishes, you'd better pack it yourself! The place has no hair dryer, no extra trash bags, no blankets, no beach towels. It actually has less than most hotels offer. When I called the concierge, I was told that a hair dryer is not on their list of "essential" items.
I rent vacation homes everywhere I go specifically because they offer these items. The management company does not take an interest in going the extra mild and making this travel-friendly at all. I also did not appreciate the large notice regarding noise ordinances and countless other petty offenses along with the threat of multiple fines posted in the kitchen. I suppose they assume everyone is a rowdy tourist who's going to trash the place. Unfriendly all the way around.

It is true that there are only 2 trash bags provided. Condo location is good. Walk across street to beach, one block to grocery and restaurants, and very easy to enter and leave Isle Of Palms. New countertops and appliances in kitchen and all the utensils needed to cook meals. Beds are comfortable but not a fan of noisy plastic mattress covers. Pillows are new but overfilled for my comfort. Comfortable couches and large flat screen TV. Good cable and Wifi service. Table and chairs on balcony were nice for dining. It was a quiet condo.

Why would I stay here again? Great view, comfortable, slept well, quiet, met basic needs, new counter tops and tile
Why I would not elect to stay in this unit again- not enough kitchen supplies, not maintained as well as other units ( light bulbs burned out, tv cable missing, not as clean as others have been on Check in), bugs, ran out of hot water, toilet did not always flush well, squeaky bed in second bedroom
Management came quickly to replace bulbs and fix TV but this should have been checked prior to Check in.

This property was a great getaway. Clean, neat and well setup for us. The view from the balcony was very beautiful and relaxing. The only catch is it is the 3rd floor so you need to be able to do stairs as that is the only access.

This unit was very well equipped. It had books and games for adults and kids as well as a DVD player, VCR and a stereo. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessities needed to cook. We were very happy with the unit and will request it again the next time we visit Isle of Palms.
