Getaway oasis! Walk to the beach; you are one block from beach access and from restaurants and shops on Front Beach! Front Beach is famous for it's world-famous Windjammer, dozens of restaurants, ice cream shops, novelty stores, as well as events and festivals throughout the year. This 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom, features a private pool with poolside outdoor kitchen, roof top deck with wet bar, TV, two kitchens, two living rooms and an elevator that runs from the ground floor to the rooftop.

The first level features three bedrooms all equipped with flat screen TVs and a kitchen with a large den equipped with a 55 inch flat screen tv and arcade game. This living area features a large deck to relax and unwind, overlooking "Front Beach" Isle of Palms. The first bedroom is a large master suite with a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with private deck. The second bedroom features a full size bed and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom features two twin size beds. Their is also a large shared hall bathroom with double vanity's and a shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer.

The second floor mirrors the first floor with the exception of this level having two bedrooms and a larger open kitchen and larger living room with a large dining table. The master suite features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with a huge walk in double shower with dual rain shower heads and surround shower jets for a spa like experience. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. In the hallway, there is a large bathroom for guests with a bath/shower combo and dual vanity's and a washer and dryer.

The third floor features a private bedroom and full bathroom, accessible through a spiral staircase off the 2nd floor balcony or elevator. Most impressive on this level is a large 1000 sf rooftop deck with a pergola featuring outdoor seating, tabletop fire pit and a flat screen tv. You will enjoy plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and tables and chairs. Feel the ocean the breezes and take in the ocean views and low country sunsets. Get a Birdseye view of downtown Isle of Palms where many nights you can listen to live bands from the comforts of our home. It will quickly become your favorite spot to relax and unwind. Linens are included as well as a starter set of toiletries such as bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent, etc. Please bring you own beach towels. Beach chairs, bikes, baby equipment can be rented locally.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited and enforced and will be asked to vacate immediately without any refunds. Isle of Palms has very strict noise violation ordinance ( no loud noise after 10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m. ). Please respect our neighbors. Pool may be heated with 2 week notice for a nonrefundable fee of $400.
