Bedroom 1: Master Suite with King Bed; Flat-Screen TV with streaming capabilities only (no cable); Private bath with walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub; large walk-in closet.

Third Floor:

Bedroom 2: King Bed; shares full hall bath (combo shower/tub) with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3: King Bed; shares full hall bath (combo shower/tub) with Bedroom 2.

*This is a Saturday - Saturday rental from 6/3/23 to 8/18/23; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

This house to rent is absolutely perfect in every way!
Honestly... I thought it would be nice, but it exceeded our expectations. We stayed for a long weekend as my daughter was being surprised engaged!!!! A FABULOUS TRIP !!!! (rent a golf cart too, so fun)

This was one of the best houses we've stayed at on IOP. The house overall was very clean. The decorations were perfect, beds were comfortable, big enough to have alone time and family time. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and deck to relax with coffee and a book in the morning and evening. The walk to the beach was easy, but we were also able to park and walk with ease. The location was great. A short drive to the store, gift shops, and connector bridge. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

We have rented this unit before. We like the location and the space available especially the backyard and porches. Some furniture and rugs need maintenance. Things are looking a bit rough especially the couches in the living room. A little TLC would be great.

Beautiful beach home 2 blocks from the beach. Nice and quiet residential neighborhood. Accommodations were excellent. Provided towels, linens and a starter kit which included dishwasher detergent, soap, laundry detergent etc. kitchen well equipped with everything you need. High end appliances. Beds were so comfortable. Screened in porch was so nice to relax in throughout our stay. Would come back. Highly recommend!! So clean. Not one complaint!!

Cute house!

We had a great visit to Isle of Palms at this home. The proximity to the beach and grocery and restaurants was super. The house was so cute and updated; we enjoyed the screened in patio and two dining tables. The description should be corrected. There are two king beds and one of the upstairs beds is a queen. The upstairs bedrooms are fine, the downstairs is a palace.

The house is in very good condition. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy. We loved the screen porch in the morning. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment. It was great with extra refrigerator space in the laundry room. A very quiet street with a large back yard. Only negative is the bedrooms get hot when the doors are closed. So, we needed to leave the doors open to help get ac to the bedroom.

This house is a very convenient walk, about a 2-3 blocks from the beach!

I am assuming that the master bedroom is the only bedroom with a TV? Are all TV's smart TV's?

Answer:

There are two TVs available for use in this rental property. One in the living room and one in the first floor master bedroom. They both have smart streaming capabilities only (guests may log into their applications or watch the free application uploaded to the TV. There is no attached cable).

What is your cancellation policy if my plans change?

Answer:

You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation.

Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending re-rental of the property.

If you are paid-in-full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking.
