The sun room is bright and perfect for a quiet space to read or a wonderful place for the children to play and watch TV. The kitchen, dining and living room are very spacious open plan and has a wonderful luxury Coastal feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and they even have a second dining is if you are not dining Al-Fresco on the spacious deck which can be reached by the large glass doors off the living room or from the sun room. Upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and three bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts it's own wonderful deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Downstairs you have a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside you have your own outdoor shower, which allows you to rinse the beach sand off or cool off after playing tennis at the community tennis court or or sunbathing at the community pool. The pool and the tennis court are only a few steps from the Villa. The setting for this Villa is so peaceful that you won't want to leave.

Our rental was a great relaxing spot! We had 2 alligators, 2 turtles, several deer and lots of birds right outside our back window to enjoy! The area was quiet and a quick walk to the beach! We had plenty of cookware to make breakfast and dinner, beds were very comfy, the sunroom was the hangout spot for our boys! Plenty of books and games to choose from! We love Wild Dunes and this is a great place to stay!

My guests loved this condo. It was recently remodeled and it is beautiful. Very clean and short walk to beach and pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. The rental was clean, nicely furnished, and we loved having our own bathrooms. The sunroom was our favorite spot. We enjoyed the birds and even saw a gator!

This was our 2nd year staying at this villa and we loved it! It is very near the pool and sits right on the golf course. The view from the back overlooks a pond on the golf course. There are lots of activities on the resort...i.e. biking, golf, swimming and dining.

Nice condo with wonderful location in Wild Dunes! New hardwood floors and open and large main level. Decent sized bedrooms. One bath was on small size but worked for our group. We did have one issue when the hot water heater went out but Island Realty took care of it very quickly without inconvenience to us. We would stay here again. Only improvement i would suggest is the main living furniture which was a bit dated but it was clean.

My niece was getting married and we needed a place to stay for extended family. We rented this villa because it allowed for a Sunday to Sunday rental which made our planning around the Saturday ceremony easier.
The property was very clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. We knew when we rented it that it was in Wild Dunes and where it was located and Even though it added a little hassle with the folks who we had to get in and out to assist in wedding-related efforts we were still happy with it. It was a perfect choice. I have rented from Island Realty many times and have found them to be so responsive and helpful.

This condo is very spacious and well equipped. It was very comfortable for 3 couples. Having the pond and bird sanctuary behind us was a special treat. It is about a 10 minute walk across the road to the beach.

Everything about this villa was great. The only things I would mention that needs to be fixed is the sink in the masterbath (where the toilet is) was clogged and we could not figure out how to turn the outside lights on.

This unit was very nice for our 3 generation gathering of 5 adults and 2 infants. The unit was more spacious than the pictures implied. The “sunroom” is a nice quiet spot. Island realty was very responsive to our needs. It is an 8-10 minute walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at Fairway Dunes and were glad to see that many of the items in the kitchen appeared to be new. The pictures don't do it justice its actually bigger than we expected it to be. Its close to the beach, probably 10 minute walk. Overall I would recommend this condo!

It was nice. Loved the pond being outback. Saw gators and lots of turtles. The pool wasn’t open and that was disappointing. It said due to covid. I’m pretty sure it’s pretty safe to be in a chlorinated pool. Seems like maybe people were just being lazy about the pool. The dvd remote didn’t work in the sunroom. The shower curtain in the master bedroom doesn’t even fit the shower. That was strange.

This was my first time staying with Island Realty. The entire process of talking with an agent, reserving the location and checking in was seamless... The floorplan layout of the Villa was great, the location was easy to get to... just a very positive experience from end to end! My next return to Isle of Palms I'll know where to look. I've rented with VRBO and AirBNB in the past but I'll probably just book directly with Island Realty next time.

The layout of this villa was perfect for adults & 2 kids. Each guestroom had it's own bathroom, lots of living room space and even a Florida style room. We did not feel cramped at all. The kitchen was fully stocked. The property is a bit dated, but I think priced right for what you get inside, as well as with the location - beach access was just short walk. We would definitely stay here again, but make sure to bring our own pillows.
