We're currently working on a project to provide easy access to the information that values you most while you're staying in one of our vacation rentals, and we need your help!
We've gathered data on what your most common questions are when you call into our Maintenance department and are looking to make these solutions easier to access within your rental property. In our JotForm, you can check off what you would find value in having readily accessible--this way we can know what information to prioritize!
Here's where your help comes into play--we want to hear what we're missing! There are small issues that come up here and there during a guest's stay, that might not make their way to our call center, but would still be good information to have on hand for you to reference.
