Vitamin Sea is your getaway oasis! Bring your dog, Walk to the beach; you are one block from beach access and from restaurants and shops on Front Beach! Front Beach is famous for it's world-famous Windjammer, dozens of restaurants, ice cream shops, novelty stores, as well as events and festivals throughout the year. This 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom, features a private pool (surrounded by Synthetic Turf) with poolside outdoor kitchen, rooftop deck with wet bar, TV, two kitchens, two living rooms and an elevator that runs from the ground floor to the rooftop.

The first level features three bedrooms and an open combo kitchen/living room with a 55 inch flat screen TV. This living area features a large deck to relax and unwind, overlooking "Front Beach" Isle of Palms. The first bedroom is a large master suite with a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with private deck. The second bedroom features a full size bed. The third bedroom offers two twin size beds. There is also a shared hall bathroom with double vanity's, shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer.

The second floor mirrors the first floor with the exception of this level having two bedrooms and a larger open kitchen/living room with a large dining table. The Primary suite features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with oversized double shower with dual rain shower heads. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. In the hallway, there is a large bathroom for guests with a bath/shower combo and dual vanity's.

The third floor features a private bedroom and full bathroom, accessible through a spiral staircase off the 2nd floor balcony or elevator. Most impressive on this level is a large 1000 sf rooftop deck with a pergola featuring outdoor seating, tabletop fire pit and a flat screen tv. You will enjoy plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and tables and chairs. Feel the ocean the breezes and take in the ocean views and low country sunsets. Get a Birdseye view of downtown Isle of Palms where many nights you can listen to live bands from the comforts of our home. Linens are included as well as a starter set of toiletries such as bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent, etc. Please bring you own beach towels. Beach chairs, bikes, baby equipment can be rented locally.

Important notes:

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited/enforced you will be asked to vacate immediately without any refunds. Isle of Palms enforces a noise violation ordinance (no loud noise after 10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m. ). Pool may be heated with 2 week notice -nonrefundable fee of $600. Nonrefundable pet deposit of $300 - synthetic turf please pick up behind your dog.

Note - there are security cameras on the back corners of the house and a ring camera at the entrance. These are placed for security purposes.

Best House Ever
The pictures honestly don’t even do this place justice. It’s over-the-top awesome in every way. You’re steps from the beach and the best restaurants/shops in town. The ground floor is a carport that serves as a perfect place to clean off after the beach with a bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor kitchen and pool area. It’s private, well maintained, and even comes complete with fun details like corn hole and ping pong. The three floors above each boast awesome living areas, master bedrooms and guest bedrooms, and plentiful deck/patio space. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for a large group. It’s amazing. Perfect Isle of Palms Stay
The house was beautiful and spacious just as described. We were celebrating a 20th anniversary and couldn’t wait to visit Isle of Palms. John was a fantastic host and responded quickly to the minor issues we had. The rooftop was perfect for hanging out and laughing with friends and family. The location can’t be beat being across the street from all the restaurants. The Harris teeter is super close as well for all the supplies you need. The main floor kitchen was so well appointed for us to cook up some amazing breakfast. I would absolutely return and hope to again one day! Heart of IOP
If you’re looking to be in the heart of IOP look no further. Awesome house, everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, amazing roof top, my favorite was the heat lamps & rack on the range! Steps away from the beach, we all had an amazing time enjoying IOP, exploring Charleston & just enjoying being together in the house catching up! Great Stay
The house was great for our 3 families which included a lot of teens. The pool was a great place to hang out as was the rooftop deck. It was also nice having multiple areas to hang out since we had parents kids and teens! The proximity to the beach was also very convenient. Perfect IOP stay and location
I can not say enough good things about this house, the location was PERFECT, across the street to the public beach access, walkable to all the restaurants, bars and grocery store. The rooms set up and space for 10 women was great. Loved the roof top deck, pool and covered space under 1st floor with ping pong for when it rained. Would highly recommend for your next trip to IOP!

Great Location...
The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Check in was easy. The location was great and the house had a nice ping pong table that was fun to play.
