When we arrived the unit was fully stocked and ready for us to stay. It had all we needed along with a great view, access to a nice view, and a private pier. There were also restaurants and shops a walk away.

It was super. A beautiful condo. Gorgeous view. Quiet. Easy parking. We loved the place. Minor suggestions: *Units need an elevator * 313A should consider a new couch, TV instructions, a 2-step ladder, a table or TV trays. Bed is too big for room. We felt safe and secure. The beach is awesome. All amenities are nearby. We have rented here about 10 times and will continue to do so.

Disappointed

Bed and bedding not good at all , more like a low end hotel . Television service and package terrible. No local channels available s guess what on Thanksgiving you are not watching football , also not watching college football on Saturdays. Accommodations looks great in pictures but sofa and chairs not comfortable at all . All in all I'm not impressed. This unit is off my rental list on future visits which is 3 to 4 times a year. Not worth the premium price charged for this unit .

Great recently updated unit on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view of the ocean. Everything was neat and clean. We spent some time on the balcony listening to the waves. Nice time spent on the beach and at the pool. The pool water was a little chilly. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

We have traveled south to SC for 50 years to visit family and for the past 8 years have made SEA CABINS -IOP our home base for at least twice a year. When we discovered (family recc) Sea Cabins we found a perfect spot bestled between the pier,the ocean, the pool and the park! We will return again and agasnd slwsys with Island Realty and the wonderful staff!

I absolutely LOVED this condo. It was clean, well furnished, and modern. I can admit that I am particular about cleanliness and I was very comfortable. Wonderful view of ocean. The only downside was that it was on the third floor and there was no elevator.

Spent 5 days at the Sea Cabins condo and very happy with the communication and helpfulness of the staff prior to, during, and after check in. Linens were needed for the Murphy fold out beds and they were delivered to the room within 20 minutes of texting the front desk. The private access to the pier and beach made everything feel more private and secure. Would definitely recommend.

Our Rental was amazing! Very clean, great view of the water. All the amenities you would want! We loved the beach/pool access - giving us enough space to enjoy the beach even during the crowded summer surge. Excellent location with great dining options and a Harris Teeter within walking distance. I would absolutely come back with my family!

Great location, really nice view of the ocean. Definitely tiring to trek up and down the stairs, but worth it. The renovations were really nicely done, making the best use of a small space.

The condo was very nice and extremely clean. The updates the owner has made are perfect. We had all the necessary linens, appliance and utensils.

Just a couple potholders would be nice if you plan to bake/cook a lot. Thank you for the great vacation.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The modern design and space saving layout really worked well for us. The couch and bed were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of hot water.
The ocean view from the deck was fabulous. It was a little tight getting around the bed but not a big deal.

We enjoyed a last minute getaway to Sea Cabins 313A. This property has been beautifully updated and is perfectly located. It was a great condo for my husband and I. There is a set of bunk beds if you are traveling with your children. The owner did a wonderful job with the update. The one negative - living room furniture could be more comfortable. Otherwise we were thoroughly pleased.

Different Unit From Most Sea Cabins!

This is a beautiful unit, that feels much bigger than other Sea Cabins units b/c of the layout of furniture and appliances. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store within easy walking distance. A few things we'd change: the amount of time it took the water to heat up in the shower-it got warm in about 2 minutes, but for full-on heat, it took 20 minutes. There was no cork screw in the kitchen, so I bought one and left it there for the next guest that wants to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. There was only one big pot for cooking. We usually don't do much cooking on vacation, but during a pandemic (and cooler weather), we ate more meals at the condo. Having said all that, we would rent this unit again, (and would be better prepared) b/c the layout was so spacious and comfortable.

Initial linen sets consist of sheets and pillowcases in the appropriate quantities and sizes for your rental property, plus one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person permitted by capacity. For example, if your unit has a sleeping capacity of 4, you will receive 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, and sheets & pillowcases for each bed. Additional linens may be ordered ahead of time (at least one week prior to your arrival) MORE INFO HERE. We also recommend the use of a local business, Baby's Away Charleston, for the rental of beach towels and other beach-related items such as chairs, games, etc.
