Thanksgiving Dining Options

The holidays can be a stressful time, from figuring out who's going to host, to keeping everyone busy, to coordinating dinner plans. Luckily, there are options here in Charleston to make your Thanksgiving stress-free! This year we're featuring restaurants and local businesses offering dine-in and/or to-go options so that you can enjoy Charleston's cuisine from the comfort of your private beach rental!

Enjoy six courses of Charleston's finest Italian cuisine on Thanksgiving Day. Chef Nick Dugan and his team have created a decadent menu with dishes including Chestnut Agnolotti, Porcini Sformato, and of course, Heritage Roasted Turkey.

Price: $125 per person

Dine on the island by celebrating the holiday at Sweetgrass Pavilion in Wild Dunes. The buffet tables will be filled to the brim with a cornucopia of delights including turkey and your favorite trimmings along with clove-studded pit ham, seafood, and all the appetizers, salads, vegetables, and desserts you could hope for.

Gabrielle, a luxurious restaurant inside Hotel Bennett, is offering an unforgettable Thanksgiving experience with a special prix fixe holiday menu. Enjoy a sumptuous 4-course dining experience, meticulously designed to make your Thanksgiving memorable.

For a laid-back holiday meal, enjoy casual eats at Uptown Social, a local favorite when it comes to watching football. is open, The rollicking sports bar will serve high-caliber bar pies, wings, chicken Parmesan sandwiches, frozen cocktails, and plenty of beer while providing live music all night long.

Dine on three courses consisting of your choice of soup or salad, a traditional Thanksgiving plate or Frutti di Mare, and of course, pumpkin or pecan pie for dessert.

Enjoy an upscale, 3-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving Day menu Located in the former historic Harriott Pinckney Home for Sailors! Hyper-local, sustainable South Atlantic seafood is a menu highlight, curated by Top Chef Alum Jamie Lynch and Chef Adam Hodgson.

Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with sweeping views of the Holy City atop the Restoration Hotel. This year, there will be an all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving buffet including roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, mac and cheese, deviled eggs, and much more.

Dine inside of a historic Charleston Church this year with Church & Union's Thanksgiving Dinner. Enjoy a carefully curated 3-course prix-fixe menu.

Price: $70/adult, $30/child 12 and under

Enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal prepared by the chefs at Wild Dunes Resort! This year's Thanksgiving feast includes turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry, desserts, and more. Delivery right to your home (for orders not containing alcohol) is available between 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM for those staying within the Wild Dunes community.

Price: $360.36/family (serves ~10 people)

Enjoy a Beef or Turkey Wellington Thanksgiving meal (plus a selection of a la carte items) crafted by the culinary team at NICO. Each meal feeds ~4 people and is sent home with detailed heating instructions. Pickup will take place on either Tuesday the 21st or Wednesday the 22nd.

Whether you are in the market for a take-and-bake casserole or traditional Thanksgiving sides, Square Onion has an extensive list of to-go items on their Thanksgiving menu this year. Meal pickup will take place on Tuesday the 21st or Wednesday the 22nd between 10-5 PM. 

Price: Most menu items have size options, but overall, prices range from $7 for a half pint of homemade cranberry sauce to $84 for a large Sausage Cheddar Breakfast Casserole. 

Hall's Management Group offers a traditional Thanksgiving menu (with a choice of turkey or ham), with add-on options like lobster mac n' cheese, various desserts, and wine pairings.

Hamby Catering offers multiple packages to choose from, feeding anywhere from 4-8 guests. They also offer a la carte options (many of which are gluten-free and/or vegan) if you don't need the whole meal!

Price: $269+, a la carte items available

Enjoy an organic and plant-based Thanksgiving dinner created by Nordic Cooking. Nordic Cooking is offering a boxed Thanksgiving meal and table settings that is served in a wooden crate. The Thanksgiving box feeds 2-3 adults, and the menu items are organic, vegan, and gluten-free. The crate also includes napkins, candles, and florals for the table setting. Delivery is available, local pickup will take place on Nov. 22nd from 11:00 - 2:00 PM.

Home Team BBQ offers traditional favorites like turkey and smoked ham, but you can also order Home Team classics like brisket or ribs! 

Price: $158 for 4-6 people, other a la carte options are available.

Choose a full Thanksgiving meal (with four generous portions) or build your own from a wide selection of a la carte options. Whichever option you choose, your guests are sure to be satisfied (save me some brioche stuffing)! Orders will be available for pickup on Nov. 22nd between 12:00 – 2:00 PM.

With Martin's BBQ Joint you can choose from small or large catering packages, as well as ordering individual items like brisket and ribs. Plus, they give back to the community by donating $5 from every Thanksgiving meal (small gatherings & large feasts) to local charities dedicated to fighting hunger.

Price: $130 for 4-6 people, $225 for 12-15 people, additional a la carte options available

Popular Charleston bakery, Baguette Magic, is offering catering for Thanksgiving sides, breads, pies, and other freshly baked treats. A variety of pickup locations and times can be chosen during checkout.

Price: $145/ full dinner + various a la carte items

Thanksgiving Dinner To Go is an annual tradition at Mercantile and Mash. Their family-size meal feeds 6-8 people and includes roasted turkey with of an Orange Rosemary Dry Rub or a Sorghum Bourbon Glaze, house-made cranberry sauce, roasted turkey gravy, a house salad, 3 sides of your choice, and a pie!

Price: $260

Order 82 Queen's Thanksgiving meals to-go and enjoy fine food at home. Each meal feeds 5-7 people and can be picked up on Thanksgiving Day at 82 Queen's sister restaurant, Jalisco.

Price: $199

Local meal kit service Table & Twine is offering their annual Thanksgiving packages with both pickup and delivery options available. The Thanksgiving packages are made to serve six to ten people. The Table & Twine Charleston Thanksgiving Package for $299.99 serves six guests or for $399.99 it can serve up to 10 guests. There are also add-on packages that include holiday appetizers, brunch menu items, and a southern sides package. Pickup is available on Tuesday, Nov. 21st (12:00pm-6:00pm), and Wednesday, Nov. 22nd (8:00am-1:00pm.)
