Welcome to the new Islandrealty.com!

Instead of scrolling all the way down to the page each time to find a specific property, we've created an easier way! Right at the top of the page, you'll see a magnifying glass and "FInd Property." When you click there, you'll find a directory of all of our properties! Scroll through, or start typing the property you're looking for. As you type, the list will be refined, letting you find the property you're looking for even easier!

Do you have an idea of when you want to visit, or how many bedrooms you'll need, but not the specifics? There's now an easy way to figure out what's available! At the top of the page, click "Availability Calendar." This will take you to an availability calendar for all of our properties! Refine your search by putting in some dates, or how many bedrooms you need, and view all of our availability at one time! Once you select dates, you'll even be able to pull a quote for a specific property!

We've refined the search bar on our home page to be even more helpful! Here you can start your search based on a certain area, arrival and departure dates, number of bedrooms, and even your "Must Have"s like Pet-Friendly and Oceanfront!

Once you've selected your search criteria, the results page looks a little different! Along with the list of properties, you'll also see a map (highlighted in this image with a yellow box.) On this map, you'll be able to click on a pin to see what properties are where! This will give you a better idea of the area a property is in, without having to go into each property's unique page!

You'll notice that individual property pages look different, too! At the top of the page, you're now able to jump to the section you're looking for, like the availability calendar, amenities, and reviews!

Pictures are now at the forefront of the property's page, allowing you to fully explore the home or condo!

Scroll down past the photos, and you'll find a button to view the Matterport Virtual Tour, share the property's page, and view the basics about the property at a glance.
