The Sea Cabins are always our go to for Ocean front experience. The dishwasher didn't work and the coffee pot was dated but it did make coffee. Everything else worked fine!

Our rental was exactly as it was described. Our vacation was perfect. The only down side was the steps to the unit. It would be very nice if there were an elevator. Other than that there were no downsides.

First time to IOP. Location, beach and pier where great. Close to food, bars and shopping. The condo needs updating, starting with new mattresses and shower curtain. The sunrises were amazing, nice having the beach chairs and enjoyed watching the fisherman on the pier.

We've stayed at 5 different sea cabin units now. This one was okay, not our favorite. Bed/pillows weren't that comfortable. It was decently clean.

We enjoyed our mini vacation at Sea Cabins. The location was great. Yes, the rental is very small but there were only two of us. Biggest complaint was the mattress on the queen bed and the size of the tv in the living area. An ice bin would be nice since there is no ice maker.

We love staying at the Sea Cabins on Isle of Palms. We have stayed in several ocean front condos and they are all clean, well equipped with everything that will make you feel like home. Cozy and what an amazing view. We lived on Isle of Palms for many years and still call it home. That’s why we always go back. It’s a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view.

Very clean, everything there that we needed. They do need to update the refrigerator, it needs an ice maker ! Has a great shower with good water pressure. Loved the barstools and the balcony seating. They also need to leave instructions for the operation of the TVs.

All was good but I have a suggestion for the owner of condo. They should get digital cable boxes from their cable supplier. Digital pictures are standard now and provide a perfect picture.

The condo was nice and only 40 yards from the beach. It wasnt real clean, and had to fix the sliding door to the balcony. But over all really enjoyed our stay for the week we were there!

Great unit with higher end amenities. Unit was upgraded nicely. Excellent view of the ocean. Convenient to all establishments. Boon box was great for us music lovers as many units don't have one. Only thing I would say to the owners is we need more then one wine glass for us vino lovers. Overall 5 star, we had a great time.

They have a real issue with their tv's. Never could get to work at night. Refrigerator bulb was burnt out. One of the nightstands definitely needs replacing..looks bad. Other than that it was very nice,clean ,good location. I usually stay in C Building.

Great location and view of the ocean. Unit was bright and very nicely decorated. The only issue was with this being a no pet unit, people should respect that. First night there, sat on the couch and was covered in dog hair. Overall a great unit though!

Convient. Cozy. Next year we need our cabin to Be on first floor. Too many steps. Need elevator for elderly. The furniture in the cabin is not comfortable. Need a recliner and bed is not good. Maybe a better mattress. We were next to steps and it was very noisy.

Always wonderful to be back home. My husband and I were married on Isle Of Palms 31 years ago. Would not stay anywhere else. Beautiful ocean view. The units are always clean and well supplied with everything you need. The staff at Island Reality are the best.

The condo was nice and loved the view of the ocean from the deck. The girls loved the pool and we loved the easy access to the beach. Great spot for a short term stay.

I did not like that smoking was allowed on the balconies and at the pool. I went inside a few times because of the smell.

We always enjoy our stay at the sea cabins. It’s good size for our family. Love the oceanfront and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The only thing is the bathroom shower head needs to be replaced and the tub fills up with water when you shower. The floors felt sandy when we first got there too. I also felt like the bed was smaller than a queen. But overall we had a good time.

This is our 4th time staying at Sea Cabins. We just can’t justify staying anywhere else and paying so much more when we are right on the beach and so close to everything we want to do- Sullivan’s Island, Shem Creek, Charleston....we just haven’t found an area we like better. Island Realty is great to work with, we haven’t had any problems. We try to rent the same floor, if not the same unit.... each time the unit has been clean and well kept. I do think the bathroom needs more hooks for towels to dry, that is just a recommendation not a complaint. We are grateful for our IOP retreat location, don’t need more than that!

Island Realty truly offers top notch service and rentals with The Sea Cabins. Although my daughter's Charleston Dream Wedding was cancelled due to Florence's Manadatory Evacuation, we are rescheduling and will definitely recommend Sea Cabins as the Choice for all our out of town/state guests. The staff of Island Realty was on point with information and understanding for the entire group. The Sea Cabins offer great accommodations and is within a short distance of all that the Charleston area has to offer. The beach, pier and pool are the icing on top.

Although it's a cute place, I wish it had a bigger bed.
Honestly the bathroom toilet DID NOT look like it was cleaned very well. And the floors had NOT been mopped.
Therfore, I had to do this myself. :(

This is our 3rd time staying at Sea Cabins. We absolutely love the location - close to everything - don't have to leave the area if you don't want to. We enjoy the local restaurants in IOP/Sullivans Island, the atmosphere of restaurants at Shem Creek, and exploring the market in Charleston. We even spent a day shopping all the antique stores in Summersville and Mount Pleasant. We love to walk to the southern point of IOP from the pier of IOP is 2.5 miles one we definitely got our steps in this week!

We love the Sea Cabins and have stayed here off and on for the last 15 years! The location is great! The place was clean and the furniture, floors and countertops all appear to be fairly new. The wall paint looks pretty bad though and the shower head seems like it is about to fall off. The drain is also really slow. Overall a great stay but the place could use a few minor updates.
